The employees had no idea what they were talking about and couldn't even refer me to a vape device that fit my needs ended up buying a wax atomizer, which wasn't the issue. The issue was that they sold me vape juice with it that obviously was not compatible with that device And then when I go to return it, they act like I'm the stupid one when they should've known that it wasn't needed for it. $16 juice (plus tax I wasn't refunded) and I was given a hard time about not needing the juice. It was unopened/unused and I feel that if the employees knew what they were talking about like they claimed when I went to get the refund then I wouldn't have been told "I don't know" multiple times the night I purchased the unnecessary product. Its the defensive attitude and disrespectful comments after the fact that really pissed me off because regardless of what they say they know they didn't know anything the night I spend $50 when a third of it was completely useless. Not going to be going back and even tho I had every intention on spending the refund at the store again I just left because I will not be spoken too like that after they couldn't even explain to me what would fit my needs best and then claimed to know everything two days later. It's immature and ridiculous. Either get employees who have even a speck of customer service skills or that know about the product they are selling or don't have a business at all because I'm sure the owner doesn't want to be represented this way and it makes the business as a whole look extremely incompetent. read more

I started coming here because the prices are literally unbeatable. They also have a really nice collection of glass art at an affordable price. What costs $13 for a "Ezzy" or vape bar at most smoke shops, they sell for $8. I keep coming back though because the owner and employees are always so awesome and take good care of their customers. Don't waste your money here, they sell garbage that breaks right away and won't even do an exchange for the same one. They'll tell you to buy a new one and absolutely will not even discount the new one you were just told rudely to by. Rolling papers are always curled up and stuck together. Went in for the first time today. I purchased my 2nd bottle of CDB oil, so I'm a newbie. The young man who was helping me was very kind, took his time to explain everything, including the fact that the first bottle I bought was from a chiropractic office by Chandler mall. That bottle was 600 mg. He was stunned, proceeded to tell me that I had been ripped off as they only charge $80 for 1000 mg. & it was a bigger bottle. The young man went on to explain that the company throrougly tests all of their products to make sure there the dose they say they are. He also told me that a large number of customers purchase that brand. I told him that let me try this one & if I like it I'll be back. Heck, I'll be back on better price alone read more

I'm not a smoker. Never have been. So I've never had a reason to go into a smoke shop before. However I do have PTSD and have had several back surgeries. I refuse to take opioids for pain and have just been "dealing" with it for the last few years. Someone turned me onto CBD oil and because of my job I was very hesitant to try it. I finally caved and OMG that stuff is incredible! I walked into RJ Smokeshop just because I happen to be driving by on my way home. The girl working in there (Jasmin - I hope I spelled that correctly) spent 45 minutes with me explaining CBD to a beginner. She was just awesome. I don't k ow how else to describe it. She made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase. Sure there are smoke shops closer to my home, but because of Jasmin and the friendly service I get there from the owner every time I go back, I'll be a loyal customer for as long as I live in Chandler or the East Valley.
