I tried my vape after purchasing it and noticed it was burnt and the employee not only grabbed my vape and tried it HIMSELF but also never refunded me or gave me a different one. I was a previous employer and I can say working for this guy was by far the worse he treated us like trash. We would have us work 12hr for six days straight but we won't get a full paycheck and that is cause he paid under the table. He would just let people go like nothing. Blame everyone for things he did just so he can take it out our checks. Employees do not last more then six months. It's a nice store just to much to deal with behind all the glass. read more

Bought a expensive "high grade" torch , broke within a week. Tried to get some kind of exchange but all I was offered was a discount to buy the same torch. If only come for torches at this place and now they basically shooed away a customer who's been purchasing since they opened. read more

This place has a HUGE selection, and super easy t navigate and find what you're looking for. Staff are attentive and are there if you need them and happy to help! Picked up a Rick and Morty piece for my girlfriend and a great experience. Thank you! Their customer service continues even after you leave the shop. Unfortunately glass items tend to be fragile, and when my lady and I got home, her dab tool was broken as we unwrapped it. I fully did not expect it to be replaced, but we just spent over $100 here on our first so I figured it didn't hurt to ask. Because of both of my experiences here, this is going to be the only place I need to go. They already have everything, including service. read more

They get 2 stars for selection, but the service could be much better for the store size. Usually it is my experience here that they mindlessly push crap products on people without really listening to their needs. My last visit here was for a new vape device and it seems that they had on the shelves exactly what I was looking for, but when I asked the employee about all-in-one devices or kits that had everything together, she promptly told me that they have none. I asked, "so you have no devices that come with a tank and battery together whatsoever?" and she clarified that they "don't sell like that anymore". I pointed out items behind the glass right in front of my face that were exactly like what I was asking for, and she said everything is sold separately. I have no idea what this means but I was so disappointed that the employee would rather argue semantics than show me options that they DID have, I just walked. Probably won't be back unless it's for wraps or butane since asking questions here is pointless. read more

The cashier took my fiance's credit card just fine, then I paid for my thing with literally the exact same card and got the worst attitude from the cashier, that I really don't care to ever give this place another chance. Just charge a few for credit cards instead of picking and choosing who can use them. Or at least pay attention to who walks into the store at the same time. Maybe even a sign at the door would be cool. I'm just baffled by the customer service here. read more

This smoke shop is new to the area. I decided to pop in on a Sunday to check it out and grab some rolling papers. Whoa - don't let the outside deceive you, this shop is pretty large and houses just about everything you could need, or want. Honestly it's a hit or miss with customer service at smoke shops, but girl who helped me here (Taylor) was by far the best I have delt with, she was awesome and engaging the second I walked in. I went into this smoke shop for the first time & bought a pomegranate puff bar. I tested it while i was in the store, it worked perfectly fine so I left & went back home. I get home, I hit the puff bar about 8 times or so, & it literally died. It was blinking & would not hit anymore. I literally had it for 20 minutes. I drove all the way back to the smoke shop & asked if I could exchange it & she told me no. That I had already left the store, then had the audacity to tell me that I could have went home and switched it with an old one. So after that I just said whatever I'll just buy a new one. I asked if she could atleast give me a discount on it & again, no. This is terrible customer service. I personally work for a smoke shop & if that were to happen, knowing how iffy the puff bars are, I would have helped out my new customer because that's what keeps them coming back. I will not be coming back to this smoke shop. How can I help it dying after I left the store. It worked when I was there, & literally 20 minutes after having it, it doesn't work. That's not my fault. & I shouldn't have had to pay full price for a new one. read more
