I once read that you should never praise anyone or a business with a perfect score because then there is no where to go; but my experience with the firm (and specifically Jillian Schneider) was so outstanding that I have no choice but to give full marks. The thing about RJL is it is not a facade. Everyone from the ground up is extremely professional and there is a level of respect there that I did not find at other agencies. RJL is an outstanding temp agency. After I contacted them, they set up an interview with me right away. They were very nice and positive and made me feel very comfortable in the interview. I got a great temp job within a week, and I have to say, RJL hooked me up with one of the best jobs in town. One of the representatives did not communicate efficiently or professionally with me. I did not seek out the company's assistance. I applied to a generic job posting, expecting it to be directly with the company looking to hire, when it was not specified it was an employment agency. I asked who I would be speaking with and was ignored. The representative forgot to call at the time of our first scheduled "appointment" which I thought was a phone interview and spent a lot of time preparing. I would not work with this company based on the unprofessional conversations and experience I had with that representative. read more

My reviews keep getting deleted?? Horrible experience with Jillian as she wouldn't tell me that she was from an employment agency. I had applied to a job posting and I thought it would be directly with the company looking to hire. When I asked multiple times who I would be speaking with, I was completely ignored. Jillian forgot to call me on our first scheduled time. Completely unprofessional. I wasted my time, 2 days in a row, as I thought I was having a phone interview with a company, not an employment agency. I never contacted RJL Resources and when asked, Jillian would not respond to tell me where she was from. Her email did not even have a signature to inform individuals of who she was or where she was calling from. It wasn't until she actually called me on the second day, that I learned it was a woman and her name was Jillian. This employee does not work professionally and wasted my time 2 days in a row as well as her own company's time. read more
