I had taken it to O"Riley and tested myself prior so I new the problem but they insisted they had to do an inspection which I found out was a list of repairs per the manual which were recently completed, just don't trust what my costs would have been after they quoted me $600 to do the repair. To top it off, the last time I was in, I heard one of the female employees offer to drive an older gentleman back to his house so he didn't have to sit there all day long. Seriously, the warmest folks ever. Their prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but it is justified by their quality of work, communication, and kindness. They will inform you of any issues they identify on your car but are not at all pushy about getting the work done there. I'm not religious and was originally worried that I might feel uncomfortable coming here, but it's been nothing but a positive experience all around!

However, a massive…read morecoolant leak that began after this shop serviced my coolant system has really left a sour taste in my mouth. The mechanic (Mike, I believe) let me know that my truck had several old leaks that weren't worth worrying about, he mentioned oil, and power steering fluid - not coolant. This coolant leak has required two gallons of coolant in the week since the service was performed. Mike inferred that this was one of the leaks he mentioned - it was not, I check my fluid levels regularly and my coolant level had not changed in the year leading up to this service - and proceeded to charge me an additional $70 for the coolant system pressure test which the WARRANTIED coolant system inspection the week prior apparently didn't catch. It's entirely possible that these mechanics know what they're doing under the hood - but they clearly don't know the first thing about customer service.

I found their service above reproach. They not only took car of my car, but gave me advise on…read moretires and proper tires for the job. They do not do tires, therefore there was no incentive to help me other then treating me as they would their own family member. They found my problem was a very simple fix. Sense I am towing a camper, and will be putting on 5,000+ miles in the coming months. Asked to check it out on key points of ware. What they found was no surprise. I had noticed a possible problem in the last few hundred miles. The were able to fix it now, rather then having me turn. I am very happy with all aspects, in clouding how clean the place was.
