I was told I needed new rear brakes, so I planned to replace them myself on Saturday, 12/29/25. When I went to start the job, my security socket was nowhere to be found. So much for my Saturday project. The shop was closed for the weekend, so I couldn't resolve it. I met with the owner, Dan, on Monday. He ordered a new set of security lugs in hopes that the key would work. It did not. The tech had misplaced my original key during the brake inspection. Needless to say, it was a major inconvenience--and I didn't receive so much as an apology from the owner. This was my experience as a first-time customer. A $50-off coupon will not bring back my business.

brought my 2014 f150 in for a transmission last oct took them 2weeks to get the work done, when i…read morepicked up truck i suspected them of putting more miles on my truck then there should have been, i was also missing a bed liner, i did not say anything cause i was not sure if they did use my truck and if the bed liner when missing on there watch. i put 800 miles the truck , then Jun 3 i brought it back for warranty work on the transmission , was shifting hard. but this time i locked my tail gate and took pictures of my dash milage and fuel .so they had my truck 7 weeks trying to find out what was wrong with the transmission, witch they could not fix.so they put in another rebuilt transmission .when i when to pick it up i notice tail gate was unlocked so i asked why is this tail gate unlocked ,, he replied i used your truck to go get parts a few times,, so i went to my truck and took another picture of the dash they put 114 miles on my truck and burnt 1/2 tank of gas front grill was damaged and there was debris and dents and scratches to the bed of my truck. i said to him don't you think this is totally unacceptable he said no. i said do you drive all the customers cars like this he said i do. i then said this is not right and at that point he told me to take my truck and go. seems to be a good mechanic if you don't mind him treating your car/truck like it ant shit! if you use them i highly advise you to note your milage and condition of your vehicle. would not even give 1 star if i could post with out doing so.

As we were preparing for this season our snowblower wouldn't start. With the referral from a local hardware shop, we found a great gentleman to fix our snowblower. He recommended that we use non oxygenated gas for our snowblower and lawnmower. The non oxygenated gas will last longer and not breakdown as quickly as regular gas. So we headed over to Duffy's which is just a few minutes from our house. They were actually closed however you can pay at the pump which is what we usually do. I noticed that not only do they have non oxygenated gas, but also racing fuel, do car repairs and have a ladies day. Yes a ladies day on Tuesdays. We are fans of the local places and family owned places and Duffy's is that type of place. Since this is our only visit so far, couldn't quite give them 5 stars. We'll be back again and hopefully check them out for some repairs, but hopefully not too soon with the car repairs.

22 miles into a 600 mile trip home, all the electrics on my van went and my engine died. Total…read morecatastrophe - stuck on the margin of the busy highway in an area I had never been to. The Professional Garage was on a list my son pulled up on his phone and thank goodness he did. They helped arrange a tow very quickly and started work on my vehicle immediatly. The first part that was delivered to them from a supplier was a dud - absolutely beyond their control, by that time it was closing time and one of the mechanics went to get a replacement part on his own time. It was a complex repair, and close to closing time next day it was fixed and one of the mechanics offered to drive it to where I was staying. I said I would pick it up in the morning and they then offered to open early so I could leave for home in good time. The cost of repairs was VERY fair and correct. I could have been charged the earth seeing as I was stuck so far from home. I am so grateful to them - it is great to know there are still reliable, ethical and very professional shops in existence. My only regret is they are not in my home town so I could bring all my vehicles to them as needed. Thank you again Professional Garage!
