I have now had multiple appointments scheduled with a 3 hour service window, and no one showed up. No call. No message. Nothing. I rearranged my day more than once just to sit and wait for a technician who never came. At this point, I feel like I wasted my money and my time. When Eric initially called he explained how to go through diagnostic procedures that could very well take care of my problem totally free of charge. Sadly, this didn't fix the problem but gave Eric enough information to follow through with even more free advice. He actually came to our house to verify that I had done all I could. While he offered to find the parts & fix the Samsung washer, he indicated that this would not be my best option moving forward due to prohibitive part costs & other related concerns. He took the time to research an identical model (mine was a custom color) which would get me back online, but would still leave me with a unit that is prone to problems. So, Eric & Freedom Appliance could have easily talked me into a costly repair but instead gave me good advice (in my own home) where they didn't make a dime. In that I had already had problems with my Samsung dryer & any replacement other than an identical washer would not match, Eric suggested appliances that he knew would hold up, which again, he didn't make a dime on. He even suggested that I get full warranties on my new appliances, once more, leaving him with no option to make a dime on me. I offered to pay for a service call but he declined. This was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. While I don't look forward to any further appliance issues, Freedom Appliance will always be my first call if I am in a bind.
