I called a day before to book a taxi. Was told to call the day of a half hour before a taxie is needed. zi called the day of only to be told 50 minutes. When i explained that time us to late that i was quoted half hour the day before i was told " we are busy. I don't just sit around and wait for you to call baby". I wish there were a no star option. I spoke with this guy in person on the phone and he said he'd pick me up in 30 minutes. He never showed, didn't call back to say he wasn't coming, and didn't answer his phone (despite me trying to call repeatedly starting at 1 hr and 15 minutes). So I missed being able to pick up my car from the mechanic after many days stranded with no groceries in a place i know no one to help (i don't live here). I knew RJ's had a bad reputation after being warned by other customers at the mechanic shop but couldn't find another option. After it was too late I found out about a new taxi service in Williamstown, so I'll try them tomorrow. This guy clearly doesn't care about either other people or his business. All he had to do was tell me he couldn't drive me when I called instead of just leaving me waiting. What a sociopath! read more

Unreliable service. Scheduled the cab at 8 am, called to make sure they took credit card. They called and cancelled right before pick-up stating cash only. What business doesn't take credit cards? Very unprofessional. Very upsetting to have a doctors appointment that you've been waiting 2 weeks for, because you were hit by a car in a cross walk and in pain. They said, "My child disrespected them." They told them the cab only took cash after everything was set up! Who wouldn't be upset?? Absolutely unacceptable. Rude and inconsiderate! Very awesome and reliable taxi service around North, Adams Williamstown, and all the way to Pittsfield if necessary, these guys go to Albany for about 150 bucks. Definitely the best Taxi in town if you are looking in North Adams Williamstown area. read more

Other than the fact they don't take credit card, I didn't have any issues with my ride. I got from Williamstown to North Adams with less than half an hour's wait without having to book in advance. I'd been a bit wary because of some of the reviews here, but everything went smoothly for me. I'll probably ride with them again. read more

Terrible customer service. They do not take your phone # down so they can call you. I live off the street so I would be aware if someone pulled into my driveway because of the Ring. I called to inquire when they would be coming and was told the driver was already there and left. I was outside at the designated time, they then told me that because I could not describe the driver I was lying about being outside. This place leaves people waiting outside freezing for long periods of time. Not fair to the eldery or childen. When calling back to see where they are they are really rude. I called ahead for a planned pickup and they never showed. I didn't like having to select a star either lol. read more

We should have picked up on the warning signs right away. The girl who picked us up barely acknowledged us. She had pot leaves on her hat, which is fine to do in your spare time, but weird to advertise when your job is driving people around safely. She didn't know where we were going, but said she would figure it out. Then she was on her phone the whole ride. It was not a good experience, and we would never use this service again. read more
