I bought a 2017 Honda Civic for my son from a private owner and even though the car was in overall good condition mechanically and didn't have any damage, it was very dirty inside and and the the exterior hadn't been taken care of either. I decided to give DTI a try since they were close to home. SUPER glad I did! I got their executive package for a total detail and when I went to pick it up I couldn't believe the job they did! I received a detailing package as a birthday present from a friend and I have had the worst experience. I attempted to repeatedly call to only ever speak to a person one time; every other time I played phone tag or had to communicate via email. I was asked to drop my car off by 8AM and told they would only have my car for 3-4 hours. At around 2PM I had to call requesting an update. Received feedback that it should be ready soon and someone would call me. NO ONE ever called. So, at 9PM my mother drove me down to their dark parking lot only to find my car soaking wet with the keys thrown in the floorboard. No one ever called and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to verify my car was done. Then upon further inspection I find that the liner from my arm rest is missing, that my car was handled so aggressively that I am having issues with controls working properly, and I received an invoice for pet hair removal when I AM NOT PET OWNER. No one called to notify me of the issue or increased charge. Then I receive a much higher invoice than expected plus 0 customer service. And I only received the invoice AFTER I called them about it AND no one returned THAT call - just sent a wordless email with attachment. I tried to repeatedly reach out to someone regarding my car, but could not get a live person to ever answer. Eventually I somehow landed in the owners voicemail so I left a message there. A text message, followed by an email 1 week after he was SUPPOSED to call me stating essentially "not my problem. you should have scoured your car with a fine toothed comb within 24-48 hours if you expected any help". I would not recommend this service to anyone. read more

Used a groupon for a full auto detailing. Malcom did a great job. My 2010 car looks fantastic. Looks many years newer. No detail was mixed. Got stains off my leather. Painting is shining. Dashboard us spotless. Worth 25 dollars for Saturday work. read more

Just don't pay attention to the details, flip seats up and down, pick up the mats and vacuum under them, look in the backseat cup holder that flips down, not touched. Everything else looks ok. Interior windows look like they were never touched read more

Had my outback "detailed" this past Sat and was not impressed. Outside was OK, did not see any difference than a 20 bucks car wash. But the inside --- I'd say just a deep vacuum. Nothing seems to be done to my leather seats and steering wheels, not any trace of wiping or cleaning. Tho I don't have much stains on them but at least do something so I can see some difference. Had to point out several spots in the seats that they did not cover even after the vacuum and the guy came to make up for it. But went home and found more spots they don't cover. very disappointed, dropped car at 9am, and did not get call back until I called them near 4pm. can't say it's a recommendable shop. Maybe they sold out too much on Groupon, they don't care about the real work anymore. read more

Bought a groupon and tried to schedule an appointment to redeem said groupon for a detail on my wife's car. After the email exchange between myself and Tim (owner?), I would never do business with them....for full price or a discount like I had. They apparently don't like customers that have a Groupon or discount voucher, yet they are the ones that voluntarily signed up for those programs to bring in new business because apparently they need some help. Fortunately I received a refund from Groupon, because like I said I wouldn't even consider getting a detail from them at a discount. Here is the email exchange below: "I'd like to schedule an appt to have a 2006 Mazda 3 hatchback brought in for an executive detail package. We've not been there before - I've heard some things that you're open 24hrs, but I couldn't find your hours online. Please let me know your hours and some potential open appointments, preferably closer to the weekends please. Do yourself a favor and never take your car to this place. Took my SUV in for its annual detailing and when I picked it up found it dirty patches in several areas as well as scratches on the rear bumper. When I showed the owner of he company he didn't question the workers or think about how it could have possibly happened he just instantly denied that they did it. I know my ride, I walk around it and check for scratches dings or dents every time return to it in a parking lot. Very disappointed with this company and will never go back. read more

I recently had my 2007 Toyota Avalon detailed at DTI. I could not believe how great it looked when I picked it up. I felt like I could drive it right onto a showroom floor and sell it as a new car. I would not recommend this place. I would expect a full detail to vacuum out the armrest (which I had emptied) and wipe out the liquid rings in the bottom of the cup holder. It really only looks like they vacuumed 80% of car and washed it. My $24 at rainbow AAA car wash looked a heck of a lot better than the DTi detail. Their armor all of tires was poor too. Lastly I know the whole detail took about two hours or less so that's not worth it. read more

After months of waiting they FINALLY detailed my car. They did a decent job, it wasn't worth the wait this & I didn't appreciate that they failed to call me when it was done & left me hanging. I called & no one ever answered or returned my call so I went down there to find they left my car out overnight with the key in it. I used the groupon for an interior clean. I accidentally brought my car in on the wrong day, even though they were super busy they were still able to get it done that day. I dropped my car off one day and it was worked on that evening. I came back to get it and it looked good. As I was driving home I noticed several places that had not been cleaned at all. I emailed DTI and sent pictures and he said my car was worked on at night after the manager left so they weren't there to inspect it. They offered me a deal for the next time I came. Why would I ever go back. Really pissed because I drove all the way across town for this. read more

My car was cleaned well, but nothing spectacular. For the Groupon price, it may be worth it. My issue was that my driver's side floor mat rings were ripped (completely off on one side and almost off on the other). I never expect my property to be treated so poorly. Avoid at all cost. DTI did a reasonable job cleaning my Honda CRV but lost a piece from one of the door handles in the process. All four had been removed but one was completely missing. I reached out to the owner and asked him to replace the part. Two months went by of him telling me he was going to Honda and would have the part. Long story short I went to Honda and had the part in hand the next day. The owner of DTI promised to drop a check in the mail, its been another two weeks and still no check. After reading the other reviews below it seems to be common practice with DTI. read more

Didn't have a great experience with these guys. Paid to have my SUV detailed and what I got was not much different than a local car wash and vacume job. Honestly Mike's Carwash does a better job. Spoke with the owner we tried to get it corrected but I think they were rushing vehicles through to keep up with the Groupon and Living Social Deals they sold. Once I got home and realized I was missing a rubber mat I called the owner, he said he'd check into it and then stopped answering my calls. Never got my mat. ZERO STARS, IF I COULD, PATHETIC, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! Bought a groupon for my sons car at Christmas, paid a few extra dollars for a clay bar, got the car back, HORRIBLE detail, no clay bar ever used, loose change taken from the car. Worst part, detailer used the stereo while detailing, we know that because he left his RAP cd in the cd player also the back seat hatch lock was broken. I contacted the owner Tim, he seemed genuinely concerned and stated he would make it all good, I told Tim my son and the car will be out of town for 6 months for work, after coming back in town I spoke with Tim, he told me to call next week and make an appt, I did and spoke with his mother who was taking care of the business at the time, she was aware of the situation and told me to bring it in. The car was dropped off on 5/30/17, when dropped off I tried to check in but noone to check in with, an employee told me "I GOTCHA" said they would call when done. 7pm rolled by, business was closed and no phone call, we stopped by and the car was sitting in the lot unlocked and keys on the seat. We got home and found an invoice in the car with a different customers name & number, I called the number on the invoice and he said "yes, DTI left me a voicemail saying my car was done" bad part, he didn't even have a car there, thank goodness he was honest and didn't come and take the car ! As far as the broken hatch lock, I was told to mail them an estimate and they would take care of it, well, the letter was sent certified, was signed for on June 6, it is now 7/10/17 and no contact back from anyone, I guess I am out another $217.00 to fix the seat !! read more
