My car is a 13 year old car, but it didn't have a red interior that was "sun damaged" when dropped off. My driver seat didn't break because it was a 2010 car. I never dropped the car off with a broken driver seat . FYI In order to adjust the seats you touch the buttons on the door not the chair itself. This would be known to techs that work on Mercedes regularly. When you mentioned that I never came in for a smoke smell, of course I didn't. When I mentioned the smoke smell you told me "oh that's a problem". Yet it wasn't even addressed. That's real safe. I also didn't come in for all the problems that were created to my car like a slow start up when originally my car had a strong start up prior to being worked on. My fuel gauge was also working and I was able to tell how much gas I had in my tank. After you replaced my fuel pump I was losing a significant amount of gas which was displayed by the gas gauge and I called you on my drive to work to complain about the problem. That same day I smelled the smoke smell and my car almost didn't start up to get back home. I had just gotten my car from you the day prior. I dropped off my car for you to " fix the fuel gauge" and now the problem was worse than the second time. How does my car get worse every time it gets worked on at your shop. When someone fixes something it's supposed to fix the problem not create new ones that weren't there upon drop off. Go ahead tell me that it's all because it's a 2010 car. My car was in great shape and running great prior to being dropped off and worked on at your shop. Since my last previous review my car now sounds like something is loose when you start it up. As each day unfolds day by day new problems pop up after you guys worked on it. I recommend you get techs who are skilled in Mercedes Benz before they work on them, you're only damaging them if not. The amount of ways that all of this has ruined my life is in more ways than I care to write about on here.

They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I took the car in to my regular auto shop and they fixed it. A couple of months later a totally different issue occurred so I took it back to them and they fixed it, before I even left the shop a loud banging noise that was not there before, so I went back in and told him about the noise and he said to bring it In later because they were about to close. He said no worries it's an easy fix the latch behind the ac may have just cracked. It's common he said. I told him that I would bring it the following week and he said no problem. I brought it in the next week and another gentleman was at the counter. I don't know how but I knew he would try to haggle me. Which he absolutely did. I told him to just take the car out the shop since I realized I would never stop coming back. Never again!

My Tesla has been rattling every time I drove past 72 mph. I made an appointment with the service…read moredepartment for late July. I did look for the possible cause of the shaking and it could be due to a foam separation in one of the tires. This past weekend while driving home in a torrential downpour, I heard a constant thumping noise. I turned on the screen to check my tire pressures and sure enough, one of my tires was lower than all the rest. What freaked me out was how rapid the tire was losing pressure at an alarming rate. With a quick online search I found Mavis one mile away. Honestly, at this point I felt like I had no choice but to paid for whatever he was going to quote me. But I was actually okay with the price because I remember what I had paid for in the past at one of my local tire shops. The shop was kinda busy and I really appreciate that the whole process took less than half an hour. When they took off the tire, he had me come take a look at what caused the flat. The foam separation had become detached from the tire. Very dangerous since this can cause a blowout or I could have spin out of control on the roadway. I'm always fascinated learning about these things so now I know.
