I went here looking to buy an electric bike. Prior to arriving, I had a conversation with a lady named "Noir". We agreed to meet at this place so I could test ride some bikes. After a little discussion, I proceeded to test drive a "hey bike" . I gave her my drivers license and proceeded to take off. This place is located in a large plaza where there are many businesses and cars flowing throughout. I left the plaza to hit the sidewalks so that I can attempt to see the bike's max speed (supposedly max speed 28 mph) on a straight away surface. Upon leaving the plaza, a man abruptly cuts me off and starts yelling at me through his closed car window. He jumps out and accuses me of trying to steal the bike. First off, I left my drivers license with his wife. Secondly, my brother was still at the store waiting for my return so he could also test ride a bike. So I purchased a laptop about two months ago. Somehow the power supply cord got all effed up and the wires became exposed so it stopped working. So first, I called the place I bought it, Best Buy. They told me it was a manufacturer's warranty issue and to call Dell. So I called Dell. Dell said Best Buy was in their "retail family" and should be able to give me a new one. So basically it turned into a he-said, she-said thing. My laptop is basically the center of my universe (work, play, etc) and I was not going to go a day without it. How much is a new universal power supply at Best Buy? ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. You've got to be shitting me. So anyway. I found E-World on Craigslist. I called them up. On a Sunday. And they were open til 8:30! They carry both refurbished and new cords (as well as laptops, flat screens tvs, stereo equipment, desktops, computer hardware, etc) and they are much cheaper than Best Buy. I was planning to buy a used one since I'm broke. I had already paid for the one I needed when I realized it had a three-pronged plug and I needed a two-pronged one for my extension cord. The super nice guy at E-World went back to look for one and could only find a brand new one and gave it to me for the same price! I offered to pay extra but he said it was okay. Wow! I haven't had such good service in so long. I almost fell over. Anyway, you should check them out if you need replacement parts for your computer. Also, they offer in-home computer repair. read more

Not even started on, the older "tech" repair guy they have fails at his job. When I got my iPad mini back I started to notice stains within inside the screen. And being non responsive most of the time, total waste of $$$ and time. If you are going to fix it, Do it right! Not make it worse, I was better off having it without a microphone. I had a great experience when I went into Eworld. I came to them because I saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace, it stated $50 down and take a new Mac Laptop. Too good to be true? Thought so too, but I indeed left with a brand new Mac Laptop for only $50 and my payments would start in about two weeks. The catch? There is no catch, really. They are pretty upfront about everything. Yes, you are paying high price than if you were to walk into any other store and pay cash upfront. They make it possible for someone that doesn't have $1,000 to drop on a new MacBook. My scenario was computer cost $1,200 normally in store it goes for about $1,000. Then you add tax so it got close to $1,400. You job is your credit, so for someone that doesn't have the best credit due to student loans they made it super easy. Now you apply through a company, that has really good reviews and you fill out the application in store or you can do it from the comfort of you home. Yeah you pay a higher price, but it's either that or wait to save up to buy a laptop. In my case I needed it as an emergency so I had to do it this way. Paying it off in 90 is true, I contacted the company myself and was told the same thing, you have until the last day to make the full payment and you will not incur interest. Went to take an HP computer to fix the screen because it was cracked. And they ended taking a week and a half to get it fixed. So when it was actually ready for me to pick up, I noticed a small bubble in the middle of the screen. Now mind you, they wanted to charge me $140 for the original issue. After seeing the bubble, I told them that they need to fix this or only charge me $40. Shoot, wasting over a week, gas, and time arguing with the people because they said they couldn't do anything other than send it back to the people they had originally sent it to. So here I am thinking THEY are the ones fixing it but nope! And not only that, but how is it so easy for them to take off a whole $100 ? I went there to upgrade my C drive which is an SSD drive(Memory card drive), they were unable to clone my drive and when I got my computer back, they wiped out my D: drive which I had all my work files on. I told them to send my computer out to a data recovery center which they said they would do but supposedly they were unable to retrieve my data, they gave me for free a new C drive, however the data loss was incalculable in terms of the damage they caused me. So if you have any work done on your drive, BACKUP YOUR STUFF BEFORE you bring it there. Now I have to start over. read more
