They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable, they cleaned the kitchen and everything was back to normal. A great job and a very reasonable cost considering the amount of work they did. Had a leak in the upstairs toilet drainpipe that required access from the garage below. Work was completed in under 4 hours with a 2-man crew, which is commendable. Strongly recommend reviewing their estimate breakdown before signing the contract: 1. Included a difficult access charge of $750. If this resulted in 4 hours of additional work that works out to be almost $200 an hour. (Note: job was completed in 4 hours) 2. On a $2800 estimate, parts amounted to about $200, $2600 left for labor: this works out to be more than $600 per hour for the job. 3. Be sure to tell them if you're not planning to submit an insurance claim so the bid is not inflated. These guys are good but not good enough to justify this cost. I still have drywall repair and mold mitigation to deal with in the garage. They have recommended Restorz for this work (probably to earn a commission); can't wait for their estimate!
