I liked the Indiana shaped leather pieces that are made in house. The items are unique. The accessories make great gifts, but the caps were pricy at $50 each. Although I left empty handed, I'll probably return for gifts. The staff were friendly, but busy with customers during my visit. The checkout lines were long. We found nearby free street parking.

While browsing in their store a couple of weeks ago, I saw a design with pink painted peace signs. There wasn't a belt in my size, so I inquired about ordering one. They were very helpful and measured me. They stated that being that it was the holiday season, that it might take more than a week to get it back. This was two weeks before Christmas, and I told them that I didn't need it by then as it wasn't a gift. The day before Christmas, I received a call that it was finished. That was awesomely fast! I couldn't make it there that day due to a family celebration, but I went and picked it up the next day they were open. When I arrived, I received the belt. Unfortunately, due to a holiday mixup, the belt was way too long. The gentleman at the counter assured they would make it right by the next day. The did! It was a perfect fit. I highly recommend dealing with them for custom leather belts. I will take a picture of my beautiful belt soon!

On my first visit I purchased over $200 worth of goods. Upon my arrival home I was excited to put to work a leather bound water bottle. To my disappointment, the great flood was coming out of the bottom of the bottle. Understanding that things happen, I call the next day and was greeted with understanding and it eagerness to fix the product. I was told it was going to be a two week turnaround and unfortunately I was going to be leaving out of town for two months. Upon my arrival back to the store.... I had asked if I could exchange the water bottle for other items in the store, but because the manager was not on location one of the service team members called her. This woman is truly the worst person I have ever talked to on the telephone!!!!!!! She was not willing to exchange the product, she was not willing to do a refund while I was in the store and she had mentioned that she wouldn't be there until Tuesday of the following week where she wouldn't be able to do anything until then. So gracefully, I told her I would pay for the items in cash that I had picked out while I was in there and would she be able to do a refund or a credit on Tuesday when she comes in? She angrily and aggressively replied no! I can repair the product and you can come pick it up when you return home in two months. I will never be returning to the store again!!! I don't care how nice your stuff looks. If you sell somebody a defective product and you have a returning client you should attend to their needs and wants to ensure that they remain a return client. Shame! If I were the owners of that business I'd give her the fucking boot as fast as possible!!
