If I could give zero stars I would…read more Contracted our reservation (paid) in January 2020 for limo services in a 20-22 passenger Chevy Suburban with ice provided for 3 hours in August. The vehicle that arrived was a 16-18 passenger Hummer H2. The interior of the Hummer H2's door fell off upon the driver's attempt to close it (we have photos). The vehicle had Zero Air Conditioning and no ice was provided. Upon further examination, the wheel wells were dented, the rear black areas were faded to grey, and the driver's side exterior was significantly scratched and rusted. We decline the use, and were not provided transportation services because the vehicle was not safely operational and would not fit our party of individuals. Immediately, on the day of (during out wedding) we placed a call into the office. Additionally, the driver communicated with his dispatch. The company offered to communicate a resolution by Monday. Although many attempts have been made in the last two months to communicate (messages have been left with the representatives) with this company both book representatives Nicole and Amanda have failed to provide an opportunity to speak with Mr. Evan Ellis the Operations Manager. We are requesting a full refund. However, to this day no resolution has been discussed because management is not willing to communicate. Additionally, the booking representatives have failed to provide a resolution. This company did not provide transportation as contracted. Nor did they provide comparable or safe transportation for our contract.

Then shows up at 6:40am to get us to the appointment at 7am! I understand drivers are paid by the load, but this is ridiculous & has nothing to do with Me! An hour early is insane! The car was very clean and well appointed. The driver picked me up from the restaurant (there was valet only parking) and it was very easy -- the driver even knew some of the valet attendants, and was able to get in right away! Whoever answers the phone for them is the most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever talked to in my life. In my particular situation I misread an email about a pick up date not being available, so I called to find out why they hadn't arrived to pick my son up yet. I was immediately given attitude when I inquired about it. I should mention that if the driver wasn't almost 20 minutes late picking my child up earlier in the week maybe I wouldn't have assumed that was again the issue. Either way, when you're dealing with people's children you should have a certain level of professionalism and customer service regardless of who is at fault and if this is how they handle the parent I can't imagine how my child would potentially be treated. I will immediately cancel my services and would walk barefoot on glass to pick my child up before calling them again.

GREAT TINY LITTLE AIRPORT!…read more Parking is super convenient, but kinda expensive, at $12 per day. The airport itself is tiny so security is a breeze! STUPID to have to pay $45 to get through security with a regulary ID that hasn't been upgraded to a real ID. They don't do any additional screenings to ensure you're a REAL non-threatening person... u just pay $45 and then they look at your regular ID to check your name against your reservation... lol. BUT the airport itself is great! SMALL airport, security is a BREEZE and the TWO little gates are perfect. Allegiant flight was delayed and they put out waters and soft drinks for us so that was a nice gesture from Allegiant. The airport is just so convenient, I will gladly use this one ANY time I can over Columbus, just from the pure convenience aspect of parking and getting to the gate quickly. I will have to drive father and past Columbus to get to this one, and parking is $4/day more expensive, but I will do it every time!!!
