Consider yourself lucky if you read these reviews. Even all these warnings aren't enough. He'll show up at victims houses to get the pre-pay money and disappear. Steven procanin knocked on my parents door and had them pre pay for the season. He never showed up to plow and ghosted. Didn't respond to any of the phone calls, text messages, and emails. This company doesn't even exist officially anymore, the corporation dissolved in 2017. If you're lucky enough to read these reviews, do not give money to him. Who would ever thought that vines growing up on my house would do harm to my windows? Steve was so throughly professional while assisting me with putting away my patio furniture. This guy is a not a good person. We prepaid for the whole plow season (don't do that either). He crashed his plow into our garage, which is stucco. We have it on film and he came out and agreed he hit it (also on film). Never responded again to our calls. We have to have a court case to get our money for repair. He will tell you he was sick and in the hospital, etc, etc, and then you feel sorry for him. He is really a horrible person. read more

I have very high expectations and usually do my fall cleanup lawn myself, I had a conflict this year and was searching for a landscaper willing to do my fall cleanup? I reached out to RMC, they do my neighbors lawn and Steve was most receptive and willing to assist me. Note, these guys are slammed this time of year. Steve also suggested cleaning my gutters at the same time. Making a long story short, Steve and his crew did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. Do not use!!! When reading earlier reviews this company appeared promising and with speaking with the owner, Steve, I thought we found a honest person in this service but be ware he has NOT followed through. We paid for snow removal for the year and when he said he would do something i.e. plow our driveway; he did not. Needless to say we will not use this company for anything in the future. read more

I fell victim to a scrupulous snow plow company. Not only did they not show up twice, but the three times they did they dumped the plowed snow in front of our garage. I called Steve and asked if he could help. He came immediately and removed three snow plow worth of snow in front of our garage and cleaned up the entire driveway and court, all at a reasonable cost. I called RMC landscaping in hopes that they could help me clear my driveway when I was coming home from a vacation, and heard we had over a foot of snow in our driveway. I got their number from the Internet. Didn't know anything about them except that Roman called me back right away and said he could help me. It was lucky that I trusted him. Not only was he nice, his price was reasonable and he did a fantastic job! It was a pleasure being able to drive into my driveway after a long day of travel, and not have to worry about pulling out the snow blower. I had to part ways with my former landscaper since he wasn't doing a very good job and kept waking the baby every time he came. I just needed someone to mow the lawn weekly. I called RMC since they were close by and Roman said he would be right over to take a look at the yard and give me a quote. He showed up less than 10 minutes after I called and gave a very reasonable quote (slightly more than the previous guy but less than another quote I got). His guys came today for the first time to cut the grass and since 2 1/2 weeks had past since it was last cut it was really high. The RMC guys were great- they went to work not only on the high grass, but all the edges, and the deck and paved areas they cleaned up- and we have a little fenced in area for our toddler on the grass- they carefully moved the fencing to get in with the mower and then put it right back like it was- we have one of those little tikes play houses on the grass which they moved to mow under and then moved back. I spoke with one of the guys (I think his name was Lolu or something similar) and he was really polite and nice. Bottom line they were awesome- good communication, good work, polite - and while it's a few dollars more than I was spending before totally worth it since they do a much better job. read more
