We are extremely pleased with the work Joe and his crew did for our 3-flat building in Rogers Park. They designed and planted ground cover in front, and in back they built a new sidewalk, installed a new gate, dug rat trenches (filled with lava rock) around our garage and put in new sod. Joe and his team recently completed landscaping work in the front of our house. He did the design based on some very loose direction. Therefore Joe made the recommendations that fit what we were looking for and did it for a VERY reasonable price. Joe also recommended another company to install some artificial turf for a dog run, who gave us the lowest quote of the 3 quotes we had. We've owned several homes thru the years and are familiar with landscaping and the costs. Joe was tops. I wish I used him on the previous house. We hired Green Concepts for a fall clean-up, and they did an amazing job! We have a HUGE cottonwood tree in our backyard and have probably 10 times the number of leaves as a "normal" yard. Wow- we are incredibly happy with our new landscaping and it's all thanks to Joe, Tom, and the rest of the crew at Green Concepts!! We recently built a new house and had nothing but new sod put in. Joe worked with us on a plan that includes a new tree, several boxwood bushes and other plantings that all look incredible. They also built a beautiful raised box in our backyard so we can start a new vegetable garden. The quote was more than fair and the customer service has been fabulous. Joe comes by on a regular basis to see how things are coming along and has been giving us great advice on how to care for our new yard (we are new suburbanites). I would not hesitate to recommend Green Concepts to anyone I know, but it turns out that I don't have to. All of our neighbors already use their services, so it's not a carefully guarded secret.
