This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a so-called "professional." From the start, Patrick had an awful attitude. When I called to ask about service, he acted like I was bothering him. He was short, dismissive, and downright rude. He made no effort to be helpful. At that point, I knew I would never give him my business. I found another plumber who was professional, respectful, and charged a fair rate--something Patrick is clearly incapable of doing. They also installed two new faucets. He was friendly but very overpriced. I was desperate with no sink and I think he sensed it. Charged me $800 and was at the house for 2 hours. When I asked him why he charges $400/hr he just shrugged and said that's my rate, knowing I had no other convenient options. (BTW, I bought the garbage disposal and faucets myself at Lowe's. He only installed them.) This was enough to make me never use him again. However, in the past several months two of the joints on the line from the disposal and the other sink have literally come loose (as in come apart) because they were not adequately tightened) causing water to flow suddenly from the cupboard into the kitchen and the utility line in the basement. Cost of the service was way more than I expected. To be clear, I agreed to pay the cost upfront…read moreeven though I was shocked at the price ($7437.50) to clear 50' of sewer drain. This was a weekend and we were having medical issues and needed our toilets working. The drain was plugged up again after one week. After doing the research I should have done before I agreed to this price, I find we paid about 10 times what other businesses charge. I called Patriot Pros to ask them why they charge so much and if it was a mistake. They told me that was the price you pay for quality and they have a lot of business expenses to pay. Bottom line is, don't be a dummy like me. Do your research up front and don't use Patriot Pros. They set the hook by charging $389 just to come look at the problem and then if you are a big enough dummy they real you in.
