They were super nice on the phone. Prices are reasonable. But the real test was their VERY prompt arrival to deliver everything on time. They set up the tables for us and brought the chairs to a great spot for our outdoor party. Everything was solid and of good quality. The following day, Charlene and her husband returned, again on time. Both are charming people who are obviously quite good at what they do. Very efficient. Highly professional. We will absolutely support this local business with our future needs.

This is where I found Pouring Events Bartending. The owner, Kevin, was so responsive to emails and phone calls. Kevin and his staff were willing to take on a High School graduation celebration. Our meal of sliders, fries, fried pickles and chicken tenders with sauces was an absolute success!!!! They also provided bartending services and this was a success for all the adults! At the end of the day it was most definitely worth having Kevin and his team catering and bartending. Our daughter graduates in 2 years and will definitely call Kevin and his staff again!!! When my daughter said she was hiring Meredith, I was concerned that it was an unnecessary expense, however it was the best money spent on the wedding!!! We hardly had two weeks for the event day and Johnell worked day and night to get everything planned and coordinated according to the theme of the party. She provided great suggestions like the claw machine, face painting and a magician. It was tough to get a magician in that short time period but she did her magic to find the best one for the event and it was great! All our 50+ guests who attended the party raved about how well the planning and coordination was done for a 3 year old's birthday. It wouldn't have happened without her! She also helped with my baby shower back in early 2020 when Covid didn't hit us yet. My husband worked with her to throw me a baby shower and it was amazingly done. That baby shower event has made us reach out to her again because we knew she will do an excellent job and can trust her because she puts her heart in every event that she takes up. They have a pool and Guadalupe River access also if that's your thing. If you want a quiet, relaxing getaway, this is the place to go.
