He even offered free cards and gifted my son a toy. To add in even the person helping us check out was extremely friendly and patient, making us feel even more welcomed not feeling rush. Awesome shop! Came here with a buddy for the first time and was met with smiles and a welcoming vibe. Went to RNG Therapy Card Lounge after work on Friday 8/21/2026. This place must be poppin cuz the parking lot was almost full and I grabbed on of the last spots! Very cool artwork in front of the shop with a Corgi on a Snorlax! Walked inside and immediate room was an area set up with tables and chairs for play, along with crane machines. Went to the left and that is the main area with more tables for play and where the shop's goodies are! Was shopping for a seven year olds birthday gift, who wanted Pokémon cards. However, I don't know anything about this world or any trading card game or card shop. The owner Thien was extremely helpful in helping decide that to get - a box with a whole bunch of packs seven year old kids would like! Thien respected the price point I was going for, and really delivered! This place was nice and cool on a warm day, and did not have a card shop feel. Lots of people were there that night to play a League of Legends trading card game. Surely coming back for my next Pokémon or One Piece or Riftbound card needs! Came to this place and the people beyond the counter or super nice and chill. They had the 10-second game and the wheel which I felt like wasn't good breakers to the same place. Love this cute little card shop! In a more business-area of San Jose it looks a bit unassuming. But when you walk in there's claw machines and then a LARGE variety of cards, decks, booster boxes and everything. They have a section of free Pokémon cards for those who collect and another collection well where you can write what you're looking for on a bulk card and hang it up! They ran a promotion for the Phantasmal flames booster packs (BOGO free - MSRP) on instagram and we managed to pull these two! They were super helpful and nice when it came to picking up our order. 11/10 Experience. After visiting for my first time this last week, I can guarantee that I will be a return customer. Upon finding the location which was a recommendation from a friend, I decided to head over on a weekday in the day. I spent much of the afternoon talking with one of the owners; Thien. He was very kind and personable, immediately greeted me with a handshake and welcomed me in to the shop. The parking situation is less like a plaza setting and more like a business complex. The storefront is clearly marked and easy to find with their logo. As soon as you enter there are some vending machines and some play tables in the front reception area. A few steps to the left is where the rest of the shop is located. From here, the wall is lined with high end cards and some more play tables opposite the card walls. Everything is notably clean and well organized. I also liked that the seating options are notably more comfortable and aesthetic than most other card shop locations. In the back of the store you have the glass counters with endless sealed products, single cards, and more. Everything very well organized and easy to see. On the wall opposite the glass counter there are all sorts of collector supplies, dice, sleeves and much more. There is also a fun wheel you can spin for prizes. There is also a very large roll up door which is really nice for large events so there is lots of air flow and space for people to hang out. I also want to note that this is an exemplary location if you bring your significant other to the card shop with you and he/she may not be as enthusiastic as you. Lots of places for them to chill and be comfortable while you shop! I spent a long time chatting with Thien that day and taking a long stroll through the bulk Pokemon cards. It was great to watch Thien interact with other customers than came in. Every person was greeting with a handshake and kind welcome in. Not only was the atmosphere, lounge, play tables, restroom and entry clean and tidy but you could feel the attention to detail here. Outside of my experience in the shop, I know the team is an active part of the community, hosting play nights and events weekly and frequently. This weekend Thien let me know that someone on the team had held a card for me that I had been looking for! I stopped by the event to pick that one up and say hi to the team. His employees are trained just as Thien welcomes people, to be just as personable and professional. If you are new to collecting or just getting into it, I highly recommend putting RNG on your card shop rotation. P.S. Not only was Thien kind and welcoming he had also gifted me a card that I needed for my Meowth master set. I am very grateful to know a new friend in this hobby! read more

I been here a few times and I would have to say this store is great. The lounge is very nice and they offer snacks too. They have area with binders of Pokémon cards. I've been going here for the past couple of months weekly for their Riftbound Nexus Nights and would highly recommend people to check it out! They have a couple of Riftbound singles so it can be worth looking to see if they have any cards you're looking for. If you're into Pokemon, this is also the place for you since they have an even bigger Pokemon collection ranging from multiple singles, slabs, and actual packs/ETBS. They have a super cool "spin the wheel" that can get you a prize! Their binders are also labeled so it can help you narrow down your search if you're looking for something specific. The fact that I drive all the way here from SF every time me and my partner wants to get Pokemon Cards speaks a lot for itself. We've only been here a handful of times since we only started collecting, but this place has been our go to. Everyone is super friendly, nice location, and very comfortable store! This place has great vibes and good selection of cards. Thien the owner is super nice and interactive with the customers. The card values here are pretty good. They are reasonably priced cards. I also like that the cards are well organized so it is easy to find the cards in a certain price range. They are going to be doing tournaments soon. They do have tables there to play. They also have pennie sleeves for you to put the cards in that you may pull which is a nice touch. They also have claw machines by the entrance so be warned there! XD. It is very spacious. You can sit and relax by the open garage door for some cool air. It is a nice place to just sit. They have a wheel there to spin for a price to get random prizes. They sell so far pokemon cards, lorcana, one piece, and saw some magic cards. They do sell older Pokémon booster boxes and a lot of japanese cards as well. It was my first time coming here today as a friend had recommended me to check this place out. The staff were extremely helpful and Tien was exceptionally hospitable and personable during my visit. He even went out of his way to get my daughter started with her first Pokemon binder! Just come rip packs, hang out, vibe, window shop, etc. They are an official one piece play store now. Every Tuesday and Thursday night. My husband recently bought a random lot to try and learn so he can come hang out haha You might have recently started seeing them at card shows. As a small shop they're doing all they can to build a community and get us things as close to retail as possible!
