Gamers Heaven is exactly what I want to see in my local community. A group of enthusiastic individuals that want to create a space for people to come in and create memories. The place is both spacious and small? The hallway of merch is always fun to see. I love the split wing layout. You can buy drinks and sit in the front area, or shop and play games in the back. It's interesting. I also like that they test out their drinks. You are able to order from their menu of course, but they will give you the option of one of their experimental stuff! I did this last time and had quite a bit of fun! I haven't had a chance to get here for board games and such. But I do like their merch selection. I like that you can read manga as well and I love that they have monthly events you can participate in! Really hoping to get a chance to come here more often! read more

I randomly saw a video of this joint from TikTok last month? So I decided to drop by here on a off day To me, this is simply just a drink or tea place with a small extension. A hallway with some art you could buy from artists and some official merchandise from well known games like ZZZ or so on? I took a good look at the food/drinks offered here, they look okay (prices a bit high) I wouldn't exactly call it a reason for coming here? It also happened to be a some sort of Beyblade event going on? Very cool, I wasn't aware people are into this franchise as of 2026. It's worth visiting at least once, the events they offer are just about a few same types? Was curious about this place for a while but got the chance to come by and get something during a special event being hosted at this place. There is ample parking both near the area across the street, as well as a decent amount of space to do work that comes with a shelf with manga. I noticed that they have a hallway with merch from small artists as well as a claw machine and board games in a different section of the shop, which were nice touches and does make me want to consider returning back with a friend or two. The event was enjoyable and I do believe the staff had a major role to play in that regard, with them going out of their way to get a cake specific to the event as well as make sure that everything was going smoothly. The baristas was also personally delivering food and drinks to those attending the event, which was a nice touch. I decided to get the "#leaveittotango" (which was the event's equivalent of letting the barista decide what my drink would be at the time), which resulted in me getting a drink that I'm not entirely sure was even an item on the menu (I looked at the menu, and none of them seemed to have matched the drink visually). I was under the impression that the randomizer would've been between two event-specific specialty drinks, but I suppose that's on me for making assumptions instead of asking. The drink was alright and I was able to finish the entire thing, though at some point it started tasting more salty than sweet. Overall, a nice experience. I would've normally given this place three stars if I was only judging on the drink alone, but I feel like they deserve an extra star for the atmosphere that they cultivated. Would definitely be willing to return here again, and to hopefully try a drink that I actually know the name of. read more

Super cute and cozy place to play board games, read manga, and hang out in general! Great variety of board games, manga, snacks and drinks! This place also hosts a lot of community events like Bey Blade nights or DJ lessons weekly to monthly. Snackwise, my partner and I got the Sinigang flavored tater tots, dino nuggets and popcorn chicken! The popcorn chicken was a bit dry but the tater tots and dino nuggets were crisped to perfection. The sinigang flavor is what really stood out because it's so rare to find this flavor casually. The sourness was perfection. As for the hojicha latte, the temperature was just right and the flavor is nice and strong. Definitely satisfies any hojicha craving. Love how there's a hallway that displays and sells local small artist's merchandise and how community focused this place is. 100% come here to yap, play their board games and enjoy their snacks/drinks AND attend one of their game/workshop nights. It's such a gem to find a place that has this level of coziness. 10/10 would come again. read more

I saw that they had coffee so decided to stop by. Really cool shop for kids and families as they have a ton of activities and games for customers. I got an iced bees knees coffee and it's delicious! The price for the latte is comparable to other coffee shops. Great customer service, they were really friendly. The shop also does some awesome stuff for the community, for Christmas they're currently doing a toy drive and when SNAP benefits were paused, they stepped up. Really cool place to check out for gaming, activities with the fam, or if you're like me just supporting a small business and ordering a great latte. read more

My friend and I came in to review the new OP17 cards. My friend purchased a drink from Gamers Heaven and I thought I'd go to the shop over at OMG tea to grab a drink since I wanted boba. I saw gamers supposed heaven had snacks and thought cool I'd pick something up as well. Upon coming in with my boba and before sitting I was reprimanded by a seated employee stating no outside food or drinks are allowed. I understood, he said please leave it at the front. I said I haven't even opened the drink or poked a hole yet I'll just leave it at the table I'm at and go over the cards. I'll save my boba! The employee then looked at me angrily and made a face and gave me attitude for what? Not drinking my drink and mind you it's sealed at my table? So we left to OMG tea where they offered much better service and hospitality and a nice area to play OP! They in fact did not kick my friend out for bringing "outside drinks" in their shop. The drinks at OMGtea are amazing as well, brown sugar boba for the win! read more

Really friendly staff and fun environment. I came here for 2 different private events, so I can only speak on those. We had 2 tournaments of 30+ people. For our purposes, we had the back area for our tournament and the front was the waiting area. For housing our play area and amount of players, it can be a little cramped, but I appreciate that the store is very flexible to fit our needs. I really liked that they set up tvs for us to live stream to. It's also nice that there is a boba shop inside here. I didnt look too much into the menu, but I got to try a standard boba milk tea and it is as good as other places. Parking isnt a problem here, there is a whole garage room to park on behind the store. If I was more local, this would be a great hangout spot, but I look forward to coming here for more tournaments in the future. read more

I hosted a kpop cupsleeve event here just recently and I have to say it was such a great experience! Throughout the planning phase of the event, communication was easy. With the ideas that I had, they were more than willing to accommodate them which I appreciated. I was able to come into the shop multiple times to plan out the event, from how to arrange the event space in the back, packing cupsleeve freebies, to solidifying the specialty drink just for the event. YES! They will make a specialty drink ONLY for the day of the event, not a drink that's already on the menu and rename it for the day. And honestly it's one of the things that makes this place great! During the event the staff were amazing! They were checking in to see everything was going smoothly and if we needed anything. You can tell the staff will do their best to make sure you're ok and comfortable. You really can't recreate that anywhere else. Overall this place has been amazing for events! It's very spacious and clean. The staff are so nice and kind. They went above and beyond my expectations. If you ever want to host a kpop cupsleeve event, I 100% would recommend here. It's a gamer cafe that serves snacks and you can play board games while waiting for your food. Plus, there is a shop to purchase anime merchandise. I enjoyed the board games more because we had promo deal from anime expo or one of the cons at San Jose convention center. It's close to Santa Clara university which is convenient for college students to eat/shop/play board games. The owner has magna books to read if you are not in the mood for board games. I was happy to see that this cafe had opened and I hope it is very successful. I can see why gamers would enjoy going to this cafe. The food and drink selection look good and I appreciate the Kpop music. However, I did not like my matcha latte. It was not because of the latte itself but because it was served in this unusual cup that felt like styrofoam. The feel of drinking from such a cup ruined the whole experience. I would much prefer an actual ceramic mug and if not, the standard paper cups that most nice cafes use. read more

The workers here are nice and friendly. They have boba, merch and snacks to buy. Even board games and 2 old consoles you can play. They have some tables for you to use. This place is pretty decent size. They even sale some Gundam for a good price. read more

The owner Dennis is very kind and he has an awesome and supportive crew working with him. I have been here twice for events and I always feel welcomed! If I lived closer this would be a regular hangout spot for me. They have plenty of video games and tabletop games for you to play with friends. My friends and I go there for Beyblade events and it's always a good time. Dennis and Nico are very attentive. I haven't had any of the food aside from tater tots and a few drinks, but my favorite is a simple oolong milk tea with oat milk and lychee jelly. They also have a cute artist alley where they support artists, which I think is super cool! My group and I arrived evening (5ish pm) and at that time the shop was fairly empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. The front room had free to read manga, free to play board/card games, and the cafe. We ordered the unova mocha, the bees knees, black tea, and mozzarella sticks, all of which were very tasty! They had vinyls, some card games, gundam, clothing, bags, and dnd dice for sale. The back room had more free to play board/card games, free to play retro gaming systems (snes and n64), and a few mini cranes ($1 per token). Shoutout to the amazing staff! Gamers Heaven is the best place if you wanna hangout with your family and friends and play your favorite table top games! The food and beverages are awesome too so you can eat while you enjoy playing your game. Dennis and his crew are great people and very supportive with the community, they are very friendly and made us feel at home. It's got great vibes, friendliest staff ever, great drinks and food (especially for someone indecisive and asks staff for recommendations all the time like me, and I got my new favorite drink from them!) On top of that, they have also expanded to the small but growing community for Kpop! My group and I stopped by the shop after Anime Impule/kplayfest to check it out since we were in the area. Was not disappointed! Food: 2/2 Since i only got a coffee and didn't try any of the actual food, take this with a grain of salt. The group that I went with all said their drinks were great as well! With that, I will give it a 2/2 Value: 1/1 You get free video games in the back room and a lot of great board games you can play as well including wingspan and 5 minute dungeon! They 100% have a lot of great more casual games available for you to play as well! The staff is super friendly and if it's not busy, will gladly have a conversation with you about anime. This is a great place to visit if you need a snack, drink, and gamer vibes. There is a manga and game library as soon as you walk in. There is a wall of cute stickers and collectibles. The back room has some clothing and accessories along with a viewing area which was playing EVO today. My kids and I each got drinks (Ramunade and a Diet Coke), and then snacked on some pizza and gyoza. The best part of the visit was the friendly and genuine welcome by the employees. Attended an event here, and the staff were incredibly kind. The service was amazing, and even had an opportunity to try out their boba which may have been the best I have tried so far. They offer a variety of cool products as well, from beyblades, Gundam model kits, to even stickers and other cool novelty items. I highly recommend this place for events, and food. read more

Came here for the first time for a private event, and was welcomed by the super accommodating staff and owner. They have an ample sized seating area with a plethora of different official hobby products / Asian-inspired merchandise to go along with their own drinks and snacks. There is a separate room to the left of the seating area that includes any larger products like Gunpla and Beyblade which is cool to check out! The staff in one way or another are genuinely connected to various hobby communities and engage with especially enthusiastic customers, (ie. Beyblade, Pokémon, Gundam, various TCGs) which they also provide different board games for people to try out. If not, there are also a sizable library of manga to read from for a more quiet option. The cafe itself other than the standard selection offers some limited-time drinks that some friends and I tried out, and they were pretty good! On their social media they detail any changes and additions to their menu as well as activities and promotions on specific days of the week. All in all, a really enjoyable experience and you can feel the ambition of the staff to make everyone feel at home. Hope to be coming here again! read more

Stopped by to check out this new business in Franklin Mall for a drink and snack twice this week. The array of drinks and snacks are good and prices are reasonable.
