Absolutely wonderful service by the kind people at RNR on West street. Took my car in because my tire kept losing air and I was prepared to learn I had to purchase tires. They found that they were able to fix my tire. They checked with me and kept me posted on the progress. When they brought me my keys, they told me to have a good day. I went to the counter to pay and they told me that there was no charge! I learned that they don't charge for tire repairs. What a surprising gift! Of course when it's time to buy tires I will go back. While I waited several customers came in. I found that the staff were kind and respectful to everyone who came in. The space is clean and the chairs and tables are comfortable. They even had crayons and coloring pages at the table for people with children. I really feel like this is a gem of a place. read more

The only things I have gotten from this "business" is grief, tears, zero empathy (for a situation they caused)&completely manipulative behaviors from every single employee I had the misfortune of meeting. I have never in all my life been treated in such a way as rnr has. Unprofessional doesn't begin to cover it. They are now stating bc they took advantage of me, my anxiety& manipulated me into taking back my DEPOSIT so they could wipe their hands clean of the situation that they created. Told That they can no longer can help me; when they still have my property. THERE WAS NO REFUND- they only returned deposit They did not make any attempt to remedy nor apologize. Bc they ordered the incorrect size lug holes & asked ME to take to external machine shop(voiding the warranty) Strange that any business would condone their employees OFFERING ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES to take down a negative review. Which doesn't matter bc they will just block you on socials if you write a negative review. Removing your review from public sight. TOO GREEDY to say no. A simple "no" would have saved us all & been better than 4 months of grief & being stranded bc dec. 1 told me it would be 7-10 days I was informed they didn't come in only after I kept calling. we were still awaiting deliver of the two steelys ; did not inform me of the fact that the person had ordered them incorrectly. Gave the 2nd&3rd chances & them wheels not fitting after all of that is absurdity at its finest. One lie after another just to get the sale. they messed up; ordered the wrong lug size & upon discovery of that, wanted me to take it to a shop to get the holes bigger. After all these months not one person tried to fit them? Incompetent employees lied From the beginning; he didn't know how to order these, yet no one helped him? Had new tires and an alignment done here, steering was fine at first but slowly began to pull to the left over the months Had a mechanically inclined friend check on it and he found a loose bolt on the driver's side outer tie rod, that kind of thing doesn't just loosen itself in less than a year... To top it all off, we discovered they had put metal caps on the valve stems of the tires, they're now rust welded onto the threads and cannot be removed, I will have to take my car to a shop to have them take the wheels off and replace the valve stems, otherwise I will not be able to air up my tires. I recommend you avoid this place, they messed up a simple job and made my situation more complicated than before they touched my vehicle read more

I set up an appointment time they do not follow the appointment time first they tell me it'll be 3 hours before my vehicle can even get in to have tires put on it what is the point of setting an appointment time up if this is going to happen then they lie to you about the price and about what tires are available to be put on your vehicle read more

This is a great location they have lots of options for tires and rims. We were able to start our process and services right as they opened at 9 AM and it took about an hour for new tires and rims as well as rotation definitely recommend. Great service, great selection. Lots of payment options including a service plan monthly. Definitely check them out before deciding on your tires or rims. read more

This place is as crooked as a snakes back!! I got a new set of tires, yes they financed them. The approval was simple. I found out why. They charged outrageous prices for the tires. And then to top it off they try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. I declined all the extras but when I went to make my first payment they included them in the price. Good thin I kept all the paperwork to show where I had declined the coverage. They promised to correct their mistake. Surprise every time I made a payment the charges were still there. I needed 4 new tires for my car and I was given RNR as a suggestion by a friend. they told me at first that they only had one type of tire to sell me and they would be $800 today or $1600 with a payment plan. I asked if the reason for the doubled price was interest and they assured me it was not. it was for roadside assistance and alignments while I had the tire. I had checked other places like Walmart and I could get my tires for around $450 so I was ready to leave and then they magically found some tires in my price range. My tires would be $480 if I bought them in full today. i was going to have the money to buy them outright in a week but they assured me my tires needed replaced asap. so I did the payment plan and put a down payment of $140 and signed all their contracts. a week later I call to pay and they tell me the price is $450. and I ask why that is since I put a down payment of $140. they put me on hold for a very long time and came back with some excuse that it cost $140 for a weeks worth of flat repair and roadside assistance. I told them how ridiculous that sounds and they informed me it was all in my contract I signed. of course the contract is all in legal jargon and impossible to read. i caution anyone who deals with this company to ask questions and be very weary and if at all possible buy your tires elsewhere! read more

THIS is what happened to me with the store on South Broadway in Wichita, Kansas. Everything was cool with the purchase of the tires. The problem came when the vehicle was wrecked and me giving them their tires back and MINE BEING PUT BACK ON. So.....here's what happened - when I bought the tires and they put them on my vehicle two of my tires were given back to me and two of them were thrown away without my consent. So when they came to collect their tires the picture below shows how my vehicle was left. I had asked them to put the tires back on the rims so that my apartment building manager would not be upset about the vehicle being on blocks plus how am I going to sell it or do anything with it if it's on blocks or even just the rims? So, the same day that they took the tires off, they put my original two tires they did not throw away on my rims and would not even give me trash tires to put on the other two rims. In less than a week, I found a tire shop close to home that willingly gave me to trash tires because RNR'S manager, John, would not do so and when I called and asked RNR to put the other two tires on the rims ,John says to me, "I cannot just give you free labor. We can put them in the rims for$20 each." ARE THEY FU$KIN KIDDING ME? Free labor?! Free labor!? You took the tires off; put them back on! And why then did they do two of my tires (at no cost) but not the other two?! I was told when I bought the tires that they would put the tires on the rims if we had the old tires and worst case scenario is that I would have to come and pick them up from the shop. I paid $140 to have four tires for less than a month and now I'm having to find somebody to put two tires on two rims on a vehicle that's wrecked just so I can get the vehicle sold or even moved. I bought a new vehicle while trying to find tires for the wrecked one and had plans to return to them for some rims and tires after Christmas. Unfortunately, my whole opinion of them is totally changed. They are dirty and don't run the business with ethicss nor morals. I mean, who the hell is going to half-a$$ do something and expect to have a good name for the business? You put two tires on the rims after taking ur flat trash tires! Why wouldn't you put the other two tires of mine on without charging $20 PER TIRE when you already put two back on free of charge like you were supposed to?! Had they of not thrown my tires away (behind their own executive decision that THEY made) I WOULD HAVE HAD ALL FOUR TIRES TO BE PUT ON WHEN THEY DID THE FIRST TWO!!! I understand this place been having some bad reviews so I'm gonna change that by first sayin that I called in to ask if they had a specific size they did tell me to just come in to talk about it more and I wasn't too happy but at the same time I'm glad I did it because of that I was actually able to change my tires the same day and it took less than 2 hours to do !!!and such and at the time I was also gettin food the gentleman named paco told me it would be fine to eat in there while I wait and he would doubt check on me to make sure I was comfortable with everything I'm purchasing I understand that they say is pricey but it's worth the money unlike walmart where there tires only last a year or other tire services places these tires last and they also have warranty on them and u can add one even if u already have there tires for years and I got my vaulted replaced and caps and they made sure my rims are still in good condition For FREE! I stopped to get a quote on a new set of tires because I was in the area. A set of 4 Continental ultra touring was $1700. A good tire but also one you can buy easily for around $150 each. I have put the best Goodyear Eagle run-flat tires on my corvette for $1000 cash. They are preying on people who can least afford it. He made sure to tell me about their weekly bi-weekly payment plans. I made a few calls, went down the street a bit and got a set of Hankook Kinergy, a better tire, installed, balanced, aligned ... for $700 cash. Businesses like RnR make me sick. They are not helping anyone. They are taking advantage of those who have less to start with, and making a fortune in the process. read more

I went in on Friday to have a hole in my tire fixed. Instead of fixing it they made things worse by ruining my tire. The guy that was doing the patch job did not grease the tire before taking it off the wheel causing the bead to crack. When he goes to put it back on the side wall blows out. I understand accidents happen, and the guy is more than likely new. The thing that bothers me is they tried to cover themselves by fishing me the lie that my tires where dry rotted and that's why the sidewall blew out. This is completely false as there is no evidence of any dry rot. So now I need to buy a new set of tires because they made a mistake. This is completely unacceptable customer service so I would strongly encourage anyone who needs tire service to take their business elsewhere. read more
