I was in and out of there within 25 minutes. I will say there is no waiting area so I had to sit outside, but it was worth it. I'm a single mom and just moved here from out of town, so I know like two people total. A stranger put my spare on for me (which was also flat) and I barely made it to the shop. But once I was there the guys were super comforting and helpful! They ended up fixing two tire valves and a sensor for me, all of which I never would have know was an issues if it wouldn't have been for them taking the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle for me even after closing. 10/10 recommend: the staff, the shop, everything. I was later informed that the tires could not be removed because the vehicle has a wheel lock, so only the alignment was performed. What is unacceptable is that the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment, and no one made any effort to contact me to ask about it. Instead, they proceeded without the tire replacement and waited until I called to ask when my car would be ready. When I asked why I was not contacted, I was met with hostility rather than accountability, as though the issue was my fault. Clear communication and basic customer service were lacking throughout this visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
