Purchased food today at the Maryland 5 Star event - meat was tough and over cooked. Would not recommend this food truck

This was my first time here. I go in to order and I see first that the lobby needs a good cleaning. There was a man there taking the orders that was not friendly at all... I had to make him speak. Next I get my order....the string beans were over salted to the point that I had to throw them away, the half chicken was dry, and the ribs/mac and cheese were mediocre. The food tasted like it was microwaved instead of freshly cooked. Don't waste your money! We as african americans need to get it together! I'm always told to support our own people's business first but i'm not so sure about that. I will not be returning! read more

Best Dan, Dan Noodles in the city, hands down and the wings are too tier as well, very crispy and tasteful, my fav things and they're very reasonable. Not a lot of elbow room and the chairs are like sitting in stone if you're not on the bench but great food! read more

My husband and I had a taste for ribs, since this place is located close to our house we decided to try it. We ordered a rack of ribs, when we brought them home there was alot of liquid present....it was NOT BBQ sauce. They were not done, I put them in the oven when they were done, I lost my taste for ribs. My husband did purchase a bottle of their bbq sauce, which was great. Have not been back to that place, if I do the only thing I would buy is the bbq sauce. read more

Maaaaaaaan this is some good BBQ!!! I had them cater a party we threw in November and everything went perfect. The brisket was delish. 10lbs of brisket gone in one night. The pork was super tasty!!. Food was mediocre at best. I decided to give this place a chance because I'm black and they're black however the Mac and cheese was horrendous. Taste more like peppered Alfredo rather then traditional Mac and cheese. The fish sandwich a kid could have put it together & the green beans were ok at best.
