It had been over a year since it had a deep interior cleaning. Allan contacted me through Yelp and quoted $280 for full interior detail. He was able to schedule a convenient time and date for me. Allan arrived on time and I showed him the main area I was concerned about (big coffee stain on the roof/ceiling of my car. I wish I took pics of the before and after of the seats and dashboard of my interior. Let me just say this was truly a transformation. Once he was done with my car, it looked and smelled brand new!! Stain on roof- GONE. My leather seats were shiny and floors mats freshly vacuumed. Every nook and cranny of my car was squeaky clean. All the crumbs and hair disappeared. In other words, my car looked immaculate. If you are looking for quality detail, look no further. I will be a returning customer.

Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. I'm old school and usually detail my own vehicles because I got tired of companies charging premium to perform the same superficial cleaning that you'd get from the local carwash. Speed wax using barely enough product to cover a hood much less an entire vehicle. Never really achieving the "detail" aspect of the work. Art of Detailing came through. The interior felt fresh and spotless, and all the small areas that are easy to overlook were thoroughly cleaned. The exterior had a great shine and just looked really well taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. He also went above and beyond even though my car wasn't in bad shape to begin with. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. This time I had the guy deep clean the seats. He removed stains that were a few years old. My car is so clean that I don't want to drive it anywhere . Thank you Mr. Ngo!
