We are a bit new to the rv life so some of our comments may be because of that but we tried our best to be objective. We would give the park more stars but the way we left just did not sit right with us so we had no choice but to rate it as low as we can. Pros: Decent park with affordable price. The area is not so great but we use to live close by so we're used to it. We didn't use all the amenities but their pool looks ok and they have two laundry rooms and restrooms but not sure how nice those are. Overall it's not a bad park but it makes our cons and comment below harder to write because we wish the best for other RVers. Cons: No specific dog areas so you have to walk them and if they use the grass make sure to clean it. There seem to be people living here for like 20+ years which means there is junk and old looking Rvs around. The don't have a POS(point of sale) system so they just handle everything in cash which seems unnecessary with all the options and technology out now. There are people making noise, building stuff, doing repairs but all that is not allowed by their policy. Some people even leave their dogs outside and they bark at people walking by. In the park policy it clearly states that pets are not supposed to be left unattended and that barking dogs will not be tolerated. Not a huge deal for us but after you read our comment below you may either sympathize or not, on whether we have a right to be angry or not. Their policy even allows their management to change or add whatever rules they please but it seems they do so with the good ole boy system because if your a stranger they look for reasons to not like you so you can leave. Rant & Complaint: My husband and I stayed there for two weeks and didn't have any problems until the manager Cookie, decided to target us for helping a friend and their dog in need which felt like discrimination and borderline racism. We have two small dogs which is the maximum allowed but we had to watch a friend's dog so we had to lie until we figured out where to take their dog. This offended the manager and she seemed surprised that someone would lie for a dog. We tried telling her we are finding a home for the dog but instead of working with us, the manager just told us to leave because we lied. I get it they have that right and we don't want to cause problems but it just felt inconsiderate and wrong. Especially during a time where we were supposed to be self-quarantined and avoid traveling. She didn't seem to care about our safety, our baby, our pets, or them losing a paying customer. She seemed arrogant and unsympathetic to anyone but her feelings or how she will look with her friends, bosses or whatnot. Also, talking to her and the girl in the front counter(her daughter) we felt uncomfortable because they always seemed angry and responded very rude, as if they lack common courtesy. Regardless of the price of staying here some manners and customer service are expected. Our biggest issue was how they handled this and the fact that they didn't care about the Coronavirus situation or the what if's that are super important to think about. When my husband talked to the manager to try and explain the situation and if they can work with us until we find a home for our friends dog she just kept saying we lied and that's our policy. Her and the office staff are very rude and not willing to work with us. We asked to talk to someone else, such as their owner and she denied our request using Walmart as an analogy, which seems far fetched since this company is nowhere the size or complex as that giant and not even in the same industry. She refused to give us the owners' name and contact information. We are working to place a formal complaint and see if the government and police can educate these people on how to handle a pandemic and maybe even learn some customer service. We hope no one suffers real problems from these people during this time or in the future. We actually wanted to be here and thought it was fine, even though we did have other RVers caution us about this place. I guess they were right, these people have lived here so long they forget how to treat strangers and we think they shouldn't be managing an Rv park that's all about hospitality and people. It's a shame that even in a pandemic, people can be cold and selfish but that's the world we live in. Our recommendation for RVers is avoid this place and pay a little extra for a better option or come at your own risk but leave as soon as you can. Oh and if you are a pet owner, you know how important our animals are to us and for people to be ignorant to that it's a real shame and make us feel sorry for pet owners living the Rv life. Be careful and stay safe

Only three stars because of the green water and pool/waterfall not kept up. Spot 391 has great potential. The space was great. They have a private little soaking area. It was green. I swept the dirt myself. There was no chlorine in it. It was a beautiful waterfall. Look at the picture in the back. There's a water purifier I guess for the water, but there was no salt in the system, and the heater was not turned on. I could not forget how to do it and maintenance said they don't know it's not part of their equipment. The reason I said I would come back. It has ice machine outside seeing fireplace freezer refrigerators has a very large barbecue. I brought my smoker cause I like meat smoked. There's plenty of cabinet spaces. Plenty of space a lot of switches. I wish they would label them two of the plugs by the barbecue did not work. The maintenance guy didn't know how to turn them on. He tested them and there was nothing there This place even has a dishwasher like I would ever use it. That's what I get grandkids for the park is gorgeous. The people here was so helpful. The space is beautiful. I just wish they kept it up a little bit better the space the park is kept up beautiful. I believe there's five pools and Jacuzzi. It's a large space. The only take newer motorhomes. You can't bring an old motorhome here. People stay for months and months. I saw quite a few people had dogs. The good part was, I saw all of them pretty much on their own property and with leashes. And it didn't hurt while I'm writing this review. I'm sitting here after smoking some prime rib. I cooked it myself. It's extremely tender. That makes anything better. It's a little bit off the strip, which is nice cause you don't hear all the noise and commotion. But, it's very close. It has a nice tv on the outside. Facing the right way so as to not bother other people. Final thought; this space is beautiful has everything comfortable chairs tables recliners everything I just wish the pool was kept up a little bit better. Even if it is just a fountain it should not be green.

Also the worst comments are from during the pandemic when people had lots of chips on their shoulders and every place in the world was short staffed and businesses were short on funds. Others are because of their own fault it seems. I can only assume those that had a good experience there don't feel the need to leave a review or just don't bother when you compare reviews from other review sites regarding the RV park. Personally we had a very good experience there and so nice we stayed there twice within a few weeks. First off the security staff there has been very nice and helpful when we've showed up after the office closed and using the red phone connects you right away with security. You can see they take security of the park seriously and its a high priority and don't just hire random potheads that can put on a T-Shirt that says security on the back. They have security cameras throughout the park which is nice to see and it looks like they're in the midst of installing a few more, which will be nice to see. The front office staff at the park have been very nice and will help to accommodate your needs with a smile and no attitudes. In fact one time we had to cancel our stay a couple days prior to our stay and it was no problem and they refunded us. The ladies at the front counter were very nice and asking us "how was our stay" and "hope to see us next time" when we left, which we are looking forward to staying there again in the next few months. The RV park has been very clean during our visits, I don't see trash laying around nor have I seen large amounts of dog poop bags laying on the ground or dog poop in other areas of the park. The dog run area is just that a dog area and is decent for it's use considering Vegas is a desert, you can see my picture of the dog park on a Sunday afternoon. The spots have been well kept up by the ground crews, we even noticed one parking block that was kind of broken last time we were there was removed on our next stay, so they are aware of issues and take care of them. I didn't see any run down old trailers or RV's. I did see a couple trailers that were older and you can tell they are residents, but their trailers were taken care of. Having the casino next door was great, a short walk to have some fun and good eats, it does have the smell of smoke in there, but nothing like how old Vegas was. The RV'ers we met and that we stayed near were pleasant and almost always said hello, good morning or safe travels. If you're looking for a luxury resort and don't mind spending $100 a night for that, you can find it in Vegas near the 15. If you want a nice convenient RV park with your basic needs, utilities are in good shape, and a park good with good service and services, this is the place to be, plus you're next door to a casino and the park isn't just wide open for anyone to drive in.

The sites are level and there is minimal but nice landscaping around some sites. There are no picnic tables which you often find at other RV parks. It appears many of the sites are occupied by men from out of town who live in campers during the week. Consequently we didn't see many people outside but we heard some noisy trucks at 6 am. I did find it annoying that in order to get a key to the pool area I would have to pay $5 for a key. Guess they have lost a lot of keys but I am not used to being asked to pay for the opportunity to use the park's amenities. Didn't pay it and didn't use their pool. Did have to pay an extra dollar a day for our dog which was ok. Wifi worked great, dog area was good and dumpsters were close by. We would stay here again if we were in the area again.

Before we came, I called and spoke with a lady on the phone. She was very nice and helpful. She told us to come by and ask for Faith, so we were hopeful. Unfortunately, that feeling changed the moment we walked in. The office was very gloomy and outdated. There was a woman sitting on the couch watching TV and a man in the back reading a newspaper. No one greeted us or even smiled. When the woman walked up to the counter, she was looking down at her phone the entire time. I was actually the one who said, "Hello," and let her know we were there to look at available sites and that we were told to ask for Faith. She simply nodded her head, so I assumed she was Faith. She never looked up at me, never acknowledged me, and never made eye contact. It wasn't until my husband started talking that she finally looked up at him. Even then, she still never acknowledged me. I thought it was strange, but I brushed it off. After highlighting the available sites, she slid the map across the counter to my husband and told him we could drive around and take a look. Again, she never once acknowledged me or spoke directly to me. At that point, I already had a feeling, but I didn't want to jump to conclusions. My husband and I looked at each other, but we decided to keep an open mind and still check out the park. Sadly, it didn't get any better. The park itself is very old and outdated. The sites are packed closely together, and it didn't appear that many rules were being enforced. There were old couches, piles of all kinds of junk sitting around several RVs. It just wasn't well kept. As we drove around, one gentleman gave us a friendly wave, which was nice. Then, as we were leaving, we passed another man standing next to a broken down truck just staring at himself. By the time we finished driving through we already knew this wasn't the place for us. I can't say for certain what was Faith issue but I do know how I was treated. I'm a Black woman, my husband is White, and throughout our entire interaction she acknowledged him but completely ignored me. She wouldn't make eye contact with me, never spoke directly to me, and even handed the map to my husband without ever acknowledging my presence. As a Black woman, it's hard not to notice when you're treated differently and unfortunately that's exactly how this experience felt. I'm sharing my experience so other people, especially people of color, are aware and can decide for themselves. Maybe someone else will have a different experience, and I truly hope they do. But this was mine. Whether it was racial bias or simply poor customer service, no one should walk into a business and feel invisible. For us, this wasn't the right place, and we won't be back.
