The RV park is a baren wasteland of uneven pavement. There is no shade anywhere, no grass, no trees, nothing, just baren pavement. I've been to many other desert / low-water type camp-grounds that had beautiful rock gardens, lots of artificial grass, palm trees, and other low-water vegetation. Those all looked nice and very desert ecosystem friendly. But Circus Circus RV lot just went with "pave it all" and its boiling hot in the sun and drab dreary as a result. Its right under the helicopter tours flight path so you have ENDLESS helicopter noise from early morning to late evening. Endless helicopters, non-stop, so noisy. You never have peace, you never have quiet, its just endless endless helicopter noise. RV service connections are all inconsistent. The septic connections are all either way above pavement grade or sunk below it. If you don't have a way of supporting the septic hose you will not get proper gravity flow to the septic connection The electrical connections are unstable and frequently disconnect. All the electrical breakers were loose and I wondered if I would get a 50amp shock flipping them on/off for power. I'm typing this so I must have survived. The water connections are rusted but the water was clean, I think. I used filters to make sure. Everything smelled and there was raw sewage near the water hookups next to the broken septic connections. Super gross and unsanitary. Looking around the RV park, everything was rusted, broken, bent, and pealing paint. The sun exposed fire-hoses are probably rotted so cannot use those to stop an RV fire. The cabinets covering the service connections are all rusted through and smell of human waste. The power-connections are all corroded. The automated check-in for the RV park is unreliable. I had booked two spaces (myself and a friend) and it would only check-in one space, had to walk to the crowded check-in to complete the other space. The auto check-in did not give us a space number, we had to go to the front desk on foot to find out our space. NO internet. Hope you have your own wifi hotspot or other solution. The internet in the hotel itself was pretty unstable and slow so it doesn't make much difference anyhow. read more

First part of my review is going to be the down side of staying here, stayed july 12th, womens shower closest to entrance did not work, along with people throwing dirty toilet paper all over the floor in one of the stalls. The other rest room available didn't not have a key pad that worked, I was lucky enough to catch maintenance and be able to take a shower in that rest room, although the next morning july 13th the far restroom was still inaccessible. Besides the restrooms having issues, this location is close to the strip and I felt the parking lot was safe the night we had stayed. Like the July posting from someone else, they do not make it easy for you. Got here a few minutes early waiting at the gate. Finally, I realized there was no attendant and jumped in when someone was leaving. Totally confused like many others we saw the kiosk and it partially worked with our prepaid confirmation. We were not assigned a spot so I called waiting for quite some time to reach a person. They first gave us site 168 which had the power out. Called again, waited, and got a different adjacent site. To make things worse all the bathrooms were closed either for repair or something else. Fortunately, we are self-contained but I prefer to mess up their bathroom than mine. Otherwise, we had a great New Year's Eve time in Vegas and a wonderful dinner. Despite the problems I might come back here again as it is so convenient to the strip and that's worth a lot. I know how to shorten the process now. read more

If you just want to be near the strip, it works. Pros: No breed restrictions. No RV age restrictions. Front desk people are nice. Cons: No internet. No cable. Uber has no idea where you are. SUPER loud, trains, planes and obnoxious people, but you are in Vegas.... I have a well maintained 2002 Class A, I have 2 pit bulls and a macaw..... But I also work from home and at random. Wi-fi is a necessity for more, as I will blow through my hotspot in just a few days. Do keep in mind that Circus Circus just squired this from another owner and I am sure there is a bit of a transition period. Also their website was trying to charge a resort fee, there is no resort fee for the park, so if this happens give them a call and they can process over the phone. read more

It's a good thing this is only campground near the strip. There is no good, clear path to get from campground to the strip. You need to walk through a parking garage and a side street to get to the strip. Half of washers and dryers weren't working. Campground is NOT connected to the hotel. $75/night and no wi-fi. Two bath houses and one was not open. It's the only choice if you want to be near the strip otherwise avoid if possible. read more

Had to walk a 1/4 mile to check in. 5 people were waiting in a line outside gate and no one was answering their phones. The gate code they gave us wasn't working. We had to wait for someone to let us in. Security was okay in the day time. They have a huge fence around the property. It's a huge parking lot but it's to be expected with a city. No lock on women's shower door. Great dog section though with alittle dog obstacles. no one picked up their dogs poo. I would probably stay here again just cause of the convenience to the strip but it is along walk!!!!!!! read more

Horrible service! Security likes to harass minors!! This place is not kid friendly as they claim! We maxed out our stay Twice 14 consecutive days each time. Never will I ever go back! Horrible experience! Horrible management also, they never called me back regarding my privacy concern and how we were being treated by their staff. Don't leave your camper unattended they're the crooks I wouldn't trust their "security"!! All bathrooms are also ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER, which was a problem for me, since we stayed mainly for the amenities "water" was shut down for a week, my "power" was off for a entire day during 120 degree weather, almost all amenities were shut down our entire stay both times, dog park was closed because it was flooded, the gate to get in opens in the dirt section, huge mud puddle. Well this is probably one of the worst RV parks I've ever been to. EXCEPT the ladies in the office and security guards are very nice! The dog park is discussing. They don't clean it, half the people don't pick up their poop, the sidewalk outside the dog park is never swept. The entrance gate is filthy, it has probably never been cleaned. Thank goodness I don't need to use their shower. The trash guy does come around twice a day to empty trash cans. If you leave through the walking gate you have a 50/50 chance if your card key to work to get you back in. Get the big gate code before you leave and it changes daily. If the security guard is there just ask them to let you in. It's hard for Ubers to find the place. Give the GPS coordinates. Its cheap to stay that's why I go, but I'd really like to see that dog park get cleaned up! read more

RV Park (not a resort at all): We decided to stop in Vegas for a night or two and picked this place because it was the closest as indicated by google maps from where we were coming from. The hotel and the RV Park are NOT worth the price at all. RUN! $54 for the night. No cable, NO WiFi. What? Are we living in the 80s? Yes I understand we are on vacation and should be out and about but I'd like to watch the news on our Roku tv and use the internet to search for things to do. Oh and relaxing with my family in the evening with a Netflix movie would be nice. The hotel has WiFi but not the RV Park? Not cool. The younger lady at the RV office was crotchety and the other older lady let out a huge burp after a phone call with no "excuse me" or anything. Kinda trashy in my opinion. Hotel: get your walking shoes on. The front desk is completely at the other end of the RV Park. Had to go there because the RV check in isn't open until 10:30. Weird. Many escalators were broken and taped off, bench seating along the halls were dirty and torn. The little market stores inside the casino were extremely over priced. $5 for a small Gatorade and the ladies working there appeared very inconvenienced when we wanted to buy something. For this price and NO amenities, I'd rather boondock with my generator and save my money. Keep searching. There are PLENTY other parks out there that are way cheaper. I've learned my lesson for sure. Also, the water slides are free for hotel guests but RV guests have to pay $10 per person per day. I feel like RV guests are treated as third class on the titanic. Such crap. Oh my god. A review, an update and now another update..... used the pool and it was also crap. Surprised? Bet not. My kid got out ONCE. It was to get wrapped in a towel to go back to the trailer. Before we got to this RV Park we called ahead to find out what spot we were in so we could just pull up. They told us 11 so we got there and pulled up and started to hook up while someone went in to check us in. We were all hooked up and a different worker tells us that site is down because it is dangerous. So we move to a different spot. The next morning we wake up to another motorhome in spot 11 that was "dangerous". I am still waiting for the manager to come speak to me about this situation. I am not happy that in 102 degree weather I had to hook up, unhook, move then hook up again. The bathrooms are outdated but clean. The pool was dirty and water cloudy. It really was just a parking lot with hookups. The dog park had poop everywhere because no one cleans up after their dog. There was security riding around throughout the day. The RV Park is pretty much a parking lot behind the Circus Circus hotel. Each site has full hook ups. Barren, not pretty, but conveniently located right next to the Strip. No Wi-Fi was offered to us. Mostly families and older folks. No party RVs. The registration office closes at 7:30 pm. To check in after that time you have to walk all the way to the hotel lobby, which is quite a walk. The pool was filthy. The water park seems fun but you have to pay the resort fee of $32 to use. They shut off the water without warning for an hour in the middle of the day. Bathroom was old but clean. We were in several RV camps this Spring break and this was the worst, thus the 2 stars. That said, it was exactly what I expected based on the other reviews. BEWARE of this place!!! They claim to have 24/7 security, however, as we found out, its because they have a 6' fence and card/code access at their gate. , Upon check in, the employee never mentioned to bring bikes or anything into our coach at night. We had our bikes covered and locked to the rack at the rear of our 5th wheel. We were parked in space #63 which is right in the middle of the parking lot and directly under a pole equipped with 4 cameras on 06/14. The only reason we stayed at this lot (exactly what it is, a dirty asphalt parking lot) is because we were attending a concert across the street. Well, after the 1st of a 2 night stay, we awoke to our locks hanging and 1 of our 2 bikes had been stolen. This bike, was a custom $3K bike. I had to go to the office 3 times before a "security" employee arrived which was an hour later. He handed me some photo copied Circus Circus form and said , "you can fill this out". I asked if he could call LV metro and he stated that I would have to do that. He would not even provide a number for me and then with complete disrespect stated, "I don't know why you are so upset". Trying to do everything possible, I completed a statement. While doing this, the security supervisor said that they saw our bike being stolen from the back of our 5th wheel at 3:15am, yet he refused to provide a copy to me and said that it is rare that anything is stolen from their lot. I then went to LV metro to file an official report. The whole thing took approx. 5 hours and another 2 hours the next day waiting for a supervisor so that I could submit the official report. As I was waiting for information at the office the next day, suddenly, there were flyers telling guests to lock bikes and electronics inside their vehicles at night. (Why would they have flyers if theft was not a common occurrence?) As directed, I contacted their Risk Management the following Monday only for the Supervisor to tell me, "It's not our problem" When I asked about their claim to have a secure lot, she just stated, the security is just a courtesy, they are not responsible for 24 hour security. After all that we had been through, not even an offer to refund our $$. I have stayed at numerous parks in Las Vegas without incident, rest assured, we will NEVER stay here again. It is dirty, they are extremely unprofessional, and most of all, not secure! Definitely worth staying elsewhere and Ubering to your venue. read more

The girl at the check-in was friendly and helpful, worked hard to change our spot because the hookups were wrong even though it said all of the spots were reserved yet the park was 4/5 empty all night. For some reason the hookups are at the front of the 40' back in sites, which means if you back in you have a LONG stretch to get to them unless you pull in head first, which is OK if you don't mind not unhooking your vehicle and are fine with walking. The park is also within earshot of the freeway and the strip so doesn't get quiet until about 2 to 3 am. Has a pool that was open but due to covid not being used and a dog play area that was very nice but was covered with cigarette butts. All in all a place to stay the night if you are on your way somewhere. read more

Before I made a reservation, I read a lot of the reviews. And truthfully it wasn't as bad as I thought. The walk was most definitely a long one but you have to consider that it's in the heart of Las Vegas and you can walk to the casino to eat, catch a bus to any place down the strip or off the strip. I used the shower and restroom in our RV so I don't know what the park facilities were like. The dog park could use some shade sails because the sandy area and the artificial turf area get really hot.....not to mention the concrete gets very hot on the way to the dog park....so either put booties on their paws, carry them or run (LOL). People did not clean up after their dogs even though they had poop bags available. But that's no fault of the establishment. Although we didn't travel with children, it looks really fun for a kid in the Adventuredome, Splash Park and pool. The staff were nice and accommodating. The grounds around their facilities could be kept up better....a lot of trash laying around. And lastly, I never saw any security as they state. Except when we were leaving....I saw a security officer drive up on his bike to give someone a ticket who Parker's illegally by the doggie park....somewhat ridiculous when it's not a fire zone and they were most likely there to do their laundry. I read reviews about theft and told my husband he should bring in the things we had on our crate that is on the back of the RV, but he didn't want to go through all that. And nothing got stolen. So, overall, I would definitely come back, but for a longer stay. read more

Also this last time there was a mix up in my reservation. They claimed I was arriving a day late which was incorrect. The check in office is apparently closed, so only contact from the RV park to the back office is through a phone, where you will have to call several times to get through to a team member or you could walk 15 minutes through the hotel to get to the hotel lobby, then wait 30 minutes in line to get misleading information (because nobody knows what's going on). There was lots of space for the slideouts. Cons - We were placed all the way in the back, with several open spots closer. There is no shade beyond a couple of trees by the front office. The pool at the rv park wasn't open but the main casino pool was and we were given passes to go there but why bother? We needed a shower just traversing the lot to get to the rv office. This is for the RV Park part of Circus Circus. They get 1 star for location on the strip and 1 for the amusement park inside the hotel. First impression- No gate or security at night. It's basically a parking lot that anyone can come right in.... and they do. After hours check-in is at the Hotel lobby which is quite a walk, otherwise check-in is at the circus tent looking building (I'll call this the Tent from now on), next to the pool area, their hours are from like 10 or 11 to 7pm. The Tent has a store, recreation area (billiards, air hockey, tv room, kitchenette), laundry, and bathrooms. The people working the store are not the brightest. One of the clerks was so deep in personal conversation with his visiting friend that he didn't bother to help the 3 people in line to pay for goods or check-in. We walked out after a few minutes of standing there waiting for at least an acknowledgement of our presence, that never happened. We ended up going to a grocery store to get what we needed. The bathrooms. UGH, the bathrooms. *disgusted look* I wish I would of taken pictures. There are two bathroom buildings right on the lot and a set of bathrooms in the tent. On the women's side: Out of 6 showers, 2 worked. 4 of them had missing pieces; Nozzles with no shower head, no on/off handles for the water. One definitely had hot water (the one I ended up using in the tent and the only one that seemed to be cleaned daily), the other I didn't wait for the hot water, because I was already disgusted after having to literally fix the shower head that had fallen into pieces on the floor AND there was a smear of blood on the side of one of the doors. Which brings me to the next point. They have security on bikes patrolling during the day. There was a lady who had wandered off the street, into the bathroom, and security had to shoo her out of there. I think she may have been shooting up in the bathroom, I don't know. The hot tub and pool are seasonal, so they were closed. We wanted to use a hot tub after being sore from walking the strip, so we called the front desk to see if they had a concierge that could hook it up. Nope, they don't have a concierge. No one knew anything about a spa with hot tubs there. Don't even bother with the WiFi. It doesn't work. They don't have cable TV hook-up. The dog wash, which is one reason we wanted to stay here, didn't work. For the price we paid, it wasn't worth it. Find another RV Park in Vegas. We won't be staying here again. read more

This place is about as ghetto as you can get. We purchased a spot for one night on 3/27/21. Our spot was #159. We weren't set up for more than 15 minutes when 4 teenagers jumped over the wall and almost into our site if not for our dog. Security was nowhere in sight. I will say that the lady at the front desk was very nice, but that's the only positive I have to say about this place. We didn't even stay for the night we paid for because we didn't feel safe. We called the KOA at Sam's town and moved there. What a difference. We love it there and will be back. read more

Not bad, all things considered. It's Vegas, so it's noisy and lit up all night. Circus Circus casino is a dump, but you're close enough to walk to nicer places. The RV park is much smaller than it used to be; they lost lots of land to the new MGM Events Center on the corner. No more shuttle service offered from the RV park. Restrooms are clean, dig walk is ok, nice new dump station, store has good supply of different stuff. RV hookups still antiquated and kinda difficult to work with, tho. read more

Don't stay here. It's filthy and no one takes care of the place. No one picks up their dog poop in the dog run which isn't the staffs fault but I mean there is dog poop all over the whole place. I contribute that to the people who stay here as well as circus circus staff. The kids play ground is covered in pigeon crap. No one cleans that up either. Walked my kids over there to play real quick before we went to eat and had to walk away. We were driving through and decided to stop for the night here before we moved on the next day. We were passing through and thought this might be ok for us and the 3 kids to stay. When I pulled in, it's was confusing where to find the front entrance. Finally drove to the front office. It looked like an out building. The entire campground is black asphalt with no way to delineate which spot is where. It did not look like a safe place to stay so after the wife was told it would be $60 - $75 a night we pulled out of there and headed down the road. The Oasis was a much better choice. read more

After complaining for both days no one showed up to make needed repairs. The pool was closed and the hot tub drained. This park is completely mismanaged. We love this place and look forward to returning. In fact, the location was so perfect and the office staff were so great that we repeatedly extended our stay for a total of three months! Each employee was pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They knocked on our door or left notes (if we were away) to let us know when we had packages or mail delivered. We had to go to the office, show identification, and sign for packages/mail to pick it up and they went to their back room to retrieve them; we appreciated knowing our mail was accepted and kept in a secure location (not just up front where anyone could have access). We were initially leery of the safety, based on some older Yelp reviews. It became immediately apparent to us, however, that security has been beefed way up after incidents in prior years. Security personnel on bicycles in bright yellow shirts patrol the entire park 24/7. When I mentioned to one of the security officers how much we liked seeing them out there, he told me at least one of them is stationed in the RV area as their "district" at any hour of the day or night. We returned at 2 am and 3 am sometimes and liked seeing security checking the restrooms and acknowledging what vehicles entered, such as the Uber/Lyft rides we took that were obviously not RVs. We felt 100% safe the entire three months we were here and none of the lawn furniture we kept outside were ever messed with. There are codes to enter the three restroom facilities on the property which you're given at check-in, so someone just wandering by can't get in. The restrooms were also clean and well maintained and appear to be cleaned throughout the day. One reason for less than five stars on here is the issue of the laundry facilities. During our entire three months here (January-April 2017), the laundry facilities were not operational. We were fortunate to have our own washer/dryer in our RV, but many were not and cut their stays short for this reason. This was unfortunate, because many nice people would have stayed longer. Another reason for less than five stars is that of the crappy wi-fi. Regardless of the time of day, it was unreliable. There is no reason for a business in this location to have as poor of wi-fi as this. We used our own hotspots the entire time we were there. Some things we've missed since leaving: hearing the screaming riders on the Stratosphere's Big Shot - it's entertaining AF. When traffic is light and you're listening for it, you can hear the screams when the ride "launches" while you're outside. You seriously don't need a TV when that's going on heh. Another is being close walking distance to El Dorado Cantina, that place has THE best Mexican food on the strip and it's just a stone's throw from the RV Park (on the Sammy Davis, Jr. side). The location in general is what we miss the most. If you're into walking the strip or to the Fremont area downtown, you can't do better than here. read more

The parking is easy and plenty of room But the place is run by ASSHOLES We made reservations and when we arrived we where 30 min early. The park only had a hand full of spots occupied, yet they made us park on the back of lot and wait until 2 o'clock. Then there were 7 other people at also had to wait so now at 2 there was a line that took 1 hr to check in. Also the park is out back of the hotel but they don't even offer a shuttle ,so at night you have to walk back through a dark parking garage in not the best part of town... read more
