Phenomenal work on both my Harley-Davidson boots and my Christian Louboutin heels…read more The Louboutins were in rough shape--both heels had fallen off, the leather was scuffed down, and the red bottoms were completely worn. He made them look brand new. He repaired the leather on the heels, replaced the heel tips, and even restored the red soles perfectly. As for the Harley-Davidson boots, the sole was coming off, and he glued it back on flawlessly and cleaned them up so they look amazing again. I highly recommend these guys to anyone--especially if you need designer repairs. They seriously do great work:)

Instead, they only offered store credit. That makes absolutely no sense when the return was caused by their mistake. I did not change my mind about the shoes--they handed me the wrong pair. Why would I want store credit at a store that already proved it cannot handle a basic purchase correctly? Giving me credit only forces me to spend my money there again, which is the last thing I want to do after this experience. The manager, Jan, made the situation even worse. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like they could not understand a very simple explanation. I had to repeat myself several times, and the conversation felt like I was trying to explain basic customer service to a teenager. Instead of listening and taking responsibility, Jan kept talking in circles and showed no real interest in solving the problem. A competent manager should understand that when the store gives a customer the wrong product, the customer should not be punished for it. Jan showed no accountability, no empathy, and no ability to handle a straightforward return professionally. Their attitude made it clear that keeping my money was more important than treating a customer fairly. This is a no-name shoe store acting like it is some luxury boutique, but the service does not come close to matching the attitude. People would honestly be better off going to Payless. At least there, you would probably get the shoes you actually asked for and deal with employees who understand basic communication. The entire experience felt cheap, disorganized, and unprofessional.
