Got the shoes I wanted thanks to the staff!

Customer service is A1 in this place. Newer guy said they didn't have a shoe in stock even though it said in stock online. The spoke with who I assumed was the manager at the cash register asking her when the stock usually updates. She then looked in the computer to check the stock herself. She figured out that they were in there warehouse a which was a 5 minute walk away. She sent one of her employees to go and get them. All in all it was a great experience and I did not experience any rude employees. I can't wait for the bigger store to open next door!

It looks like it wasn't just me who had the same experience. My significant other and I purchased a mask here and it ended up being too big. We were told we cannot try it on prior to purchase due to hygienic reasons. The young gentleman with grey hair assured us the mask would fit. We left the store and returned about 10 minutes after opening it to see that it was far too large. They refused to provide an exchange saying it was final sale. You know what the worst part was, the grey haired associated berated us by saying it was stamped final sale on the receipt. This is not ethical business practices. I used to work in retail and always verbally communicated when merchandise is final sale. Not in this case, the grey haired associate decided to be shady and stamp the receipt, and throw it in the bag without properly disclosing with us the return policy. From the other reviews I've read about this boutique, it doesn't appear very well managed and the business owner responds to other reviews with a bad tone. Shoppers, please beware of this place.

My son loves this store! We've been in here many times. The customer service is impeccable! We are always promptly greeted upon entering, and offered assistance. Cedric, Jasmine, and Gustavo have helped us in choosing the latest street wear outfits. They offer amazing brands at reasonable prices. The boutique store is clean, and well organized. The shoe moss wall is very impressive, and chic. This is our go to store for new, up to date fashion.

My daughter is 11 years old and I always find her a pair or two at the store. She also helps me with my son's shoes, sweatshirts and so on.I have a girl name Jaden help me most of the time she's amazing very helpful.

Customers are constantly told they're "on the list," promised callbacks, and led to believe loyalty matters but somehow the people spending more money or buying extra jewelry magically get the call first. That's not a real waitlist. That's pay-to-play. I don't care what excuses they give or what Brent, the owner, says. The reality is many customers feel strung along for months or years while watches somehow continue appearing for other buyers. Across the luxury watch world, complaints about Rolex authorized dealers prioritizing high spenders and VIP clients over regular customers are extremely common. I will never do business or spend any at this store ever again. Remember, it's all about word-of-mouth. At some point, honesty and transparency matter more than luxury branding. If there's no real list, then stop pretending there is. Just tell customers upfront that purchase history and jewelry spend determine who gets offered watches. People would respect the honesty a lot more than empty promises and never getting a callback.

The stores are limited to Southern California; so, when I first moved to Los Angeles and began to explore (shopping is an activity that I just can't help but do everyday, whether I had it in mind to do or I had a full day in my "planner" ...actually, back in 2007, I did have a big "At-a-Glance" planner with an entire page per day... Anyway, I stumbled upon the Calabasas Commons because I had looked up in that app, "Around Me" and found that close to one of my three jobs I worked while going to School for my Doctorate, the Calabasas Commons was on my way home from work to where I lived in West Hollywood. I stopped by right away because it mentioned a Barnes & Noble being one of the stores there. First, I spotted M. Fredrick. I saw those gorgeous, hand-picked by their buyer. I didn't realize quite how much less expensive ever was in LA compared to San Francisco. Now, this many years later, it's no longer a thought nor a thing because I've lived here so long, but it was astonishing to me back when I was freshly 22. I picked out about 20-25 pieces of the most beautiful jeans, sweaters, shirts, shoes, tank tops and dresses. I also bought a pair of sweatpants that felt like thick silk, but mostly, like a white tiger- they were the first thing I bought the next morning on my break from work; so, I vividly remember that they were $600 before tax, which, to be honest, I did think they were on the pricey side, but I didn't think of it again. The many items I had purchased the afternoon prior came to almost $23,000, but I never ever in my life looked at prices of anything, so, it was no thing and to this day, I remember probably 7/8ths of what I bought. The clothes were definitely worth it and I would do it again, even now. The only problem is that they don't make clothes how they used to. We don't have the materials or aren't willing to use them on designer boutique clothing. Every chance I could, I went to an M. Fredric store for the next 10 years.
