It's the perfect amount of dressing, and not to mention, I love their house dressing. Great balance between creamy and tangy. The parmesan breaded & grilled fish lays on a bed of flash fried spinach, with a "roasted tomato & red pepper relish" topping it. My mouth's watering as I type. Service was decent, was sad I couldn't get just a "brisket platter" and only the sandwich, as the brisket platters are apparently exclusive for a "catering menu".
