Roadhouse Cinemas is an incredible place with even more incredible people. We had an event for my son there and everyone was amazing. A big shout out to Krystal and Keanu for going above and beyond to make his event beyond special and memorable. They worked with us on every request, were extremely flexible and bent over backwards to ensure that we had an incredible event. The communication from the beginning to the end was seamless and they were super easy to work with. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. One of the coolest theaters I've been to in a while. The atmosphere inside was great, with a full bar, dessert bar, and a place where you could order food. It was a pretty cool setup. The seats were comfortable, and overall, it was a great experience. My only complaint was the service. The servers never came by to ask if I wanted to order any food, so I'm not sure if that's a service you have to purchase with your ticket. It was my 1st time there & as soon as my feet were up - I gave thanks to my friend for taking me for my Birthday, 6/25/26. We did have to wait quite a while for a server, but our gigantic bowl of popcorn had me mesmerized into a shovel method of chomping down on those big & hot pops. I have been to many movie theaters over the years, but the RoadHouse Cinemas is something special. It's an experience! Initially you walk into a large interior with plenty of tables and a bar and restaurant with gelato and so much more. You can then order any food and drinks in your very comfortable seats in the movie theater itself. I went this past week with a friend to watch the release of the latest Avatar movie. We arrived a bit early to get something to drink and watch the previews and arrange our seats accordingly before the movie started. My husband and I had her afternoon date at the theater on Saturday, August 30th early afternoon at 3 PM. This location was further out, but we decided to take a splurge since it was the holiday weekend . And we purchased our tickets online and saw that they had a restaurant another options available to order. This cinema is surrounded by lots of activities, restaurants, and stores . Once we parked, we walked in and spoke with a nice young gentleman to show our tickets and he explained to us that if we would like to place any order so we will be assigned a Pacific server to come place our order . I server came up to us right away. The seating was very comfortable lots of room and we ordered two different flavors of popcorn, half-and-half a soda and nachos. The prices can range from $10 and up depending on what you order. The popcorn comes in a large bowl and you could get a bag of popcorn to go for free upon leaving. In addition when you order a fountain drink, they give you a large cup once you're in the theater and to go you get a smaller cup to go. The nachos was tasty and I heard they have other good food choices as well. And someone sitting next to us said they make homemade desserts have gelato as well of your choosing and have other good food choices as well because they ordered the lemon drop drink and pizza and sandwiches . Once we finished our movie, we went over to the counter to ask for to go popcorn and we could pick two different flavors than what we had previously or keep it the same and we had our fountain drink to go, but just wish the cup was a little bit larger Same as the one that we received during our movie. A suggestion, the volume of the movie was a little bit lower than what we experienced at other movie theaters so we would like the volume to be higher and would love to have this theater in the west Valley as well . read more

They cost double what the roadhouse cost and they only gave me a partial refund when I canceled with AMC. I am going to forever stick with roadhouse. This visit our service was exceptional. Really different movie experience at Roadhouse as we got to watch Ballerina in our very own private theater! The private theater has 8 seats, each seat was $10.45. You can rent out the private room 2 weeks ahead, but if you don't make the deadline, then you'll have to opt for buying all the seats if you want a private experience! For my cocktail, I got the strawberry Fields forever, and I can't say that the bartender working during that time was generous with her alcohol pour. I'm a lightweight, but I couldn't even taste a bit of alcohol in my drink. Although Roadhouse is a theater, when you first enter, it's set up like a restaurant-bar, so you can seat yourself at the bar or get a seat at one of the tables- quite convenient! I also ordered the GF BBQ chicken (cauliflower crust), and it was excellent! The crust was crispy and the flavors were packing! That was the best dish I had there! For popcorn, I tried the mix of butter and jalapeno, and it was ok. It was actually pretty dry as far as popcorn is concerned. Reclining seats/sofas were very comfy! Since the room only has an 8 seat capacity, the movie screen was smaller than the normal big movie theater experience, but it fit the room nicely! Temperature of the room was just right! It didn't feel like an operating room, that's for sure! Service was great! We waited a little long for our first food and drink order, but after that, everything went smoothly, and fantastically! Me and my boyfriend came here for date night. The facility is really nice when you walk in. We had our tickets bought online, which is an easy process. It was about $30 for both of our tickets. The process of pushing a button and getting waited on in the theater was pretty easy. We got to the movie pretty early so it wasn't super disruptive. We also ordered a dessert during the movie and the process was okay. The menu here is bigger than I expected. There's a lot of different choices, some simple and some crazier than others. I kept my order simple and got some chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. The chicken tenders were alright, those are kinda hard to mess up. You get a good amount of food with the dish, I didn't even finish my plate. My boyfriend got a burger and he said it was pretty good too, however, I didn't try it. My favorite part of our experience was my cocktail! It was basically a cookies cream milkshake spiked with alcohol. It was really good! Just note, there is a 3 drink limit when ordering. Regular drinks come with 1 free refill. For dessert we ordered a cannoli. I was not a fan of it and neither was my boyfriend. It had a sour orange taste to it that also tasted very fake. We each took one bite then left it alone. The popcorn was also okay, we got a buttered popcorn and it comes in a big bowl! But I have definitely had better tasting theater popcorn before. I did use the restroom here and everything was clean and stocked. At the end of the movie a waiter will bring you a bill so you can pay for everything (they do take your card beforehand to have on file). I was charged on my card twice, one of the charges just being stuck in pending. However, even when transactions are pending I can't use the money. It was a little inconvenient but the extra pending charge disappeared about a couple days later. Overall, the experience is cool for a first time thing. If I ever returned I would stick with a cocktail and just some candy. But I do prefer the food and treats at other theaters. But nothing is holding me back from returning. read more

I really didn't know what to expect, especially after reading some of the more recent reviews. I'm wondering if some of the negative reviews depend on which theater you're in for your movie. I was pleasantly surprised because I had no idea what to expect. One of my friends invited me to see Bride Hard, as she loves going to see movies at this theater. We chose a time during happy hour which was really fun. When we got to our seats, we immediately had a waiter/server introduce himself. Shout out to Diego for being so amazing! My friend and I ordered some wine, she ordered a pizza and I got a burger. I was pleasantly surprised with how good food was, but especially the popcorn! I was tempted to get dessert, but I'll save that for next time. I decided to try to give this place one more shot and nope can't do it. I got their hummus and let me tell you. I've never had a hummus be wet like this one. There's literally a puddle of water underneath it and it's the most bland pile of gunk you will ever taste. There's literally nothing to it. it just taste like wet nothingness, and it makes you wanna gag. They also serve alcohol, alcoholic drinks, and these plastic cups that all have these nasty rims on them. The theater itself looks nice but everything else sucks ass. What a waste of money honestly especially on the food I couldn't even eat it and I wasted the whole thing and wasted 10 fucking dollars on that crap read more

President of the roadhouse cinemas fan club!! Seats are super comfy, theatre is always clean, everyone is so nice and great at their jobs. The live music in the lobby/bar area is always such a nice touch. Love that they support the local community in this way and many others. Is the food the most amazing thing ever? No, but it's still pretty good. The Cobb salad is my go-to. Love an affogato during an early/midday movie :) OH - the popcorn is actually the best ever. Get the white cheddar mixed with the caramel corn! I always get the t-shirt which gives me free popcorn all year. Best deal ever. New cocktails - I would skip honestly. Their margaritas used to be strong and sweet, but now are super watered down. Definitely go with wine or beer to make sure you aren't disappointed! read more

Road house??? More like ROACH HOUSE. Saw a movie tonight. Service was ok the staff was nice but it took forever to get our items and we had to take it to go. Food was absolutely not good by any means. Then mid movie towards the end - BAMM - German cockroach runs along one of our tray tables. It scampers away and we couldn't see where it went in the dark. We were so grossed out and told one of the waitresses and she didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Once the movie was over and the lights came on we saw the little thing chilling on the tray again next to us. Absolutely atrocious and unfortunately will not be coming back. read more

Me and my husband went to watch a movie today, and the service was fine, but we were in theater 14 and it smelled like feet. When we passed the kitchens and bathroom in the way to the theater, it smelled so bad. It still smelled when we were watching the movie, but I think we became nose blind to it. My family and I used to enjoy coming to Roadhouse. We LOVE the white cheddar popcorn and the food menu has something for each of us. The last two times we've noticed that the quality and service has gone down. My purse was searched and a paper bracelet placed over the straps. I looked around and other women walked in without having their purse checked and didn't have the tag. On this day we ignored it, because my kids wanted to see the movie. We ordered all the food, sodas, and popcorn that everyone wanted. Two weeks ago, my purse was checked again and the tag placed on it. Same thing, other women not being stopped, and no tag on their purses. In the theater, the movie was blurry and no one attempted to adjust it. We asked several times to no avail. Also, the chicken tenders tasted like pure grease. We won't be back. I don't like being profiled. Such a shame, because we really used to enjoy this experience. read more

Second time within two months I've been asked to open my purse so they can look inside it. I'm not watching a movie again unless it's here!! My love for roadhouse cinema is unmatched. This is the place to go. If you love comfort, food, and drinks this is definitely the spot for you. Pro tip - make sure you come around 10 mins before your movie to the put the orders in. I will admit that sometimes the service can be a hit or miss. I've been here a few times now that I know if you come late you must order immediately or you can risk getting your food mid movie and that's not fun! The drinks are also very delicious and they have a happy hour that you definitely should take advantage of. Sometimes they even do fun raffles and giveaways if you go to one of their featured movies too! Overall this is such an amazing theater and I HIGHLY recommend it. Oh! They also have live entertainment as well so def a great place to go to for a date night. Eat dinner, watch a movie then discuss it over drinks while watching the live entertainment. Unfortunately this week's box office drops weren't enough to entice us to go out. I remembered one film I missed on the release called Heretic. It looked interesting so when I looked up the local theaters most of the chains dropped it. Luckily Roadhouse still had it so we decided to come see it. Walking in the vibe was great. To the right was the restaurant/ bar to the left was the box office and concessions. Go further back you'll hit the auditoriums. The dessert menu looked amazing but I was so full already I skipped it. The seats were the lovely recliners. The offer service at your seat with menus should you decide to dine and watch your movie. They take the food to your seat. The sound and the projection quality was pretty decent. Overall it was a great experience. They really decorated the place giving it a very nice vibe especially throughout the halls. Overall I had a great experience and will consider returning the next time I'm in the area. read more

I love this theatre! I came here for the first time for a special screening and a live Q&A. I had no idea a dine in theatre was so close to me! The prices were so reasonable and every single staff member was so friendly and always had a smile. They genuinely seem to love working there. I love that they don't use single serve containers for popcorn and drinks and serve LARGE portions! The food is great with lots of variety (although my favorite item was taken off the menu) they have great desserts especially the shakes, they are a must have my my movie experience. I would recommend you buy them before your movie because a lot of cases, my drinks are forgotten about by the servers so to escape the hassle, just get them with your popcorn at concessions. The seating is a comfortable recliner and perfect for date night. I like this cinema, we have been coming here for years I like that the theaters are not too big and it's nice and clean when I get there. You can order food a half an hour ahead and chat and have a good time before the movie starts. The staff is always attentive. I have never had a problem with any of the employees. The only issue is my daughter said they're out of cookies and cream too often lol That must be a favorite I like the look of the venue has a full bar in the front of the house and seating area and when it's cool enough outside, it has a nice little patio area with some fireplace. This is my favorite movie theater. It's been a while since any good movies have come out so I hadn't been here for a bit. In my recent visit I was able to catch happy hour and got a glass of wine. The bartender was really nice and offered to bring me and my sister our food if we were to go to the theater for our movie. Upon walking to the theater I noticed how clean the floor in the hallway, the kitchen area, and women's restroom were. I had to tell the manager how great of a job they are doing with the cleanliness. On another note I was disappointed in the portion of chicken I added on to my chips, salsa and queso appetizer I ordered. I asked to see the manager for a refund and he was very understanding after seeing the amount of chicken I was given. read more
