This should tell you plenty about how they run their business, if their paint booth isn't clean...but it gets way worse. When I finally get it scheduled to get the dirt buffed out of the hood, I come back to find a hood that still has dirt in the paint, scratches on the hood and an attitude from the owner who said "I am done with that car".
