Very spacious and fitting for our week stay. They offer a kitchenette as well which is a plus for me! Due to us just wanting a room, the only availability they had was a two queen studio and it worked out just fine. They offer a few other styles off room to accommodate lager families. The pool is open all year round and there gym had everything I need for my workouts. Close to a lot of shops, malls and restaurants. Our first time staying there, so I will admit that navigating the entrance and locating the valet was a little confusing, but it was smooth sailing after that. It was a busy weekend for them, but we still received outstanding service from check in and the valet. The staff seemed truly eager to assist with anything we needed. Our room was nicely updated, spacious and comfortable. The food and drinks at the restaurants (Rare and Goat) were amazing and worth the prices. It was a short stay, but would like to return for a longer visit to check out everything else the resort has to offer. I recommend this place to any out of towners!

In addition to the room rental fee, she had to put up a $30 deposit against potential damages, which she was told would be returned after checkout. First, I saw the owner/manager try to put her and the baby in a room that was already occupied--BY A STRANGE MAN! Then, he put her in the room next door, room 7. He told her not to run the air conditioner when she was not in the room, instructed her not to unlock or use the back door, and said she should take her trash to the dumpster behind the building--which meant she had to walk around the entire motel! This was supposed to be a non-smoking room for the baby's sake, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and had a used ash tray on the table. The refrigerator barely worked, the tiny shower was nasty, and there was no telephone or WiFi at all. On the first morning of my daughter's stay in the room, she stepped outside the front door for a few minutes, then went back inside and put her baby on the bed to get her dressed for the day. She was HORRIFIED when she noticed the back door of the room standing WIDE OPEN. She couldn't get the door to stay closed, and when I got there, it wouldn't close for me, either. The knob just turned around & around and there was no deadbolt in the hole where one belonged. I had to rig the door closed with a bent clothes hanger so she could go to work, and she left a voicemail for the manager. He called her back later, saying he would fix it. When she returned to the room that night, there was a note on the door instructing her to not attempt to open the back door because the door was bolted shut. She had not tried to open it to begin with! It opened on its own when she opened up the front door. The manager had told her to lock her key in the room when she was done using the room. The office was closed when she checked out. She left voicemail messages for him Saturday morning and again on Sunday, inquiring about her deposit. The manager finally called her back Monday afternoon and told her she would not be getting her deposit back because she had broken the refrigerator and door lock. She was devastated, as she had been counting on that money for other things. His faulty equipment is not her fault--she didn't damage it! We felt as though she was scammed.
