My company paid for me to stay here at Roadstar & basically Roadstar staff got me fired because I complained about my room abt the bed bugs, so they took it into their own hands to take pictures of my personal stuff (legal label cannabis that I have a prescription for) and sent it to my employer what I do on my time is my time and for them to send a picture to my employer that I smoke never smoked in the room and was still charged a smoking fee. totally not cool I feel like they took it personal because i complained about my room. By the way the place floods when it rains I wouldn't recommend to anyone Play should basically be called a motel The only reason why they call it a hotel because of the supposed to Continental breakfast that you get that never changes and no one gets the eggs are like tufu and Is basically water down.

Very clean very friendly other than being close to the road I would recommend this hotel.

Zephyr Inn Motel - A cucumber!!!!

    Zephyr Inn Motel

If I could give this a negative review I would! After a bad breakup my ex dumped me here and I was…read moreunable to locate elsewhere for two weeks. The manager gave me ONE towel in the office at check-in the room was FILTHY! only saw one cockr oach BUT spent an entire day cleaning before I felt anywhere near less than disgusted. Bruises on my knees from scrubbing. Even a cucumber under the bathroom sink! Plus I changed the shower curtain as well. My last night I had paid for I had informed the manageur I was getting my apartment maybe that evening. He barged into my room at 8:00 and told me I had to leave because I had already packed. He had no vacancies and wanted the clean room. Also, there's no smoke detectors in the rooms.

My daughter stayed at the Zephyr Inn Motel for the week of 06/14/2015 through 06/20/2015, and her…read moreexperience was DEPLORABLE. She is a single mother with a 9 month old baby. In addition to the room rental fee, she had to put up a $30 deposit against potential damages, which she was told would be returned after checkout. First, I saw the owner/manager try to put her and the baby in a room that was already occupied--BY A STRANGE MAN! Then, he put her in the room next door, room 7. He told her not to run the air conditioner when she was not in the room, instructed her not to unlock or use the back door, and said she should take her trash to the dumpster behind the building--which meant she had to walk around the entire motel! This was supposed to be a non-smoking room for the baby's sake, but it reeked of cigarette smoke and had a used ash tray on the table. The refrigerator barely worked, the tiny shower was nasty, and there was no telephone or WiFi at all. On the first morning of my daughter's stay in the room, she stepped outside the front door for a few minutes, then went back inside and put her baby on the bed to get her dressed for the day. She was HORRIFIED when she noticed the back door of the room standing WIDE OPEN. She couldn't get the door to stay closed, and when I got there, it wouldn't close for me, either. The knob just turned around & around and there was no deadbolt in the hole where one belonged. I had to rig the door closed with a bent clothes hanger so she could go to work, and she left a voicemail for the manager. He called her back later, saying he would fix it. When she returned to the room that night, there was a note on the door instructing her to not attempt to open the back door because the door was bolted shut. She had not tried to open it to begin with! It opened on its own when she opened up the front door. The manager had told her to lock her key in the room when she was done using the room. The office was closed when she checked out. She left voicemail messages for him Saturday morning and again on Sunday, inquiring about her deposit. The manager finally called her back Monday afternoon and told her she would not be getting her deposit back because she had broken the refrigerator and door lock. She was devastated, as she had been counting on that money for other things. His faulty equipment is not her fault--she didn't damage it! We felt as though she was scammed.
