We got this in conjunction with Station 26 so we could pre-order from their site and choose curbside pickup. While picking up wasn't actually curbside, you had to go up to the truck - I will say I was so impressed how hot it stayed in our 10 min drive home. Seasoning was awesome and crab was cooked perfect. 4 stars only because I wish there was another piece of corn (the one in the picture was it) and would have preferred the hush puppies not soaking in the boil liquid because they were super soggy. The food is disgusting! We ordered a Croque Monsieur sandwich and a basket of fries from the Roaming Bull Brasserie food truck while it was parked at Station 26 Brewery. Both of us thought the sandwich was foul. They served us the last portion of the prosciutto. It tasted rancid! We asked the workers to exchange our meal or offer a refund and they didn't just refuse, they offered a discount. Discounts exist to incentivize consumers to buy new or overstocked goods. Discounts are promotional. We ordered a sandwich we enjoy and casually consume. We deserved a refund or an exchange to excuse them for selling a NON EDIBLE Croque Monsieur. Lastly, the worker eyed me down after refusing to refund or exchange the order. Childish behavior from a mismanaged business. *Christine the owner of the business contacted me and offered a refund for the food reviewed above. While I appreciated the gesture, I stand by my original opinion of the food- It's mediocre. I hope they eventually streamline their menu instead of trying to sell an entree from each culture. Roaming Bull is no bullshit. Their execution on food and strong flavors puts the majority of trucks in my hometown to shame. The fridge unit on the tapas display was busted, but menus were available at the truck and inside the brewery they were set up at for the evening. At Epic, RBB's friendly service brings the food to you inside when it's ready. Both of our bites were speared with a pepperoncini. Smart food pairings leads to great business teamwork. Pork schnitzel was breaded evenly and nicely crisped over fresh veg, if a touch scorched at one end. Seasoning and flavors were great-- even boring-sounding broccoli tempura had an airy batter and turned out to be quite good with the sweet Thai chili sauce. My gorgonzola burger was juicy and cooked to the requested temp, and had a hearty load of cheese and caramelized onions over lettuce, tomato, and a toasted bun smeared gently with dijonaise. Fried gnocchi had nice sear and chew, and was heavily tossed in rosemary with halved grape tomatoes and a solid hit of grated Parmesan; would've appreciated more brown butter sauce, but it was tasty nonetheless. Why are there only five reviews (now six) for this awesome food truck? How can that be? I managed to grab a quick meal here at Epic Brewery. This truck makes their rounds at several breweries around Denver, which is a brilliant idea,and it's a fixture at Epic on Wednesday night. The menu is divided into tapas ($5) and Bits and Bites (ranging from $9 and up). The menu rotates and the tapas are usually antipasto, hummus, crispy artichokes and tempura broccoli. DEFINITELY GET THE TEMPURA BROCCOLI. It's freaking crisp and delicious and they serve it with a sweet Thai Chili sauce. From the Bits and Bites menu we ordered the El Patron burger and Pork Schnitzel Sandwich. I loved the crunchy breading on the pork schnitzel sandwich and as suggested in their menu it paired nicely with the Epic Sour Apple Saison-Style Ale , and the burger was huge, juicy and although it had New Mexico Green chili, which I was getting quite bored of because I was eating it EVERYWHERE in NM and CO, it was really good. Our meal was prepared quickly and even though we ordered outside they delivered our food to our seats in the brewery. Boy howdy are they serving up some tasty grub at the Roaming Bull Brasserie food truck. I had occasion to try two items from the truck. First was one of the Daily Tapas . . . the Crispy Brussel Sprouts "Tossed in sweet Thai chili sauce", and they were phenomenal. The sprouts were perfectly cooked and just the right amount of tender. The Thai chili sauce is house-made and is one of the best ones I have tried. Put these two things together for deliciousness. The second thing I enjoyed eating were the pomme-frites (french fries). They were crispy and piping hot and tossed with a generous amount of thyme. They paired perfectly with the garlic lemon aioli for dipping (you can also get sriracha aioli). It is a pity I was so stuffed, as I definitely had my eye on trying one of the very creative burgers they put together and are well-known for. Josh and Jason were working the truck on this day outside of Chain Reaction Brewing. Jason is one of the co-owners of the business. He has some serious culinary chops, and it shows in what he serves to hungry customers. The thought he puts into things, like using IPA or other tasty beers from breweries in his " tempura batter of the day" for the broccoli, is nothing short of brilliant. You can definitely tell Jason has spent time in the trenches learning the food trade in Denver. Josh has some strong front of house culinary experience that shines through, and talking with him was a pleasure. read more

It must've been an off-night when we had them because it was overwhelmingly sub par. The food was cold, lacked flavor, and wasn't executed the way it could be. What we ordered: First: pomme frites that were described with fresh herbs and parm cheese (lacked both) Second: a jalapeño cream cheese burger that had fresh jalapeños, but were chopped so thick it was like looking at a spicy stack of 6 quarters with seeds Third: gyro that was really greasy and the tzakiki sauce was a dollop of Greek yogurt and a ton of chopped parsley What I would suggest: slicing the veggies thinner. Nobody wants a whole jalapeño or red onion on their tongue the rest of the night. One solid critique is the Salad Lyonnaise that's on the menu is nothing like a true salad Lyonnaise. Take it from someone who travels a lot to France for work and has had many-a salad lyonnaise. We frequented one of our favorite watering holes last night and this food truck was there. We always arrive hungry and are suckers for food trucks, so we gave it a shot! These guys did not disappoint! We all ordered a multitude of items, and we were very pleased. They were packed the entire time we were there and they were definitely worth the wait. I had ordered the frites with lemon garlic aioli and the pesto gnocchi. The gnocchi had a delightful crunch and the pesto was packed with flavor. It also had arugula and the subtle touch of greens was the perfect portion to fill my stomach. The frites were also delicious! They were crispy and fresh, not soggy at all, and had a pleasant touch of flavor. There was not too much salt at all and the sauce it came with was delectable. Our food was gone before we could even blink. My friends had the tapas, gyro, and burger. They all stated the food was delicious and we would definitely eat here again. This food truck is simply delicious. We had the pleasure at Mountain Toad's Octoaderfest earlier this month. I had the El Patron burger, and my husband had the Pork Schnitzel Sandwhich. Both were incredibly tasty. The El Patron was spicy and juicy; perfect with the garlic-lemon Pomme Frites and an IPA. The Pork Schnitzel was tender and moist, with a well-seasoned and perfectly golden-browned crispy breading. They are also nicely priced and their top-notch waitress brought our food to us, even though it was a crazy busy day! Fast service as well, it took less than 10 minutes from time of order to delivery of food, and; as I said, it was packed on a Saturday for a popular breweries "Octoaderfest". My wife and I recently went to a friend's wedding reception and our friend definitely chose one of the best food trucks to cater her celebration. I've never been to a wedding reception where the catered food was fresh off the grill, visually pleasing, with excellent wait service all in one. I guess you could say I've gotten used to food that looked like last weeks dumpster dive dish but not RBB! I had the mushroom burger while my wife had the fried Brussels sprouts, which were very good. Despite getting full, we had seconds. We had raspberry gelato which was but one of several other flavors. If I had known about RBB when my wife and I were planning our wedding, we would have forgone the rented reception center with mediocre food and had our wedding reception in our backyard with RBB serving our guests. Cause when it comes down to it, what makes a great celebration is good company and great food, and Roaming Bull Brasserie definitely delivered on both fronts. read more

They were parked outside of an event that I was at and I keep watching people get these great looking hamburgers and fries and kept getting hungrier and hungrier each time someone got one. I found the "Breakfast Burger" to be under seasoned and way overpriced. If I pay $12 for a burger I expect a well seasoned burger with a side. There were also no condiments available which is a deal breaker for anyone that likes ketchup, mustard or hot sauce on their burger. The food truck scene in this area has been steadily increasing in quality for years and I just don't think this place measures up. That being said, I think the Tapas menu is great idea for a food truck and the Brussels don't disappoint, even though anyone with a frying pan and a bottle of Mae Ploy could make them at home for under a dollar. I have known the owner and cook, Jason for a long time. Way before this amazing food truck. It was obvious back then that he had a talent and great taste in all things food. It only made sense for him to share that talent. You can pretty much find a food truck anywhere nowadays but nothing like Roaming Bull Brasserie. We had a delicious meal off the truck while at a brewery. These guys are locally owned and go to the different brew pubs which is awesome, and what the Denver food and beer scene is all about. Friendly staff, nice varied menu...everything was tasty and fresh...
