Very generous with the topical numbing agent and Novocain. Did not feel a thing! Filing all set up with polymer that is the same color as my other teeth! Also got the whitening for life plan. As long as you go every 6 months- you will get refresher whitening at no additional cost! Very happy! They have a patient for life!!
