Arrived a little after 1pm and the restaurant was fairly empty. We were seated right away. The sandwiches at roasters n toasters are massive. If you're not extremely hungry, you can definitely share with someone. I shared the turkey club, and let me just say this was the best turkey club I've ever had. Just from looking at the sandwich, I knew it would be amazing. I also ordered a cappuccino, that I saw was made from a nespresso machine, and to my surprise it was really good. I love coming to Roasters 'N Toasters. I come to RT once in a while for brunch. The ambiance is always bright and clean. The bathrooms are clean. The food is always delicious, some of my favorites are the Power Breakfast or the 2/2/2 which has 2 pancakes or French toast, 2 eggs any style, 2 bacon strips, sausage links, or turkey patties. The wait staff is usually very attentive. Standouts are Tiffany and Miriam, they are always topping your coffee or water, etc. The restaurant is always full and brimming with activity. There's always a line outside on the weekends, so come prepared for a little wait. The main drawback to this place are the high prices. read more

Deli food is my comfort food. The service was good and I did leave feeling comforted. We enjoyed everything we ordered from the large menu. The dining area isn't very big and they remained full the whole time we were there. They also do a brisk take out business from the other side. The deli cases hold the requisite fish, knishes, rugelach and cookies and we got 6 half sour pickles to go. During our lunch, the manager stopped by our table twice - the second time to bring the kids each a sprinkle cookie. I wish we had this restaurant at home but I know it will become a staple in our visits to Miami. read more

This is my childhood favorite place for breakfast. my father and I always split a nova and whitefish platter, my mom and brother would get French toast or pancakes with eggs, bacon and home fries!!! Absolutely delish! unfortunately since we moved 13 years ago from Pinecrest Florida to St.Petersburg Florida , unfortunately St.Petersburg has "blown up" as a city with new high rises, restaurants galore, literally we now have a skyline similar but smaller scale to Miami! The one downside is St.petersburg Florida does not have any good Jewish New York style deli's! if the owner David sees or reads my review please open up a roasters &toasters in St. Petersburg Florida. I have been coming here for about 25 years. It's my family's go-to breakfast spot. We dine here every Thanksgiving morning. The food is always fresh and consistent. The service is always friendly. My family loves the corned beef hash. They also make awesome omelettes, home fries and cheese grits. They always have great bagels. All are great but I love Garlic and Everything. They have awesome lox - different types too - just ask. Some of the best lox you'll have. Try the Nova Bagel with upgraded lox and chive cream cheese on a Garlic bagel. Thank me later. Also, their catering items are excellent. They have awesome sandwich platters, great pickles, and people order entire Thanksgiving dinners here. They do an awesome job. NO GOOD anymore. I don't know what happened to this place... it used to be my favorite, but everything has gone downhill and the prices are stupid. I just paid $30 for a coffee and French toast. I got the 2-2-2 as usual, but the server refused to substitute the meat with more eggs. He was a decent server, this is all management's fault. WORST COFFEE, ever. Like dirty water. Turkey sausage was not good. Eggs too buttery. Someone messed with the French toast recipe. Used to be SO good, but the flavor is off. It's still cooked properly, but disappointing at best. I will NOT be back. I predict the place will go out of business because the food does not merit these prices. read more

I had a hot pastrami sandwich at this restaurant today. I've eaten hot pastramis there before and they were pretty good. I specifically said no lean pastrami. Just as he said, the interior is cute and gives that old breakfast diner vibe without being grimy or anything. Service was prompt and great! We ordered a cappuccino to split, which was a good idea because they are HUGE! We both got the omelette for our meal, which are also massive so thankfully you probably will be able to take some home! My omelette had peppers, cheddar cheese, and ham. It comes with breakfast potatoes and a bagel. The potatoes were wonderfully seasoned and well, we can't go wrong with a bagel, lol. I got the wheat bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Delicious. My ONLY critique was that the omelette had ALOT of cheese where at times I felt like most of my bite was cheese, with side notes of eggs. This really only happened in the very middle and the whole omelette was delicious, but I would recommend to ask for light cheese if you don't care for cheese flavor or are sensitive to its taste. I'd also be wary if you ask for a particularly strong flavored cheese. I would definitely come back though and try the pancakes! read more

Yesterday after having a terrible restaurant experience at Cafe Bistro (Gables Location) I decided since we were still hungry to revisit one of our past favorite breakfast places. I was so glad that I drove the extra 25 minutes (Miami Traffic) to Roasters 'N Toasters. What a completely different experience to be treated like a valued customer. Our friendly server Nick greeted us immediately as opposed to Cafe Bistro that ignored us the whole almost 30 minutes we were there and unlike the rude and unprofessional manager at Cafe Bistro. Ha! Not sure why my original review for RnT disappeared, but all I got to say is that these are some delicious French Toasts. I make them at home as well, with a nice side of fruit, but I also enjoy coming here and having them made for me. They are big, soft, tender, chewy, tasty, delicious, and at the same time basic and straightforward. It is a win win for me, especially when I miss that diner vibe and I just need to refill my cup of Joe. The staff is also spectacular, very funny and talkative, and also ready to give you water, sugar, a refill, they are on top of things. This is one of my favorite places in the 305. RnT also sells to go bagels and they obviously do take out. They have a really cool deli and breakfast has been normally a hit for me. You must visit. read more
