They agreed to do…read morethe decor for our wedding and accepted our cash deposit but then refused to send us a contract and ultimately told us they couldn't do the decor **a week before** our wedding. We asked Ruma several times to send us a contract because we wanted to make sure we were locked in and all the terms for clear. Ruma refused and kept claiming they were too busy to do so. I even tried asking for an ETA and she refused to give one. That was an immediate red flag to me. Their design portfolio is also very outdated and they are very inexperienced. When we tried to ask them for past examples of work they've done, they had no portfolio to show. Unfortunately Ruban events is inexperienced and incapable of working on large projects, which we learned the hard way since we had to scramble to find a decorator last minute. Their customer service is abysmal and they make false promises. For every married couple, I would avoid this decorator!

You can also bring your own accessories and other outfits to change into. The room is set up with different complementary themes for a fun variety. The photos have a blurred filter on that is suppose to just remove blemishes but it removed more than blemishes it removed my skin texture and my eye wrinkles, which made eyes look smaller then they actually are. I was made aware the photos on the website were unedited but I was not made aware or given the option to keep them unedited or not. So some of my pictures don't even look like me. But if you want weird photographers that might touch you, long shipping, overly expensive packages, to not even look like yourself by the end of it, book with them. P.S. However, a few days before, she called to say she would no longer be available at that time and could only do 12pm, without a clear explanation or apology. It left me scrambling to find an alternative. I dont mind if she needed to cancel, but suddenly she made it seems like I was inconveniencing her schedule. And to me, that was very unprofessional. Pricing and expectations are also not clearly communicated, and frequent mentions of tips felt unprofessional. Overall, while she has talent, reliability, transparency, and respect for a client's time are essential--especially for important events--and that was consistently lacking in my experience. For anyone looking for a more dependable experience, I ended up going with Dream Wedding on 150th, and they were professional, organized, and respectful of my time.
