Dr. Robb is meticulous in his work. I interviewed several surgeons before deciding on Dr. Robb. At my consult, he was taking measurements and walking through options with me. He actually listened to my desires and concerns, addressing them all. I ended up having a lower neck and facelift, eye revision surgery (to correct a prior surgery), lip lift, chin implant, CO2 Lazer, fat grafting and ears pinned. He made my eyes the shape they were when I was younger--it gave me back a sense of my identity and I have a moment of gratitude every time I catch my reflection in the mirror. The photo on the left is what Dr. Robb told me my nose would look like after surgery which you can see from his little paint marks at the tip of my nose.The photo on the right is what I've actually did to me. Can you see the BIG difference? I have repeatedly asked about revision because what I was told and shown by his own drawings on my image and what I received are two completely different outcomes visibly. He refused to revise it on numerous occasions and his office ultimately abandoned me and offered nothing in terms of a solution or support. I am now in the process of going to a different plastic surgeon for revision because Dr. Robb and his office stand by this as an acceptable result. One of the things he actually said to me was: "We're all doing the best we can in this situation. I know it's hard. We will do all we can for you -- right now, it has to heal, it has to settle and then we'll see where we are." The bare minimum would have been some kind of financial accommodation to help correct what he promised and did not deliver -- especially since revision is something they strongly push confidence about before you sign and pay. Just a doctor who's expertise are not on par with what he charges. A simple temporal lift was not done well with one side not lifting. Not only did he charge much more than most Dr.s he wanted to charge 2300.00 to redo one side, in office with only local. Nickel and dimed me for over a year and never solved the issues I had with only my cheeks (from a previous botched surgery by another Dr). So much more, but the gist of this particular review is that when I left a very honest and fair review on Google, he said I misrepresented and left out facts (even though that false kindness was used to make his character "seem" empathetic), which I did not. I represented him exactly as I experienced him. So strange and shady that the office would refuse to tell me how many units of Dysport he gave me! Dysport by Dr is charged per area but by nurse it's per unit. I had Dysport By the Dr. I called about a month before my next appt to find out how many units I got so I could compare it to the per unit rate with the intention of possibly changing my appt to the nurse. The receptionist said she'd have to ask the Dr and call me back. she called back and said they don't give out that information. I said it's MY own treatment information and should be told how many units I got. she said she check w the Dr and they will not give out the information. I asked for Dr or office manager to call me back. nobody called me back. I canceled my next appointment. Update Dr just called to apologize and said he wasn't aware the staff wouldn't answer my questions. I'm moving on to a different Dr with better staff. read more

DON'T LET DR. ROBB ROB YOU! CHECK WITH OTHER SURGEONS IN THE AREA I initially picked Dr Robb based on reviews and social media and honestly wasn't planning to look at any other surgeons. The first phone consultation went great. We discussed the images we sent over and agreed on the price and procedure. We were excited to move forward until they called the morning of the in-office appointment to tell us that the price was going to be raised by 30K after Dr Robb looked closer at our images and if we came in today and wanted to schedule it, we would need to be ready to pay 5-7K to guarantee our date. It didn't feel honest so we decided to check out other options before choosing a surgeon. We had a better experience at several other facial surgeons in the area, and they also all quoted us 'out the door' less than the addition Dr Robb's office tried to rob from us. My experience with Dr. Robb was the most traumatizing experience I ever had to go through. I had a Septorhinoplasty on September 1st, 2022. My first consultation with him I specifically requested to keep my nose long, big and natural (as it runs in my family). I told him my two main concerns were to fix deviated septum and straighten bump on my nose bridge that got worse overtime after a car accident. I told him I specifically chose him because he is a facial plastic Ent specialist and trusted he would keep me looking the same. He then started to point out more flaws on my nose stating I had a "Bone spur" and started drawing all kinds of medical symbols/terminology on my simulation. His nurse was typing everything as he was drawing on simulation. Till this day I will never know what went wrong, whether data was entered incorrectly or whether he confused me with another patient, he did apologize several times for the misunderstanding. I do remember him speaking to the nurse as he was pointing and drawing at the simulation (nurse was typing) but he never explained to me directly what was being drawn. I assumed he went based off what my requests were and that he was communicating it with the nurse as he was drawing. Also, he never mentioned the risk of changing my front view nor did he draw front view simulations, he only drew side profile simulations. He asked what I thought of the simulation. I said I have no experience or knowledge with this, but I trust that you will keep my requests and not make me look different. Fast forward to now (1 year 8 months later); I do look a lot different, and his results are the opposite of what I requested. My nose is now much wider (front view). It was also shortened, overly rotated upward; the bridge was shaved very low and narrowed, columella was flattened, and I have dent on bridge and scar tissue on my nostrils. (At my consultation he mentioned I was thin skinned to the nurse typing and after surgery I am suddenly thick skin now) Idk how he assumed that. On post op report it stated he did a reduction which clearly was never mentioned to me at my consults that he would "reduce" anything. He always used the simulation as his defense, but my current nose doesn't even look anything near the simulations. Aside from the unsatisfactory cosmetic results, I'm also dealing with worse breathing, partial smell loss (my odors aren't as strong anymore) and I have nasal valve collapse caused by this surgery that will need to be repaired to improve breathing. I also had a CT scan after surgery that shows septum is still deviated according to my local ENT. When I woke up from surgery, Dr. Robb was nowhere to be found, they wheeled me out the back door while I was still feeling dizzy from anesthesia. I noticed a knot on the back of my head (they claimed it was due to the number of hours laying on the table and to just ice it). I had hip pain several months after and it was fixed by a chiropractor who told me it was due to the position I was in during surgery. Post Op Report mentions he opened me up twice. On cast removal day, Dr. Robb was not present again. I felt like he tried to avoid me, and this is not the aftercare I expected after paying him 16K. "Not that my opinion matters, but your nose now is more feminine/celebrity like, and you look amazing" was his statement after bringing up all my concerns. It does NOT. Another reason I chose Dr Robb is because I had read on google reviews where he prayed over his patients, I personally took this as a sign from God that Dr. Robb is a man of faith and would be the doctor to do the right thing. To my discouragement, I find it hard to believe after being gaslight each time I tried stating a concern. Overall, I am very disappointed, humiliated, and devastated with the results. We had an initial appt with Dr. Robb. In the following days, I called Dr. Robb's office and asked if I could pick up the CT Scans that we had sent over (we used American Imaging and paid them in full separately). The office was nice enough and said to come right over, no problem. Upon showing up, showing my ID, and then asking for the CT scans and film the office, and Dr. Robb, completely and absolutely refused to provide us OUR CT scans (our medical records). I clearly asked if they understood the CT Scans were our property, our medical records, and they are refusing to provide them to us, and they just said "that is correct". This is truly bizarre. To make it more bizarre, one of the CT scans was ordered by my wife, a physician, and when SHE called from her medical office, Dr. Robb and his office were rude and again refused to hand us our own medical records. Subsequently Dr. Robb called my wife to say "there was a misunderstanding" and then lied and said I (the husband) was threatening to him while in his office and requesting medical records, so he called security. This is a complete fabrication and Dr. Robb obscuring his complete disregard for patient medical records. So not only is Dr. Robb blatantly violating patients rights, but is working to obscure his unacceptable behavior to a family that is dealing with a sick child. read more

Let me tell you why Dr. Robb is easily the best and most skilled doctor I've ever met. *No hyperbole here* I've seen many doctors over the past ten years of getting fillers and Botox. I moved from LA where I saw many highly recommended surgeons including a very prestigious one on Rodeo Drive. I was always just sorta happy with my results until Friday when I had a consultation and procedure with Dr. Robb. I went to see Dr Robb about two weeks before Thanksgiving for a consultation regarding eyelid surgery. He was referred to me by my dermatologist as a very good plastic surgeon. During the consultation for blepharoplasty, he advised me that the best results would be obtained without surgery. I primarily wanted to do something about bags under my eyes which made me look old and tired. He mentioned the injections of dermal fillers would only take a few minutes and there would be no down time. At that point, I mentioned that I might want dermal fillers for slight nasolabial folds. He advised injecting higher on the cheek to lift. His office gave me a quote for $2800 to do the eyes and the cheeks, and mentioned that he could do it right then. Because of the holidays coming, I agreed to do it during that first visit. He then proceeded to do two different type of fillers and some Dysport. Unfortunately, he forgot to discuss with me that by doing the lifting of the cheeks, there would be more downtime. His procedure was to inject only two sites, underneath the eyes for all fillers, eyes and cheeks. As soon as he was done, I was very disappointed. My face ended with many lumps and I looked completely swollen. From the beginning, I could see it was a botched job. I looked terrible, not just swollen which I could understand but extremely lumpy and my face turned from a rounded youthful look to a very angular lumpy one. His comment was one of "now you have cheek bones," to which I replied that I was happy with my cheekbones and saw nothing wrong with them before the injections. There was a lot of bleeding and swelling on one side which while looking awful, did not worry me too much because I knew that although long lasting, it would go away, and it did lasting 3 weeks. Dr Robb was very attentive after the injections giving me his cell number and checking up on me after a couple of days. When I expressed my concern after our first follow up, he said to give it a couple of more weeks for the fillers to settle. After another couple of weeks, I called him so that he could see for himself my face, it's angularity, lumpiness and the fact that my eyes looked sunken which made me look more tired and wrinkled when I smiled. His demeanor changed. He said that he would take some more pictures and we would discuss how to proceed. After the pictures were taken, when I asked to talk to him again he refused, sending his financial person instead because "he had just seen me." I guess I misunderstood because I assumed that he would look at the pictures and then talk to me again, instead, he set an appointment in three months. Anyway, I have waited until March to write this review to express my opinion about his work in order to be fair about its results. My opinion: 1) he should have discussed with me possible downtime about the volume filler. 2) because there were two different fillers, he should have done my cheeks first, wait and have another appointment to do the filler under the eyes. Why? Because by doing both together at the same time there was a visible demarcation between the two fillers. My eyes appeared sunken because my cheeks were fuller and raised. Unfortunately, this demarcation occurred in such a way that made me have circles under my eyes. I also had a grayish tint on my face depending on the lighting underneath the cheekbone and right next to my nose on the bone on both sides. Before the pictures, he mentioned that he could take some of the filler out, "something that "I never had to do before." But I wasn't going to take a chance and let him "fix" it. I am going somewhere else where the doctor is knowledgeable and experienced with fillers, something that I don't think Dr Robb is after my experience with him. He didn't want to see me again until April. In conclusion, I should have looked at his after pictures of other patients since I did not like the angular look of the only one I saw posted on his website. While Dr Robb May be a very good plastic surgeon and even ok in doing dermal fillers with younger women whose skin and problems are minor, I do not feel that he has much experience, at least with women my age, and felt that I was a guinea pig for him to practice. I've had dermal fillers in the past, and I always was very happy walking out because, even when swollen, I could see the improvement and felt good about the results. This is March, and now I like the results after the filler has dissolved some given me the look I was looking for. But since the filler lasts approximately 6 months, I still feel that 3 of those months, I was very unhappy with the way I looked. Less would have been much better, but of course less monetarily rewarding for Dr Robb. read more

He is not only the most amazing surgeon I have ever met, but also the most compassionate, empathic, caring, motivated, and passionate individual that I have come across in the "Medical World". My hope is that this review will be read by hundreds of patients like myself who are in critical need to have a "Top Surgeon" to correct any ENT & Facial Plastic issues they are experiencing themselves. I have learned (trust me, the hard way) that the most valuable research an individual can do to find the surgeon that fits his or her needs is to : Read every review you can possibly get your hands on, and go for free consultations with those top doctors and really pay attention to their reactions to your issues, their dedication to you as a potential patient, and their willingness to truly listen to what you have to say! The patient is your best advocate for choosing the medical care you deserve! I also want the readers of this review to understand that until Dr. Philip K. Robb, Jr. took me on as his patient, I had already had 5 ENT surgeries over the past 25 years. I even had surgery 20 years ago at the Mayo Clinic. Each and every time they operated, they took more and more cartilage from my nose until there was none left and my nose begin to collapse. Then, in December 2017, another ENT Specialist in Atlanta performed surgery and inserted Splints into the sides of my nose to allow me to breathe. I t was a total disaster...and did not work! I still had 99% blockage in both sides of my nose, but now I was dealing with the stints he inserted incorrectly into my nose. My body was rejecting them and trying to push through my thin skin. I tried to tell this other surgeon that I was not the normal patient and that my body did not respond well to foreign materials. But he did not listen to me because he was the expert and I was merely the patient. Afterwards, when he witnessed the mess, he left my nose in, he stated: "You tried to tell me, but I didn't listen". Nevertheless, he moved on to his next patient, and I was left to suffer the next two years with extreme migraines, nasal pain, and the unsightly look of two objects pushing out of both sides of my nose towards the eye area. The delay to fix this mess was because I then was in need of a double back surgery with a bone fusion, and a double neck surgery with another bone fusion. The recovery time would continue for the next two years after 2017. Finally, in August 2019, I got an opportunity to address my ENT issues, and after several potential surgeons, I met Dr. Robb Jr. After our first consultation, I felt I was in the most capable hands I could be in...I needed an ENT and a Plastic Surgeon at this point because my nose was collapsing on both sides, I couldn't breathe, and the appearance of my nose made me want to cry when I looked in the mirror. After several encounters with Dr. Robb Jr., I knew I was blessed to have him take me on as a patient. He had such a unique "bedside" manner that made you feel as though you were his only patient. He never rushes you when you talk and he listens patiently until you are finished speaking! He would call you in the evening to make sure you were doing alright if you had a procedure that day in his office. He also called me the night before my surgery to ask if I had any questions or concerns...I have had numerous surgeries in my lifetime, but I have never had the doctor himself call me the night before! It freed me of so much stress and worry! He operated on me for approximately 7 hours, twice as long as anticipated before surgery because it was a totally mess in my nose. A medical nurse who took care of me in the hospital overnight told me she had requested clearance to watch Dr. Robb Jr. perform my surgery because she had never seen this type of surgery. The nurse said that Dr. Robb Jr. was determined to achieve the best possible results for me...so he continued building my cartilage in my nose, regardless of the amount of time it took, until he achieved exactly what he wanted for me! Dr. Robb Jr.'s patients, from small children with their pictures of gratitude hanging on his office walls, to his numerous adult patients with their hand-written letters in his scrapbook sitting on his office coffee table...speaks louder than any words! He has an amazing staff in both offices! Every single staff member is personable and friendly and willing to help anyway they can. I love Dr. Robb and his whole staff! what started out as a snoring problem was eventually diagnosed as severe sleep apnea. As this can pose health issues for aging women, and I am happily married, I opted for a tonsillectomy, surgery to fix my deviated septum and rhinoplasty because I wanted to look good if I did everything else. That was a lot to undertake at once and of course I heard from many people how horrible any nose surgery could be, let alone everything else I needed to have done . Dr. Robb put me at ease and exactly as he had said, and of course following all my instructions perfectly, I was able to go out and about a little on my third day. Unheard off!!! The surgery and post surgery were easy. Today I was diagnosed with minimal sleep apnea and far surpassed the goal of what we ever thought was the best scenario. Dr. Robb and his staff are wonderful. He is one of the few doctors that does Belotero in the delicate eye area. I have gone to other doctors who inject heavier fillers there even after I have told them that I want a specific filler and I am always disappointed with them and the results.
