Before: nice sharp angle in jawline, rounded earlobe and tragus, no tension/ pulling on facial skin. After: pixie ear deformity
Andrea M.

Left me with a pixie ear deformity that has absolutely destroyed my confidence. And the original problem I paid him $10k to fix is the same if not worse. I have been searching for years for a way to fix what he caused but I will NEVER look the same and since he removed so much skin, the fix (if any exists) is not simple or cheap. Literally the biggest regret of my life. The only truly permanent mistake I've ever made and it's a very dark feeling. I feel like Dr Robb practiced on my face.

Left is what he said it would look like, the right is what he did!

I will be posting a full, detailed review soon. For now, I'll keep this short. The photo on the left is what Dr. Robb told me my nose would look like after surgery which you can see from his little paint marks at the tip of my nose. The photo on the right is what I've actually did to me. Can you see the BIG difference? I have repeatedly asked about revision because what I was told and shown by his own drawings on my image and what I received are two completely different outcomes visibly. He refused to revise it on numerous occasions and his office ultimately abandoned me and offered nothing in terms of a solution or support. I am now in the process of going to a different plastic surgeon for revision because Dr. Robb and his office stand by this as an acceptable result. One of the things he actually said to me was: "We're all doing the best we can in this situation. I know it's hard. We will do all we can for you -- right now, it has to heal, it has to settle and then we'll see where we are." The bare minimum would have been some kind of financial accommodation to help correct what he promised and did not deliver -- especially since revision is something they strongly push confidence about before you sign and pay. This week, I'll also be posting the photos from the lip lift and explaining the entire experience including: * waking up with incisions and stitches in areas I was never told there would be any (at least he apologized after for that) * a nurse missing the vein four times trying to start an IV * a nurse practitioner then causing infiltration due to improper IV placement

I had a septorhinoplasty and chin augmentation done with Dr. Robb. He was recommended to me through Rita, one of their amazing coordinators. Kara, Robyn, Taylor, and Krista were all so sweet every time I walked into the office. Dr. Robb had amazing bedside manner and responded to any questions or concerns I had before and after the procedure. I am an RN and the care I received from the nurses Jessa, Lisa, Xing, and Maddie was so exceptional that after my procedure I applied to work with them. Overall, I am beyond happy with my results and the care I received from everyone in the office. I am thrilled to have joined their team.

After a thoughtful and thorough discussion, she told me she felt she was not the right person to perform my surgery and recommended another surgeon instead. That level of honesty is rare. It would have been easy for her to proceed, but she chose what she believed was best for me. Dr. Alderman is warm, direct, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell she cares deeply about her patients and about doing what's right, not just what's convenient. That kind of professionalism and ethical standard speaks volumes. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and principled plastic surgeon.

Dr. Alderman came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I had significant drooping/loss of elasticity another highly recommended Dr. in Beverly Hills told me I would need an anchor incision. Dr. Alderman reassured me that she would be able to do a lollipop incision. Because I wanted to focus on shape and not size(I was already a DD and had given birth twice), we opted to do a lift + implant(200ccs). She recommended a boost implant that would basically add the fullness I desired up top without making me too too heavy. My results are absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have imagined anything better.

I sent in several pics of the way I wanted them to look. I was shown through the implants how they WOULD look. I specifically said I did not want the "far apart" look where I would have to always wear a push up bra. I then had to spend time and money with a hematoma I developed. I did everything I was told. Then I was told they weren't looking larger because they would drop. Etc, etc. spent thousands to have to just go back and still wear the same size bra and swimsuits and have to use a push up- which I was doing anyway. There is no difference in my $60 bra of October 2023 and my $7K boobs from November 2023 when you look at pics. I went back in because I literally cry thinking of what I spent and went through almost daily for NOWHERE near the result I wanted. In order for anything to change I would have to spend another TEN thousand dollars I was told. Most exciting decision of my adulthood turned into the biggest regret of my life. I hate writing reviews, esp because they are nice ladies... but nice would have been making it right as I was told over and over again in the beginning how important that "is to them" and their "commitment to excellence"... if I could go back to the morning of and walk out, I would 1,000%.

Dr. Page was the third surgeon I met for my breast augmentation consultation, and she was by far…read morethe best.  The first two plastic surgery offices I visited had the nurse explain most of the procedure to me.  The surgeon came into the room afterwards, introduced themselves, took some measurements, answered some questions, and left.  Total time they spent with me was maybe 15 minutes.  The rest of the consultation was with the nurse.  When asked about possible complications such as infection and/or implant rejection, the response I received made me feel like my concerns were inconsequential. I left those offices with anxiety towards the procedure and decided against having it. One year later I decided to give it another shot and met Dr. Page.  My visit with Dr. Page was completely different from my first two plastic surgery consults.  Dr. Page came into the room, sat down, and explained the entire procedure including possible complications.  She gave me concrete statistics on the possible complications and also what treatments may be needed if a complication were to arise.  She was also transparent of cost.  Dr. Page also took the time to review the various types of implants including brand, shape, texture, feel, and size. The other offices only showed me one option of a breast implant.  When taking measurements, Dr. Page explained what the measurements were for and how the implant should look on our chest. She explained the difference between over and under the muscle and how you would choose which to do. She also had me put on a bra and try out different size implants to see which I preferred.  I must have spent at least 30 minutes trying on implants. Dr. Page stayed the entire time showing great patience as I went back and forth between a 200cc implant vs a 225cc implant, which is not a big difference. She answered all my questions and gave her professional opinion throughout the entire one hour visit.   I appreciate that Dr. Page recognized the magnitude of this decision for me, and gave me all the information I needed to make it.  At no time did I feel pressured into scheduling a surgery date.  She simply gave me all the facts I needed and encouraged me to take my  time to make my decision. Needless to say, I had my surgery with Dr. Page. Whatever anxiety I had in the pre-op room quickly melted away once Dr. Page came in.  She has an amazingly calm demeanor that immediately puts you at ease.   I am now six weeks out from my surgery, and I must say that I look pretty smokin'!  Dr. Page listened and respected the size that I wanted, which was small, and I am beyond happy with the results. Dr. Page is the way to go for plastic surgery! She is patient and will spend ample amount of time with you. She has a kind and calming demeanor and excellent bedside manner.  She is skilled and talented in her field (my incisions are nearly invisible).  It is apparent that patient care and plastic surgery is what Dr. Page was called to do.

Review for Dr. Connors' Office…read more I've always had a positive experience with Dr. Connors himself--he made me feel valued as a patient, and I appreciated the care I received during and after my procedure. I entrusted this office with my surgery and spent nearly $20,000 expecting a high level of professionalism and follow-through. Unfortunately, my recent experience regarding post-surgical care has been deeply disappointing. I was referred to the office's laser technician for help with scarring. At my first appointment, I waited over two hours without being seen and eventually had to leave. I gave it another chance and returned for a second appointment--this time I waited over an hour and a half before I was finally seen. The technician was polite and told me there would be no charge for that visit, and that I should return for a follow-up to assess healing and decide on next steps. However, when I called to schedule that follow-up, I was told there was a note on my file stating that the service would cost $150. The sudden change of communication was frustrating--not because of the fee itself, but because it reflects a lack of integrity and consideration for someone who has invested a significant amount of time, money, and trust in this practice. As much as I hesitate to say this, I cannot ignore how I felt during this experience. I did not feel respected or treated equitably. It left me with the impression that patients of color may not be valued the same way as others in this office. For that reason, I will no longer be a client of Dr. Connors' office, and I will not be recommending the practice to others.

On the very first treatment it significantly reduced the prominence of the "tree rings" I have had on my neck for more than 3 decades. Carey Dickerson has skillfully performed microneedling with the application of Sculptra to my face and neck. The results have been remarkable. She creates just enough trauma to the skin without going overboard. She is so knowledgeable about all the latest treatments. I can highly recommend this practice.

It got bigger and redder. Dr. Hill treated it with steroid shots and three rounds of IPL but nothing worked. Finally, I sent an email to ask if he had botched the surgery and if there was any hope of the area getting better because I want to be a reasonable person and just move on with my life if the answer is no. He got me in for a follow up right away and admitted that because the stitches had ripped during surgery, this triggered more trauma to the area. The surgery was unsuccessful and my body did not respond. He offered to do another surgical removal (without the cryotherapy) but that there was only a 50-60% success rate. I asked his assistant if she would do the surgery if she were in my shoes, and she gave me an evasive, "I think you should do it if it makes you happy." That told me everything I needed to know. A week or two later I sent a follow up email to say that I was going to decline surgery and asked for a partial refund. Seeing as Dr. Hill did take a lot of time in trying to help me after surgery, I thought this was a fair ask and worth a shot. Unfortunately, I never got a response. I sent a follow-up last week to kindly remind them to respond to my email, but they never did. Now, if they don't want to give me a refund, there's nothing I can do. I just figured that anyone in my position would do the same, but this is completely unprofessional, considering I am a patient in their care. I cannot recommend the Graivier Center to anyone hoping to get a chest keloid removed. Save your money and stay away.
