When my son finally got his appointment to fix the issue, they kicked me out of the room. They said they do not allow parents to be in the room with their child during procedures. They must wait in the lobby. My son was a nervous wreck and they did not care. I need to find a new dentist ASAP.

He listens to you and makes suggestions for the PREVENTION of further damage to whatever it's going on with your kiddo. The girl, 8, work has to be re-examined but he was lost welcoming to do so. She has had 4 teeth work upon and 4 sealants. She has not had any issue since. The boy, 3, had he's first cleaning and it went well. Thank you for your upmost respect and cordial service doctor. After I checked out with the kids they hit me with a $300 bill and then they tell me that it was because my insurance changed. After I brought up the fact that they should have called prior to the appointment to advise a patient of the amount that they expect at the end of service they said they didn't have an office manager anymore and they apologize for the inconvenience. I spoke to Dr. Marfori he and all he could say was I understand and I apologize; not once did they offer a payment arrangement for me...so I was out $300 that was not budgeted for. It started when we tried to make an appointment over the phone, only to be told that appointments must be made in person -- which is completely unreasonable, especially since we now live over 45 minutes away. Still, we decided to remain loyal to this location since they already had our records on file. After driving all that way, we arrived to find that the office had closed early without any prior notice -- so we couldn't even make the appointment we drove nearly an hour to set. We then tried calling repeatedly, but no one would answer the phone. It took over a week just to reach someone to make the appointment -- and at that point, we were finally allowed to schedule over the phone, which contradicted what we were initially told. We booked a Tuesday appointment for 2 PM. The day of the appointment, they called to cancel because the office was closing early again. I had to wait until Monday to reschedule -- now going on three weeks with a broken tooth and constant pain, something that should have been treated as an emergency. Then today, I show up for my rescheduled appointment at 1 PM, only to be told that they called earlier in the morning to move my appointment up to 11 AM because the dentist "had to leave early." I never got the message in time -- I was in the shower getting ready for the original time they gave me. I only learned of this change after driving an hour to the office. What's worse is that when I originally booked, I explained that I live far away and need advanced notice of any changes -- yet they still waited until the day of to inform me. This entire experience has been unprofessional, disorganized, and completely inconsiderate of patients' time and urgent needs. I will not be returning.

We just moved to Florida and im so happy we found this dentist. The quality of care was absolutely amazing, the staff was so caring and all took their time with each process. They also took their time to answer any question's or concerns that I had. Everyone was so pleasing from the front desk reception to the back staff to the moment I left.
