She gives out her personal phone number, and you can contact her at any time. This is especially important when you have a baby you're worried about in the middle of the night. Her availability has saved us from unnecessary ER visits many times! She also makes house calls for the first few newborn visits, which is such a gift in those early months of parenthood. She's exactly the person you want in your corner as a new mom. Her office is welcoming, kid-focused, and warm. She says she sleeps with the phone next to her head so she can respond. She really cares and it shows. I have never been so satisfied with the selection of a doctor before.
