I lost power and was stuck on the side of HWY 395. Waiting for a tow truck and being far from home I went to Yelp to find a mechanic and yet again Yelp did not let me down. Hundreds of 5 star reviews, for good reason. I called and Jeremy picked up right away, was courteous, professional and told me to have the tow truck bring it down and they will prioritize it bc im a traveller, he said he'll having me up and going in no time, unless it was a catastrophic failure. So even though id be passing by many other shops on the way in I knew this is the place I had to go. I was met by Brett with a smile and a firm handshake at the shop and immediately he grabbed his scan tools and said lets go check it out! Wow! Long story short, his expertise immediately led him to the culprit, a loose battery terminal! To think, all this caused by such a seemingly innocuous problem. How many techs would have solved that issue so quickly I thought, and what would they cost me in time and money to solve it. He told me to drive around a bit, and see if the issue came back, and if not, take care and safe travels! I tried to follow him into the building and pay him for his time and expertise, I was truly thankful. He told me not to worry about it, if I knew people from the area to send them their way. I then tried to offer to buy them lunch and he replied they just had lunch but thank you for the offer. What else can be said? 5 star business, 5 star human beings, God Bless these gentleman and their business.

Thats when I met Nestor. Dude was straight forward, knowledgeable and made the entire process from building the system to setting up installation and pickup a breeze. We wennt full alpine and it came out amazing! Clear, crisp and bass is correct, best of all couldn't tell anyone did any work at all. Love it. Round 2 Came back to get my wife's civic checked out. Had work done to it years back and thought maybe it's time for a new setup. A few hours later the bill was less than $250 and the audio was perfect. Nothing replaced, just reinstalled correctly. I was referred to them and was willing to pay more to have my stereo installed to include lane watch. At the end of the day I called to get an eta and was told they couldn't install it unless I bought a 440.00 part, which is almost double compared to every other place on line. They did take off 50.00 the bill but still... I spent a lot of money and the work wasn't completed and was extremely expensive so I have a dash cam that doesn't connect, a lane watch that isn't installed and a really high credit card bill! Update: response! I'm still paying on my "old" stereo, I bought it the END OF JULY 2025. It was installed in my OLD car then, you are correct, the lane watch didn't work in the old car, but when I came to you guys I explained everything. I was told, no problem. I'm not looking for anything for free, that just unfair to say. My car was there from 10:30am, it wasn't until I called after 3:00 I was told I'd need an additional part to make the lane watch work, 440.00 more. I did my homework, to add that part it's under 200.00 at every place that sells them. "HDCC-02 Honda LaneWatch camera retention interface $139.99. Oh, I still owe about $600.00 on my pioneer stereo that was purchased in July this year but you expect me to buy an Apline for 440.00? I miss understood, I thought that was for the cost of the part to make the lane watch work. So that wouldn't have worked since I have the stereo I want and am still paying on. I figured I'd have to pay for an extra kit but not more than double, and at this point, why would I think it could be done right? I was willing to pay more to get what I wanted. Also, they did install the dash cam, both front and back, hid the wires good but they couldn't get them connect. I paid for your service twice as much as at Best Buy expecting to get what I paid for. And NO, I didn't miss 2 calls from you, I missed one. I shared a fair and honest review, apparently that upset you. And no, I'm not asking or expecting a refund, if I was I'd talk directly to you. I was just expecting to get what I paid for since I was told they could get the dash cam to work, it doesn't turn on at start up, which it did before, and the back is not connected to the front, meaning it's not functioning and is brand new, never installed.
