Absolutely loved this smoothie!!!! It was fresh and delicious!! The toast I was a little nervous about but it was one of the best avocado && egg open faced I've had in a while. Staff was personable and helpful. I don't know that I'd ever buy the avocado toast again just because it doesn't really make sense financially since avocado toast is relatively expensive everywhere you buy it, but it tasted pretty good, the flavor didn't disappear too fast and was made a little more substantial flavor wise via the egg, seasoning, and bacon bits. The açaí bowl was so tasty and refreshing. That or a smoothie is the perfect thing for a hot summer day. The coconut, berries, mango, works so good, and not to mention the strawberries are great, not watery. This was a great treat to get during the summer heatwave would recommend. read more

For the price, it just makes sense. I have had smoothies here as meal replacements. So far, so filling. Maybe it's the whey protein. And they take their smoothies all the whey. lol The 800 lb gorilla (banana, PB, frozen yogurt, soy milk, chocolate, multi-vitamin, whey) and the Nuts over protein (coffee, PB, cinnamon, raw honey, frozen yogurt, multi-vitamin whey) are quite tasty and filling. The Nuts has that dash of cinnamon was is a tasty surprise! Robeks is almost always busy when we're there. Thats a good sign. A bunch of young people work here, but they are pretty quick to move, friendly, and what I like the most is that they don't use a ton of ice which makes smoothies taste blandish from the water. For about $9, you get a Super Size smoothie or they also have smoothie bowls. I've had one, loved the crunchy puffed rice?, but the glob of peanut butter (meh), and the açai underneath was too liquid for me to spoon. The credit card machine on the left has had issues with the chip malfunctioning for the past few times I've been. I'll keep coming here, you can't beat $9 for lunch. :) read more

First off I love this Robeks! The smoothies are so delicious and healthier compared to a lot similar restaurants. I usually always get the high energy + protein smoothies & the super smoothies selection. AIso such a big fan of the supplements. When ineed of extra boost of energy i go for the energy supplement and it works threw out my work day! The fat burner supplement is another favorite of mines. I work in westlake and cannot go past a couples days without stopping in. They also have an award program for every dollar amount you spend you receive discounts off your next purchase. I love the smoothies, juice, açaí and avocado toast this place offers. It is all so so so delish. I've only had this delivered via Uber Eats and there is an issue every time. The food is never ready when the driver gets there and always takes much much longer than quoted, I'm talking over an hour late. I have no issues with other Uber orders from anywhere else. Robeks is only a couple minutes from my house. I just don't know why they can't get it together with Uber Eats. read more

$18 for flavored water? I just got an order from this location Sunday, March 21sr around 3pm: the Berry Booster and Nuts About Protein. BOTH were basically large cups of slightly flavored water. Thin, runny, and basically flavorless and a waste of $18. Were they busy? Not really. There were maybe 8 people there. But even that isn't an excuse. I've gone to this location a lot, and was just there last week with no problem. But this experience was just horrible. I guess it'll be just visits to Pulp from now on. read more

Love this place! They have such a large variety of smoothies to pick from, so it can be a bit overwhelming at first, so take a minute and examine the menu board or check it out online beforehand. They also have some assorted healthy snacks and Acai bowls, but I have yet to try anything but the smoothies. Like any proper smoothie shop, they use only the best blenders...Vitamix! I need to get one for home one of these days. I have yet to have a smoothie that I didn't absolutely love. My favorites have been from the Performance and Greek Yogurt smoothies. Emperor Acai, Tropi-Kale, and Acai Energizer have been the smoothies that I order the most. The Power smoothies are great for a postworkout shake, but they're a bit pricey due to the 20g of whey protein. I'd rather just make my own shake at home. Service has always been quick and efficient! I go to Robek's for their fresh pressed juice. I normally get the Evergreen- hold the celery, add ginger, and it's really really good. A large is over $9 but considering the amount of fruits and veggies they put into it, plus the fact that I don't have a juicer, it's a price I'm willing to pay. The shop also has convenient snack items like bars and cookies, and a good selection of juices and smoothies. The smoothies are really good, and back when I was in Cos school I used to drink the Mahalo Mango every day and loved it. The staff here is also very friendly and polite even though they're all younger people (which is rare.) The reason why I'm only giving it 4 stars is because there are some major inconsistencies with the juice quality. One day you'll go in and it will be perfect and delicious, and the next time you go in it'll be lacking a particular ingredient which throws the flavor off. The most recent time I went in my juice was completely different than ever before. Typically they ask you if you want it blended or over ice. I always opt for blended, so they blend it for a second, then pour. Well this girl maybe forgot to blend it?? The juice was totally clear with a yellow tint (from the apples), and had maybe 1/2" of the green floating on top. When they blend it its suppose to have all of that green (aka the veggies) mixed into the actual juice. Hence why it's called Evergreen. The juice came out almost like she strained it, which sucks because the chunkiness is where you're getting more nutrients + the fiber. I usually would have said something but for some reason felt kind of awkward telling her how to blend the juice correctly. I'm not sure why, but I definitely wouldn't let it slide again considering the cost. So this Robek's is good, but juice drinkers beware that the quality will be different pretty much every time. **I updated this to add that I visited Robek's in October on a Sunday afternoon, and a girl named Kennedy made my juice and it was AMAZING! Ummm excuse me lady but I'm spending my money with you ma'am so a little smile would be nice. Instead she frowned at us and kept walking past us 2 times. The smoothies at this location are yucky. The first one I ordered was tasteless and they blamed it on the spiruilina but I get that one all the time at another location and it's yummy. I love the concept of fresh juices and smoothies made to order right in front of you. The smoothies are really good. In the westlake location, I ordered a fresh juice .After the veggies/fruits are juiced, the juice is usually blended and served with ice based on preference. The employee filled my glass with the juice and it was only about 3/4 cup and she just gave look and topped it off with ice to the top.
