Be carful with your jewelry here! I took my gold chain and when I went to pick it up, I took the bag and left without looking at it. The Dad charged me $15 more than what the Son told me but I just paid it anyways. When I got home, I noticed the chain looked completely different. My son noticed it too as well as his girlfriend. I can't prove it, but I think they switched my chain. It is much thinner and appears to be a different style. I hate shady businesses . I wish I took a picture of my chain up close. Ear piercing review at Robere's Jewerly. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this jewelry store actually does ear piercings for children. They use an ear-piercing gun and have a decent variety of studs to choose from. The stud metals include 14-karat white and yellow gold, surgical steel, and titanium. The procedure itself was very quick and, according to my child, was completely painless. The price for the piercing and earrings (a set) together was $125. No appointment was required, which made it very easy. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a local ear-piercing spot and you don't want to go to a tattoo shop or an adult piercing place that would likely charge you a lot more. I can't say enough good things about Roberes Jewelry! They repaired my the prongs on my center diamond for my wedding ring last year after one of the prongs bent away from the diamond and when two diamonds fell out of my wedding band I returned to them for help. They replaced the lost diamonds and repronged the entire ring so I don't lose any more diamonds. My ring looks (and feels) as secure as the day I got it, ma even better. The staff was friendly, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and the price was fair. I trust them completely with something so sentimental. I thought I needed to get my ring resized and came here for an estimate. Sky told me it would be $165. But then she looked at the fit and told me that I should not get it resized! It is occasionally bothering me now Under the ring, but she said that is just moisture and that making it bigger was a bad idea. So I left with good advice and not having to pay anything. I was overwhelmed when I picked up my new "Past, Present and Future" engagement ring that Robere's made for me to celebrate 40 years together.. pictures do not do it justice to show you its brilliance and refraction nor describe it's comfortable fit. Using our diamond from our 20 years engagement ring to represent our past together, a lab diamond made for the center and a center for our bright future Robere's created my ring - and it is stunning. On either side sit our original bi-wedding bands, cleaned sized and polish. I brought my wedding ring and band into Robere's after 35 years. I wanted to be sure the prongs etc were Ok. Also my husband's Naval Academy ring no longer fit his finger (the ring is very intricate). Our rings now look stunning. Robere switched out small rubies in my ring for prettier ones that were my mom's. The prongs were changed and the backs of my rings were built up.
