I came in with a very special vision for my engagement ring and wanted to incorporate my maternal family members into a timeless design. We stopped by Bravo on a whim, with no intention of committing to anything, just to browse and gather ideas. From the moment we met Katherine, we were completely won over. She listened carefully, absorbed every detail of our feedback, and helped us bring the vision to life. I shared that I wanted to incorporate diamonds from both of my grandmothers' rings, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. After trying on a few different shapes, we scheduled a second visit the following week. When we returned, Katherine had prepared full 3D renderings of three different designs based solely on what I had described verbally. She even had wax molds of all three so I could try on the shapes and sizes to truly understand how the ring would feel before finalizing the design. My fiancé ultimately surprised me with the ring of my dreams, and it was everything I could have ever hoped for. The centerpiece is a stunning, substantial oval diamond, with my grandmothers' diamonds beautifully cascading along the band. It is truly the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I am beyond grateful for the care, creativity, and dedication the Bravo team put into every step of this process.

But once I was inside, not a single one of the four or five people working there looked at me or greeted me. A couple of the employees were working with customers and a couple others were not. After waiting for about 10 minutes, an older customer came in, and the older gentleman at the back of the store walked quickly right past me to attend to that customer. He then walked quickly right past me again as he returned to the back of the store. When he got back there, I head him tell an employee to go help that customer. I waited another couple of minutes and then left. They must have all the customers they can handle because they sure weren't interested in my business. I know they saw me leave because they buzzed me out.

For example we asked her about inlays for rings and what kind she had and she stated they have "a lot" when we tried to clarify by asking what kind she just said " 22 kinds" and told us to look online. Basically brushed us off. I asked about protection plans for rings and she acted like it was something that didn't exist anywhere and repeated my question like I was stupid for even asking. We walked right out and tossed the business card. Very poor customer service.

I came to this shop to have my iPhone screen replaced. Not long after the repair, the screen…read morestarted lifting out of the phone -- a clear sign something wasn't done right. They repaired it under warranty the first time, but then it started lifting again. As soon as it did, the pressure caused the screen to crack. Now they're telling me the crack voids the warranty, even though the crack was caused by the screen lifting -- the same issue they supposedly fixed before. When I explained this, the man I spoke with said I should've brought it in before it cracked, which makes no sense. The crack happened the moment the screen started lifting. How was I supposed to predict that? They've shown no interest in taking responsibility for their poor repair work. Instead, they're offering me a "discount" to pay them again -- for a third attempt at something they've already done badly twice. I won't be going back, and I recommend you don't either. Find a shop that actually stands behind their work
