I believe they also have BBQ Friday's during the summer where they have hot dogs with all the fix-ins. They make the "not so pleasant" procedures tolerable, almost pleasant. Made an appointment for what I thought would be cleaning. It turned out that they only did paperwork on day 1. Came back later, had x-rays, had cleaning, wanted to deal with the chipped tooth. They said I needed a bite guard and a back tooth fixed. I told them the teeth grinding issue was resolved 10 years earlier, it was caused by daytime habits, not night time grinding. Over a decade of X-rays showed that. What about my chipped front tooth? I was provided with a written treatment plan with a need for a mouth guard, an additional appointment for a future cleaning, and a need to have the rear tooth worked on. And still nothing about my noticeable front tooth problem. I left with an impression that they did not believe me when I told them that the daytime teeth grinding was resolved. And I also left with no mention of fixing my front tooth. PS: I am not a frequent complainer on Yelp. Maybe once every 5 years. This one was blatant.
