I'm sorry to have to say this, but be warned, these guys are totally incompetent and are not to be…read moretrusted. We had them dig a new septic field in our backyard last summer, at vast expense. Like everyone in our area we have high water table. Disregarding this they dug a small pit for the septic field and placed the infiltrators literally underwater. I'm no expert but even I thought this was not going to work. The "boss" came by to survey the situation and simply dumped gravel on top of it and cover it with dirt in order to obscure the underlying problem. 9 months later our system backed up. Our septic tank is taking on water that's backing up from the septic field. We've had our septic tank pumped twice in one week. I notified them of this problem and they initially said they'd come and survey the situation and offer a solution. But then they just ghosted me. After trying to contact them many times and finally threatening legal action, I finally got an email from the owner, David Friedlander, claiming to offer a solution. But he has since gone silent and never came by. We are now forced to hire an attorney to try to recover the cost of having to repeatedly pump our tank and fixing our septic field which is flowing backwards into the tank. Be warned.
