Dr Robert L Burns, I previously posted my review of Dr. Burns on yelp a few years ago. And I posted photos of myself afterwards, with a black eyes and a swollen face. After he removed an impacted u eye tooth. So im now reposting this review because i want others to know that he is not a gentle dentist or a gentleman either. I read another post once on how he pulled the wrong tooth of a lady and then tried to put it back in...can you believe that...it happened. As far as myself, He treated me horribly. Im 80yr old today, I was 77 at the time I was referred to him to surgically remove an impacted eye tooth, before I could have dentures made. My dentist must have hated me and wanted me to endure pain, because I surely got it from Burns. Most dentist, in my experience try to keep a patient from having pain, they carefully inject novacane and slowly. Not Burns, he drove the needle in 3 consecutive times and ramed it very hard. I immediately complained that he was to rough. He offered that I was welcome to get up and leave at that point. I now wish I had, but id didn't, he left the room for a about 2 minutes, not 5, 10, or 15...came back and said you should be numb now. I wasn't close yet. He took a scalpel and began slashing my gums open. Then took his pliers and grabbed my impacted tooth and began pulling and twisting it as hard as he could , he had to put his other hand over my face to use to push against for leverage. It came out, he stuffed a wad of gause to catch the blood, then began walking to the door, he said that I could leave now and check out at the desk. At that point I realized why a lady was crying going out the front door when id got there. I will never recommend that man to anyone else as long as I live. We were referred to Dr. Burns by our general dentist for my daughters wisdom teeth extractions. She chose to have a local anesthetic after the assurance from Dr. Burns that this method was routinely and frequently done. Dr. Burns began the procedure by administering numbing agents into her mouth. His hands were shaking with tremors as he pulled her cheek to the side and literally rammed 2 shots in each side of her lower jaw. There was nothing gentle about it! In all my years of dental procedures, I have never seen anything like it. It was as if he was using a nail gun to put down roofing. Bam. Bam. Bam! Then, he rammed another shot up in to the palate of her mouth, patted her on the shoulder and said "that one's gonna make you cry. I'll be back in 15 minutes when you're numb". He seemed to get a kick out of what he'd just done. Within seconds, she did began to cry because of the intense pain and then it quickly turned to difficulty breathing, followed by her losing the use of her hands! They clawed up and she could not open them! I ran for a nurse and the girl who came in to assist us laughed at my daughter and told her she was overreacting. They brought in an ice pack. I insisted Dr. Burns return and he proceeded to spout off about how he's never seen anything like this in 40 years and it's nothing he did wrong. He angrily told my daughter to "just breathe and calm down or he'd have to call an ambulance" like that was a threat. After a brutal 5-10 minutes of me massaging her hands and helping her catch her breath, Dr. Burns said he would not proceed with the extraction (yeah, no duh!!) and to call the office to schedule sedation. We got the hell out of there and were SO grateful he didn't perform any surgery on my daughter!! I did not do my due diligence in reading reviews on him because we trusted our general dentist (no longer though). Having paid up front before my butt barely hit the seat, I immediately called our cc company to dispute charges, called their office manager, and had her records sent over for documentation. The operative report they sent was full of lies. After finally reading the horrendous reviews on this doctor, it's obvious he should have been sued a hundred times by now and his license taken from him. What happened with my daughter was a result of Dr.Burns hitting a blood vessel while ramming the numbing needle in and out of her mouth allowing the epinephrine to enter directly into her bloodstream. This in turn caused an intense systemic reaction including elevated blood pressure, racing heart, extreme fight or flight anxiety, eye/vision problems, and a dreadful fear that she was dying. I was tricked by google reviews and made the mistake of going to this office. Insanely rude staff but more understandable from the dental assistants as they have to deal with their boss on a daily basis, who is rude rushed and unprofessional. So rushed in fact they neglected to have me complete signing my consent forms before my wisdom teeth removal, but they made sure to pressure my boyfriend into very quickly paying them 1650 dollars before i had even spoken to a doctor, when in reality after receiving my claim from my insurance i only owe them 503 dollars for everything. Looking forward to prying my 1150 dollars back from them. I got put under anesthesia so thankfully I didn't have to endure experiencing the process that others have described as horrific but I do belive them as I woke up my scratches on my face, ripped lips, cuts on my inner cheek and what I assumed was normal bruising on my face. I woke up post anesthesia panicking and asking for my boyfriend who they brought in, the doctor told him my heart rate and blood pressure was too high so he "gave me something to calm me down" and then left not to be seen again. Neither of us was told what exactly he gave me and my boyfriend was left to calm me down. I was given nothing but my teeth back and a baggy of gauze. No antibiotics no pain meds not even a syringe to clean my wounds. read more

The most favorable way to describe my vist with Dr. Burns is that he is rude,extremely impatient and quite frankly, for lack of a better description, a real jerk. The way he treated and spoke to the technician who assisted him was abusive and cruel and made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for the young technician. His treatment and demeanor towards myself was no less. At one point I felt as if he were trying to separate my head from my body, while voicing his frustration and telling me it's my fault because I'm moving. He ripped one of the sutures right out while trying to close. All this in between belittling the technician simultaneously. He is best suited for a 13th century inquisition than modern dentistry. I feel strongly that the office staff represents the doctors as I would've loved to have met the doctor. I could not make it past the caddy demeanor of the office staff making the appointments. This was my first time trying to make an appointment. I kindly explained to the staff member that I was not sure how certain things worked and asked if they could be explained. I was told that a consultation was not necessary and that we could just schedule the surgery right away as if I was being rushed. I was then called back later to be let known that I would be paying $3000 upfront with my insurance that is full coverage after speaking with my insurance and then being put on three-way with the same representative that I spoke with to make the appointment she made it seem as if I had done something wrong to my insurance and that had I made a consultation I would not have had as many issues as I'm having now When I had asked if I needed a consultation for my insurance from the get-go and was told no and rushed off to make the surgery appointment after asking if I could make the consultation appointment prior to the surgery, I was told no it would need to be the day of the surgery and that the surgery would be canceled and I would have to plan another day to schedule the surgery when work arrangements have already been made around the initial Plan. I feel as though the office staff should do a better job in hospitality being that that is their job, especially when a patient is asking for the information to be provided. I feel very misled and on top of which I felt like The response from the office staff was very nasty and was not the energy that I put out in the first place so I did not feel that was deserved when all that was asked was questions. While waiting to be called a woman walked out hysterically crying I wondered what happened to her .. now I know the trauma this doctor puts his patients through is like out of a horror movie!!! He tried to pull out a molar for a good 6-7 minutes and was getting so frustrated cut my daughter's mouth in multiple places with his tools. Had to take another xray because he left a piece in there sat her back down after both of us were crying due to the traumatic experience. DR BURNS REMOVED THE WRONG TOOTH WHILE I WAS UNDER ANASTHESIA! I went in to get my last upper left tooth removed because it cracked in half and couldn't be saved with a root canal. I have a fear of dentists and chose to be put out to have it removed as it had to be broken up to be removed. I was told that the assistant took xrays and labeled the bottom last tooth. However, the tooth that was removed was right below the tooth that was clearly broken and causing me pain. I don't know how a dentist would remove an intact, healthy tooth once he assessed my mouth. Prior to going under, I heard one assistant crying because the dentist had told her to "shut up and leave" following an argument. I don't know if this altercation frazzled the other dental assistants resulting in the error. When I got home, I realized that my broken tooth remained and my lower left tooth had been removed. I called immediately and was not allowed to talk to the dentist. I was referred to the "office manager" that works from home. She kept telling me that I told them what tooth to remove, and it was my fault. I did tell them the correct tooth. I said several times it was the broken tooth in my top last left position. I told them both the story of how the tooth broke. There should have been no misunderstanding that they were looking for a partial tooth. What a traumatizing experience. I had to get the correct tooth removed the next day by a different dentist. I was never offered compensation/refund to go towards getting an implant to remedy the error. READ HIS REVIEWS. I wish I had prior to treatment but I was in such pain and he was able to take me the quickest. Per his reviews, this is not the first time he has removed the wrong tooth! A+++ Service!!! I would like to thank Dr. Burns and his wonderful medical team! I was very well treated & taken care of. To help my nerves. I was brought a comforting warm blanket. Dr. Burns came in and spoke to me very kindly & respectfully. He took a look into my mouth prior to beginning the procedure. Also answered my questions. I opted for sedation when I originally scheduled the appointment, to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. When the procedure was done, my nurse & Dr. Burns came in to check on me & tell me discharge instructions. Then I was kindly guided all the way to my car by the very sweet nurse. Later in the afternoon, the office called to check on me & let me know to reach out at any time should I need any help or have any concerns. Thank you so much Dr. Burns & Team! You all were so wonderful! I'm writing this review the day after having the procedure, and I'm doing very well. The office is beautiful & relaxing. The medical staff is culturally diverse, love it! I myself am a multicultural 37 yr old Female, Wife, Mother, and Full-Time Worker. When looking up the direction's to the clinic the night before, I noticed good & bad reviews. I was terrified from the negative things I read! Going in the next day! I almost cancelled! But I had already made arrangements to have this extraction done & took PTO from work. I'm not even putting a star he's not worth it. Dr burns has zero compassion and bed side manner. He's not informative and doesnt care to help people in pain due to his botched work on the right side gum area after full upper extraction and lying about the reason it happened, ofcourse not his fault. Very cocky and needs to be brought down a few notches. Here it's been 10 days and I'm in worse pain now than after the surgery and not doing anything to help me by getting rid of the extra tissue that was left in so I can wear my new teeth that I paid extra for so I had them right after the procedure and now I cant wear them and zero help on the pain talking down to me. Please don't go to this dentist take my word for it he put in a bone graft in my husbands gum then he drilled through that and put the abutment in right away about three days later it fell out and got infected he also is very rough as the other reviews have said we also found a different dentist and he did say no bone was put in gum. read more

I had a referral for IV sedation for a tooth extraction. I have extreme anxiety and this was my worst nightmare. I thought they would read the referral but they apparently didn't, there was absolutely no sedation. I kept waiting for them to bring in something or someone to start that but it was just the doctor and I was already crying, which he commented on. I was too afraid to ask about sedation because they'd already started numbing my gums. At this point I just want to go home so I didn't say anything (my fault for thinking the referral would be read by SOMEONE, ANYONE in the office, lesson learned). Dr Burns did it again!! He put an implant in where he had to remove the old one because of a broken root. He did a wonderful job then and a remarkable job with the implant. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, it didn't hurt like I thought it might, a little pressure a couple of times but not bad at all. I highly recommend Dr. Burns for any proceedure you may need. Negative 5 there is a reason this guys nickname is "butcher burns". Not even giving him credit as any type of surgeon. The most traumatic experience of my 67-year life as he extracted 3 molars connected by a bridge - not by cutting the bridge and removing the anchor teeth one at a time: but by yanking the whole thing at the same time. He stabbed me with the needle but did not numb me, then came back later with another which he somehow made even more painful. There was no assistant in the room, he makes sure he is alone with you. He complained about having too many patients and insulted me repeatedly when I asked that he slow down and take it easy. I got out of the chair and left mid procedure. He tried to catch me leaving and shake my hand and apologize, said he was very busy. Monster. I told him to back off or I would call the police and report assault. I have been numbed up before and it was nothing like what this guy did. I felt as though he was trying to inflict as much pain as possible for a simple filling procedure. Don't go here. The office is fantastic--super efficient, polite and smart. I took my mother here once for a consultation and when we had another occasion to need an oral surgeon, I knew that Dr. Burns the only choice. He is competent, pragmatic and a straight-shooter--you can trust his advice. And, he has a good sense of humor and is kind. My mother (93 years old) just had two teeth pulled--no pain, no bleeding and it took 5 minutes. No one wants oral surgery but if you have a need, this is the guy. read more

Most horrific experience in my whole adult life. He was a savage. He was rough and rude. He yanked my glasses off my face. He missed a piece of my tooth and his tech had to tell him. I had to have a tooth removed on a emergency basis. I was referred to Dr Burns. Took me in right away. Asked me if I was ok on several occasions and the tooth pull was painless. I did not have my Insurance card with me and paid cash. Once I got my insurance back I submitted to him and he immediately reimbursed me the difference between the charged amount and the covered amount. Staff all very nice from front desk to technicians. Please please please Do not go to this dentist...you will regret it. If there was ever the worst dentist this is the person. Hi very bad cives I got from this POS He was aggressive rushed, rude, no empathy no grace, he hit so many of my other teeth during the novacaine, all the tools he uses were hitting my top teeth, throwing . It felt like he was intentionally hurting me w no care. His assistant was literally chocking me with water and tooth debris cries and screamed in pain while he continued to so aweful. The scary movie seen is what was reality for me. He was constantly shaking too. I thought he was on some thing. Nota natural something. Ths is a bad place. The waiting room is nice. Beyond the door is hell. The assistant was just as crappy as him. I'm afraid he has damage. I have been in tears even hour after appt. Jaw and neck. I thought he was gonna pop my jaw off. He got rude when I was screaming and HE said, " do you want Me to stop, you can leave. I'm the MIDDLE OF PROCEDURE. HE WAS LITERALLY ABUSING ME . I FEEL BEAT UP, EXTREMELY HURT, MORE PAIN NOW THAN BEFORE AND ALL DONE INTENTIONALLY. I have been to many dentists and had a few teeth pulled. Like many of you reading these unbelievable stories, I too read them and was going to cancel my appt but was talked into going anyway. WORST DECISION EVER!!! As soon as I got there I filled out some paperwork and waited a few minutes before I was brought back to the chair. As soon as I sat down in the chair not 30 seconds went by before a young lady with a clipboard wanted an up front full payment. I'm sure they require this because of people that have walked out in other reviews. After the payment was taken care of "DR" Burns (hereby referred to as Dr. Evil) entered the room. It was at this point I knew that this was not going to be a pleasant experience from the look on his face. Immediately he had me open my mouth and with no numbing gel whatsoever jammed 4 extremely painful shots into my gums in about 20 seconds. At this point as he left the room I could feel a liquid running down my throat. Perhaps novocaine that was supposed to go in my gums? As my gums were getting partially numb I was pinching them with my fingernail and realizing that I could feel everything. He came back in the room about ten minutes later and asked me how I felt. I told him I couldn't feel the numbing in my gums so he shot me up another four times! Very painful! He comes back about 10 minutes later and my gums are still not completely numb, but he says it should be ok. He grabs my head and starts pushing some sort of pliers into my gums to try to extract the remaining tooth. As I pulled away from him and moaned in pain Dr. Evil says " We're not going to be able to do this if you don't hold still". I told him I could still feel everything and he tells me he has given me enough novocaine for two procedures. He then takes out a drill and starts drilling! As soon as he touched my teeth with the drill I pulled away in pain and said "no way". He then says I would have to reschedule and come back to be sedated. I said why not sedate me now, my wife drove me here. He says ok and as soon as he walks out the door the same girl with the clipboard walks in seconds later as she was probably listening outside the door and wants $700 more dollars for sedation. So now I'm paying $1570 for two tooth extractions! This visit took place on the first week of December 2023 and I am just now on January 22 healed up enough to go ahead with the rest of my dental work. Dr. Evil does not care if you are in extreme pain, he probably enjoys it! I also think he scares people into the $700 extra sedation charge that requires about 20 minutes total time. A woman in the chair in the room next to me was also talked into an extra sedation charge. A complete disaster of a dental office. DO NOT GO THERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! read more

I was referred to Dr Burns by my dentist because I have high blood pressure and they do not like to extract a tooth when it is high. Dr. Burns has no problem getting the job done quickly and painlessly. I was again in need of a tooth extracted and this time told my dentist who I wanted to do it. Again Dr. Burns did it quickly and painlessly. He is the only one I want pulling a tooth. I still have high blood pressure but it's the white coat syndrome that I never can get under control. Dr. Burns doesn't let it deter him from the real problem and that is extracting a bad tooth. I like the staff and the doctor. I will always request him if my dentist can't handle the job. Short wait, nothing went wrong, all was well. The nurses were kind and so was the front desk staff. As for doctor burns I unfortunately cannot say the same. I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and asked if I could keep them BEFORE the surgery. He threw them out and I was a bit bummed. After giving me the sedative he asked me to put my head back. In the middle of me doing so he pulled my hair fairly rough, and after that I was out. I woke up to my friend in the room who was there to drive me home and from what he was saying this is what happened while I was very loopy. Burnes insisted on being the person to walk me out to the car, and even lectured my friend on how he (burnes) should be the one to walk me out cos it was "safer" About a minute later burnes walked me right into a door and hit my head very hard. He insisted to my friend that he didn't do anything wrong and according to my friend he was grabbing me in a very "friendly" manor. Long story short I'm not returning due to the fact that burnes is a total creep, and was very touchy and disrespectful. AND I REALLY WANTED MY TEETH I cried very hard and the whole experience was uncomfortable. read more

Didn't give me enough novacaine so I felt every pull and tug with his pliers trying to take my tooth out. SHOULD'VE SUED FOR MALPRACTICE - REMOVED THE WRONG TOOTH In 2015, my little sister got her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Robert Burns. She opted to go under local anesthesia rather than general anesthesia so she was awake during the operation. During the removal of 1 of the wisdom teeth, Dr. Burns removed the WRONG TOOTH (a back tooth directly next to the tooth that was supposed to be removed). Upon this realization, he tried to stuff the tooth back into her gum several times while my sister watched in horror. At one point, the tooth fell down her throat and Dr. Burns had to perform the Heimlich maneuver (where you grab someone from the back and perform sharp abdominal thrusts to someone who is choking) in order to prevent her from choking on her own tooth. After the procedure, he tried to sew the tooth back in, but it didn't take. Dr. Burns apologized and begged my parents not to sue because he would get his license revoked and it would ruin his life. My parents pitied him and agreed to just getting the botched procedure free of charge (a laughable compromise in hindsight). I'm writing this review now because my sister still deals with health problems from Dr. Burns' negligence to this day. Not only was the experience traumatizing; her entire mouth and bite has shifted due to the missing back tooth. She now experiences extreme sharp pain in her bite and now has to spend an extra $6k she wouldn't otherwise have had to on Invisalign to fix this issue. If anyone is looking to go here for any orthodontic needs, don't. I was too young to understand the gravity of what happened to my sister back in 2015, but nobody should have to deal with the trauma and longstanding health problems she has had to due to Dr. Burns' malpractice. He should have his license revoked and practice shut down. read more

Dr Burns was disgustingly rude and rough!! RUN!!!!! I had an appointment today for a wisdom tooth extraction, & chose to stay awake. I can't even describe the way he made me feel. thankfully, I did not have the procedure done. I got up and walked out of there before he could begin!! he did not acknowledge me at all and was trying to force me to reschedule my appointment so that I could be put to sleep for an additional $700! I am so glad I trusted my gut because after reading these reviews, I don't understand how he is still practicing. The visit was pure torture. The most painful injections I've had in all my 68 years. When I told him I wasn't numb, he gave me a couple more. Then he tried to yank the tooth, and when I yelled in pain, he tried to tell me it was just shock from the movement. I finished up having to have general anesthetic because he couldn't numb my mouth. And I HAD TO PAY EXTRA for that. Oh, and 4 weeks later, my gum has still not healed properly. Please stay away from this person. read more

Very disorganized facility. I had two wisdom teeth removed. A month before my appointment, I called to update my insurance information. I was told that they would call me the next day to let me know how much the procedure was going to cost out of pocket. After a few days without hearing back from them, I called and they said that they call insurance companies on Wednesdays and would know more then. I called back the following Thursday, and they said the same thing and that they were going to call the following week because they were really backed up. This happened two more times. Finally, the DAY BEFORE my appointment, they gave me an estimate. I paid the day of my appointment. Then I got an explanation of benefits from my insurance company stating that I only owed HALF of what I paid. Apparently, the contracted amount between the dentist and insurance company was significantly less than the original amount. Maybe, had they spoken to my insurance company a month prior to my appointment when I gave them the information, it would have been straightened out in time. I called again and they said they would mail me a check for the difference and I would get it in about a week. That was two weeks ago. Still no check, so I just spoke to them today... now I'm hearing that the payment was just processed yesterday and their office manager will be signing off on checks tomorrow and mailing them out sometime next week. Every time I call, I get a different answer. Nobody in this office seems to know what's going on. ON TOP of all the payment issues, I got dry socket. When I called to make an emergency appointment, they told me that they don't see patients on Wednesdays and that I would have to wait 2 days to get in because they're very busy. And even with my appointment, there would still be a long wait. They wouldn't refill my pain medication, which was just a high dose ibuprofen. I would steer clear of this dentist, if at all possible. read more

Greedy dentist, not honest, upright, or ethical. They overcharged more than 8 times more than they were supposed to according to our insurance, then they never sent the referral from the other dentist, to our insurance, playing games, they were not at all ethical as a professional. It is hard to find a good honest dentist today. Most are greedy, dishonest, and corrupted with the insurance and over charges. He will have to answer to our maker when his time comes, it is too bad he is a greedy slave of the devil. It really is hard to find an upright, honest, and ethical dentist today in the USA, they always want to charge a lot more than the insurance says they can, they do a lot of shifty stuff. You can read all about it here on Yelp, very consistent reviews, very bad reviews, anyway, this dentist will have to answer to his maker someday, he cannot bring the money with him to the grave. Sad to see. Pray for him. Pray that dentists can be more honest and upright, holy, and Christ-like. The greed is unreal, money is the root to all evil and alive and well in dentistry, so sad for our country. Then they wonder why so many want to go overseas for dental work. My brother and I both got all 4 wisdom teeth out here. All of the staff was very kind & professional. Dr. Burns came in for my surgery and started talking to me about my work, school, etc. to get my mind off of the surgery (which I appreciated). The surgery went perfect, though I did get dry socket in one hole. I went in and he packed the hole which caused a small amount of pain but that is unavoidable and I was not bothered by it, and he even warned me that it may hurt so I could prepare myself. Went here for a tooth extraction. Office staff kind and professional. Dr Burns was so rough. He literally jabbed the needle in to numb me so hard it broke. All he said was "sorry it happens sometimes." He never even introduced himself, came in and said let's get this out." I can't even describe how physically rough he was. Got mad that I was shaking. I would never ever recommend him to anyone. Please think twice before going to Dr Burns. There are many other oral surgeons in the area that will demonstrate empathy towards patients. read more

My whole experience with dr. Burns and his staff has been an absolute nightmare. I went in on Friday, February 5th 2021 to have An impacted wisdom tooth extracted. Aside from the fact that Dr Burns lacks any semblance of bedside manner he's also a horrible surgeon. I was awake for the entire procedure and he was a very rough while removing my impacted tooth. I thought my husband would be the following Monday for a follow-up because I did develop dry socket because of his extremely rough extraction, and my husband said that his hands were shaking when he packed gauze into my hole. He personally gave me no follow-up instructions and his brown haired assistant was extremely vague with how to care for my open wound in my mouth. I had to call several times to find out what I was supposed to and not supposed to be doing to care for my mouth. Kaitlyn in particular, is extremely rude. She does not care about the customers at all. on Thursday when I went for my third follow-up he removed the packing and asked me if I wanted to be repacked. I told him I wasn't sure because I'm not an oral surgeon. He decided not to repack it and told me to rinse it with salt water For the next month. I don't even believe that he examined my gum and the hole at that point in time. By midday on Thursday I was in excruciating pain Agony. I called the office to let them know. They told me that I never had a dry socket that wasn't on my chart. I spoke with Monica and she spoke with my dental assistant who also told her that I did not have a dry socket. I explained to them the doctor burn to told me I did have one and they told me there was no record of that in my file. they told me I could come in the next day so I scheduled an appointment. I was in such excruciating pain that I did not sleep Thursday night. Part of the reason is because Dr Burns prescribed me the wrong dosage of medication. He prescribed me hydrocodone acetamin 7.5 - 325 / 15 oral suspension 2.8 ml every 4 to 6 hours. I called my pharmacist and my physician and they both told me that dose was extremely low. A normal dose for moderate-to-severe pain is at least 50 ml every 4 to 6 hours. When I went in today to have him the mess that he made in my mouth and fix it, He told me he wasn't going to treat me because I was rude to his staff. Caitlin, at the front desk was extremely rude to me refusing to give me a copy of my chart and commanding me to take a seat. I started crying because I was in pain, exhausted, and truly saddened by the whole situation. He told me I was acting hysterically and that I needed to calm down. when he finally got into my mouth, he asked me what I have been putting on my tooth, and I told him nothing. He double packed it oh, but didn't tell me why. When asking for a treatment plan he told me that I was so rude that I didn't listen to him when he's already given it to me. I asked him to give it to me again he refused. I asked him for a copy of my chart. He refused to give it to me. Which I am legally entitled to. Which I will be getting. I have already contacted the American Dental Association and I will filing a formal complaint against him. The fact that I brought two people with me on two separate occasions since I watched his hands Shake while he was in my mouth is terrifying. He obviously should not be practicing any longer.
