I went to another ENT based out of "Georgetown University Hospital" and he immediately saw there was a problem and ordered me an immediate CT Scan and a PET Scan. My daughter and my son both had a stomach virus and couldn't keep anything down so I called the office and notified them and asked if I could come and They said they were unable to see us so they rescheduled us. Later on I found out that the front desk had put in the system that we are a no show for that day. So when I was heading to our rescheduled appointment, I called to confirm the appointment, I was told my appointment is on another day - weird, but fine. I then showed up that day and was told our appointment was in fact the day I called in and not today.... They are so disorganized here and are not open to accommodating their clients. They wasted so much of my time and my kids both suffered while waiting to see a doctor.

She used nothing to loosen the wax in my ear, but rather scraped it out with a very sharp tool. Not only was it very painful during the visit, my ear hurt for quite awhile after the appointment. Foolishly, I went in again to follow up on my deviated septum because she had such great reviews. I had considered combining the septoplasty with a rhinoplasty. What a mistake. She pretty much didn't even mention the septoplasty, went straight in for the rhinoplasty. In the first visit, we reviewed the CT scan. In the second visit, she had nothing in her records from the first visit and mentioned getting imagining done (we had already reviewed the CT scan in the first visit). She sent the bill almost the next day, but months later has still not sent me the images of what a potential rhinoplasty might even look like even after multiple follow up calls/emails. I would not recommend going here. She didn't seem to value me as a patient at all. Her records didn't seem up to date either since she didn't even realize I had a CT scan in my file AT HER OFFICE.

I've been to many ENT clinics over many years, but it's truly rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring. I've struggled for years with allergies, asthma, a deviated septum, and chronic sinus issues. Dr. Egan performed my surgery, and the results have been amazing. This was my first surgery, and I was honestly surprised by how little pain I experienced afterward. Even my family is more excited and relieved than I am because of how smoothly everything went. what really stood out to me was how kind and compassionate he is - he treats his patients with such warmth, alomost like family. The baby oil provided no relief. The untreated itching got so bad over the next eleven days that I canceled my Christmas visit to see my parents. I saw Dr. Soltany on December 29, 2023. He immediately looked in my ear canal and removed some dead skin from my left ear canal. He prescribed the right medication for both my ear canals and thoroughly answered my question about next steps. My visit with Dr. Soltany definitely was worth the wait.
