Be especially careful with life insurance. I lost 3K with them because everything was not fully disclosed, honestly and professionally. Definitely not who they used to be and I'm a long time customer. Tried to switch to a different State Farm agent but was not allowed to. You need to cancel all your current polices, switch to another carrier for awhile and then contact another agent if you'd like to go back to State Farm.
