We contacted Country Ways and they responded within the hour to get us on the schedule. Two days later Patrick arrived to assess the situation. After working on it for a bit, he quickly realized it was more complex than he initially thought so he contacted Matt (the owner) to get his expert opinion before progressing forward. Matt quickly arrived and the project was completed within about an hour. Both gentleman were polite, willing to answer any/all questions (and for a new homeowner - there were a lot!), and made us feel confident the problem was resolved. Whatever the situation is, whether it's a new job, or one he's aware I had initially hired someone else to do, he has always been professional and pleasant.
