I called in for a clog, they came pretty quickly and fixed it pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They had done an assessment accounting 2 possible options: replace the 2 pipes and elbow over 4 hrs or replace the entire pipe network. the technician was very nice and was willing to talk through everything. Ultimately, after getting the quotes, I could not go with them. I was well aware of the parts needed, and material costs however, when they showed me the quotes, there was a large disparity between what was shown on the screen initially for the 2 pipe fix and then five minutes later it was showing an additional zero on the end. I don't know if that was on purpose or not, but it threw up the red flag for me. In order to better assess, I had asked them to break out the material costs from the labor rates and overhead so that I could see an honest quote. The technician called the owner who immediately had dropped the price down which while that would seem reasonable automatically through another red flag due to having that much overhead built in. The owner, of course, pushed back, saying, nobody would ever provide an overhead rate, but I know better. They had discussed over the phone attempting to break out the material costs which he then gave me the total, but did not show it on the screen, however, I do take this as more honest than most companies would be. Ultimately there were enough red flags for me to wait and I'm glad I did because I was able to get Pitcher, plumbing out to do the work the next day and the entire job cost the exact same as the material cost quoted by rare breed. I will say I did receive another quote that was far more outrageous than what I received from rare breed, but it's still not acceptable. All this tells me in the end is that there is a large disparity between these plumbing companies, providing reasonable costs and honest rates is rare. But there are companies like pitcher plumbing that have been around for 40+ years and still provide reasonable costs and do a fantastic job. I feel bad for people that continue to be taken advantage of.

I called True Pros on at 8am on Sunday, fully expecting them to not get back to us until Tuesday. 15 minutes later, I get a text from the business owner (Katy) letting me know that she's asked for volunteers to come out and rescue us. Within the hour, James called and asked for more details and let us know he was on his way. He came out, confirmed our AC's time of death, and arranged for Rich to come out and provide estimates for a replacement. Rich was here (again, within half an hour) to measure the house and provide us with a few options to choose from. Since I had to be away for an appointment and my husband had been supervising the visit, Rich texted me to make sure I got the quotes and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. We made our decision within the hour and the team bent over backwards to make time to install it on Tuesday. Corbin and Jesse showed up right on time today and worked through lunch to get our new AC system up and running. They were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The AC is working fabulously and everyone (including our cat) is so grateful not to be living in a sweat box anymore. I love True Pros! They're fast, communicative, and fairly priced. I love the little blurbs about the technicians that you get by text, along with their photos, so you know exactly who to expect and who they are. They're not pushy about sales, and it's clear the whole team knows what they're doing and like what they do. I can't thank them enough for rescuing us from what promises to be a very hot week. May your pillows always be cold!

They even texted a bio of our service man! Then Ty went above and beyond with the fireplace cleaning. To be honest, this was my first time getting this service and I hadn't realized how much our fireplace would benefit! Ty was good to teach me a lot as he went! It helps me to take better care of my things. I'm adding True Pros to my list of providers I can trust. I'll be trying their other services too...

I've been a Scott Hale customer for many years now. They've done many jobs for me and they also…read morereplaced my water heater, furnace and AC unit when they conked out. The old furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving one year, and they had a new one installed and running the same day. I appreciate the employees who have provided good service over the years. In the beginning I referred friends to SH, saying they are not necessarily cheap but they do good work. (Looking back, I realize however that I overpaid for the new water heater and other some other major expenses, I was just naïve and didn't do due diligence. More about overcharging below.) That being said, I've given up on SH. Too often my encounters with its employees go wrong. The person they send may or may not have experience with my issue, and they never ask for help from other employes. One recommended I have a new air intake installed (he came twice and couldn't get rid of the awful noise) and when I finally got a different guy over, he fixed the whistling noise just by recaulking the area; it was gone in minutes. Another guy made excuses for the (unsupervised) people who ripped up large patches of drywall because they didn't know to go through an interior wall; SH paid for the extra drywall repairs, which I appreciated. Another guy freaked out about the "sewage" he imagined must be under the board beneath my sink (there was none). Another couldn't tolerate me saying that I had never had a leaky condensation pipe until they replaced the AC. My 10+ years in my home meant nothing, and this is consistent: many times the repairmen will not give credence to anything I say, and however neutrally I state it, react as if I'm challenging them in some way. The latest incident is the $1800 estimate for replacing my kitchen sink (labor only). The guy said it would take 2-3 hours to remove the old sink (!!) and added that he would "cap the pipes" so I wouldn't lose water to the rest of house. I mean, there's upselling and then there's just BS. The plumber I hired removed the old sink in 20 mins and is charging a few hundred dollars for the whole job (including installing the new one). And of course the water to the house didn't have to be shut off, there are valves right under the sink. I'm really appalled they would just...lie.

Going to start off by saying how the salesman kept telling us "Costco wouldn't work with us if we don't keep 5 stars and would point to the five stars on his uniform. I wish I would've looked up reviews because they do NOT have 5 stars. And there are many reasons for this. The salesman was friendly but likes to try and cause division in the home. My husband and I are a team. That's how married couples should be. But when I was unsure of whether or not we should purchase from this company, I told my husband I would leave the choice up to him. The salesman then said "most homes I go to, the wives make the decision". Okay? Good for them? We ended up with the most expensive combo option thinking we would be taken care of and that doing this would prevent future issues. We were wrong. If you think you will get straight answers, great customer service and problems resolved with Superior Water and Air, just save yourself time and look ANYWHERE else. We have just moved into this home a month ago and have all brand new appliances. Never had any issues. But shortly after having the water softener installed, we noticed a horrible smell coming from our faucets, showers and laundry room. Trying to see what's going on, we had a tech scheduled to come out and take a look. TWICE. Each time, they'd call and straight up tell me that they would rather talk over the phone than make a trip out here. With that tech, he supposedly spoke to a manager who told him "it sounds like" the rod in our water heater is having a chemical reaction to the water softener and that we would need to replace it with either a $300 option that would need to be replaced after a few years or a $800 option that would last longer. We paid already over $8k for installation and if this is such a common problem why was this never brought up as a possible problem before we had the system installed? We spoke to TWO different people after this. One who said an escalations manager would call and another saying a manager will come out. We got NO call and instead, they sent over just a tech who couldn't figure out the problem. No manager. ZERO stars if I could. They only care about making money, not about their customers. Shame. We greatly regret ever purchasing from Superior Water and Air.
