So when I moved into a new home recently and noticed hard water spots, there was only one guy I would trust to do the job right. Greg is passionate about clean water and knowledgable about the business, top to bottom and inside out. Mark arrived promptly, right on schedule for every appointment. There were several emails and calls to let me know exactly when he was en route and set to arrive. This is quite rare for any kind of delivery or repair service. I didn't have to wait around for two hours hoping to get on with my day which I appreciate. The softener and RO were installed the very next day after Mark came for the estimate. The installation was clean and professional and efficient. These guys really know what they're doing and they roll out the red carpet for their clients...seriously. There's a red carpet on the front steps to keep everything as neat and clean as possible. We needed a hole drilled in the quartz counters for the RO faucet and Mark and his team scheduled it for me with a company that also showed up that day and gave me some very helpful ideas on maintaining the countertops! Now on to the actual product. This water is amazing! The RO does not have any chemical taste that you might find in other systems. It simply tastes like delicious, clean water. And the softener is wonderful. The dishes are cleaner, the showers and tubs are cleaner, my skin and hair is softer, I could go on and on about how much I enjoy clean water. There is also the practical side of protecting and preserving plumbing and fixtures for many many years to come, so that we can get on with enjoying life instead of fixing broken plumbing. The products were installed to perfection. The tanks under the sink are clean and neat and the softener and plumbing are the same.
